The staff was very friendly. Check-in and out both were done fast and easy. The room was clean and very comfortable. It has everything you need and even a little more. Controls for the light near the bed are wonderful. There are also plenty of power sockets to charge everything you need. The shower area is a separate amazing thing. It is not leaking and big enough even for me to fit and feel myself comfortable. The wifi was good and stable all the time.

The toilet area is rather small-ish, and usually, the leg has to lay on the hot heater, which makes it less comfortable.

My room at the top floor felt spacious and quiet, with a nice wooden floor that reinforced the impression of cleanliness. Bathroom somewhat smallish but clean and comfortable. Wifi fast and reliable. Fantastic choice of fresh food and beverages for breakfast. The location is practical for both the city center and the university area.

Some items of furniture felt dated and in need of renovation. In particular, the bed's headboard was covered with velvet which looked worn and stained.

Exceptionally good breakfast. The choice was phenomenal. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Good central location, although I was slightly concerned when I first saw the hotel but once through the doors all was good. Bathroom was a bit dated but good shower with plenty of hot water. Air conditioning in room. Lovely comfortable bed. Paid to park the car in underground car park.

Great location. The hotel is definetly in the center. Very clean room. very comfortable bed. The breakfast was amazing. The breakfast was both delicious and had a wide variety. The service was very quick and attentive. The atmosphere was also very pleasant. If I visit again, I would definitely stay at this hotel. The room was well-heated, which was important for us.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The location is excellent (requires a 15 minute walk to the central station and is close to the center) the room was clean. The breakfast was varied. I really liked the keys to the room the most, which gave me the feeling of an old school boutique hotel.

The pillows in the room are of low quality and not comfortable for sleeping.

Unfortunately there is a casino next door and the smoke seeps through the walls into the hallways (not the rooms, thankfully). Also, there is a supermarket next door and they begin loading very early in the morning, which was pretty loud.

Perfect Location, everything at walking distance. Parking at the basement (extra charge). Supermarket next door. Clean, quiet room, Air-condition, Minibar, Electric kettle. Big closet. Good Bathroom. Very good breakfast; quality and variety. We recommend it.

Nothing significant. A bit old-fashioned room. Shower gel was not replaced, until we asked for it.

Ideal location and very close to the cathedral . Breakfast was excellent but please us English have milk with their tea!

Needs a black out blind rather than see through blind in the bedroom and more pillows . The shower was very cramped but understand not a lot you can do with this. Hotel felt a little out of date.

The location is ideal. The breakfast buffet was amazing and staff were very friendly. The room was clean, neat and had everything I needed.

The pillow and mattress were both quite uncomfortable. The bathroom felt a little outdated too, but it was nevertheless clean and perfectly functional.

Staff was welcoming and pointed me quickly how to explore the city. Breakfast buffet was amazing: abundant choice and tasty as well. The restaurant was quite beautiful. Comfortable bed and clean room. The location was perfect. Will come back with family next time.
