I recently stayed at this beautiful hotel and was absolutely impressed by everything! The property is very clean, beautifully decorated, and has a fantastic location—close to all the main attractions yet peaceful and quiet. The hosts were welcoming and kind. You can really feel the love and care they put into their business. The rooms were cozy, modern, and well-equipped, ensuring a comfortable stay. If you’re looking for a perfect mix of comfort, excellent service, and a warm atmosphere, this family-run hotel is the ideal choice.

Beautiful hotel on prettiest street in Freiburg. Very helpful hosts who sent us very specific and clear instructions for car parking and getting to hotel from secure underground carpark 3 minutes away seeing we were arriving after front desk closed at 6.00pm. Host even gave us a carpark voucher to get us a 50% discount on the €16 cost but unfortunately it didn't work so we had to pay the €16 Euros, but that's not the host's fault. Very cute and quirky decor in room. A few minute walk to the Munster Church and daily markets next to three Munster.

The hotel was located in a very beautiful part of the Old Town with access to the attractions in frieburg. Staff were very friendly and attentive. We stayed over New year and they even provided us with sparklers and a welcome note. The room and bathroom were clean and the bed comfortable.

Great room in the best location, super clean, very beautiful decoration and a lot of tastefull details in the room which made the accommodation very pleasant. Super kind hosts, clear communication. Coffee machine and water boiler with free coffee and tea also a plus! I can hihly recommend the hotel. Generous discount for the parking which is 50 meters away.

The tv was extremely small and was actually not working :p

Th staff were extremely helpful and very pleasant to deal with. The hotel was well situated and the rooms were well designed. We also appreciated that our room was so quiet and so clean.

We regretted that the hotel's restaurant was closed during our stay. It would have been nice to have breakfast or a meal in the hotel. We also wished our room had been equipped with a small fridge.

Perfectly situated with good access to the city and a parking near by. The room is spacious, modern and very clean. The staff were lovely and made the experience feel very personal for a hotel. Highly recommend it.

Unfortunately the wine restaurant was closed but they gave a number of great suggestions and were very helpful as a lot of places were closed on a Sunday.

Perfect location. Amazing staff. All the little touches made me feel like a guest in someone’s home rather than a hotel. So welcoming in suggesting local places to visit and try. The new winebar is lovely and has an amazing charcuterie board made from local ingredients.

Location was excellent - we loved being near the church! Staff were friendly and gave great recommendations. They also kindly accommodated our late check-in on short notice. The bottled water and chocolates were a nice touch in the room and helped us feel at home.

Can be noisy outside. Therefor couldn't leave the window open during the night :-( But this is unfortunately not in the hands of the owners ! Concerning breakfast...some more fresh vegetables would be great.
