The room was tidy, organized and the in-built kitchen as well as the fridge were really useful. The place also offered a shower with decent water pressure and quickly reaching a decent heat. The bathroom was quite spaceous and clean, with soft towels that were provided. The location is close to the military base in KL, so it was really convenient.

The beds were a bit hard, the Wi-Fi per person is restricted to 512 kb/s downloadrate, which barely gets a site to load, let alone a video on 360p. Our room wasn't equipped with a working heater at first, so we were relocated. Then the room we were relocated in a room that wasn't remotely cleaned yet, which we had to reside in until another room was cleaned, which took until 2 PM of that same day.

Very friendly staff. I can’t speak German but the staff was very helpful. If you don’t speak German, no worries they willing to interact with you in English. The hotel is also ideally located at the centre of most attractions like; the stadium and city centre.

If you are accustomed to the traditional English setting, you will struggle with the lack of some utilities like Tea, coffee and a pressing Iron. I think it maybe cultural not to hold against them.

It was centralize and easy to get around the city. Train station is right around the corner with lots of restaurants and store. Ooohh and AC was amazing! Especially on the hot nights

PARKING! Parking is a struggle here. May a dozen spot give or take for the whole place. There is a parking garage, parking lots around it but they are all privately owned. If you didn’t catch a parking you have to park about 500m and you have yo pay. It was annoying. They did renovations and during that process, I doubt that they covered the floor as there are so much rough patches on the carpet due to paint drips that have dried and is left there. Carpet for the rooms are the same as the hallway. NO MICROWAVE NO HOT WATER POT. It’s a room, bed, and a table is all you get.

Breakfast was good. A wide choice of tasty food, fresh fruit juices and delicious coffees. Due to a misunderstanding, no cleaning had taken place in the morning. When we returned to the room in the evening, the towels had not been changed and the beds had not been made. the employee at the desk arranged clean towels, etc. very quickly. compliments!

We had a room on the street side. This made it very noisy all night. Due to the warm weather and the fact that the air conditioning itself made a lot of noise, closing the window was not an option. Next time we will try to book a room at the back of the hotel.

The hotel is located next to the train station. Additionally, it is within walking distance of several US Kasernes, which makes this a good hotel for a PCS. The rooms met expectations but were not exceptional. The breakfast was also good but not exceptional. The hotel staff was nice. There are some parks within walking distance if you have kids with you.

There was not enough parking at the hotel. There are several parking spots, but when the hotel is at full occupancy, there will not be enough. Several people had to park on the grass and several people (including me) got a parking ticket.

Very good hotel. Clean and comfortable. Great for short stay. Room was really spacious - we stayed with 3 children. Beds were comfortable, air conditioning was a life saver, wifi was fast and room was very clean. Will definitely stay again :)

Parking was full. We couldn't find a space anywhere on the street too. Thankfully after some time we found a space on the hotel parking.

This hotel was very clean, they were always cleaning - vacuuming, wiping down everything. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed including air conditioning. My favorite part was the coffee machine. It made the best cappuccino.

The room was smaller than expected but otherwise cozy.

I've been staying at this hotel on annual visits for the last 5 years or so, always my go to when staying in Ktown. You get what you pay for and location is very ideal!

This most recent time the toilet had a really bad smell of dampness/sweat when we checked in and it remained even after cleaner had been in. Apart from that, all good.

Location was so good. The bed was really comfortable. Staff were brilliant. And the aircon was working this time.

No tea or coffee making facilities, no hair dryer. The aircon only went down to 20 degrees which is not low enough if youve been out all day in 33 degrees.

Location is very good. Walking distance to Kaiserslautern train station and bus stop. There’re many restaurants nearby, within walking distance. Room is very clean and has a single bed and double bed for 3 persons. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

The pillow is not very comfortable.
