I liked the room, the bed, the comforter, the bathtub was huge!!! So awesome and lots of hot water!! I liked Christine who was a very gracious host accommodating me with short notice. The hallways were clean and it was an excellent location.

The pillows but this is a Germany wide issue. What’s with the big square pillows?? I’m from Canada and we do t have pillows like this. Eveything German is so practical, but the pillows….oh geeze. They may have had firm anti allergenic pillows available but I was too busy and too tired to enquire. It would be a good idea to have some pillow options especially for North Americans. Besides this, which isn’t specific tot he hotel, I can think of nothing else.

The location is quiet with nice trails around. The single room was spacious, with a desk, wardrobe, bed, and television. The hotel is clean, though the decor is dated, I enjoyed the stay. The walk into Otterberg village is a short walk, great a bite to eat, or explore the village. Food delivery options on Lieferando are great, with 31 options. The owners are kind and are on-property if you ever need anything.

The room was good and very quiet. The hotel is right on the edge of a big forest, so super convenient for walking, running, etc. Plus, it's just a short, quiet walk to the centre of Otterberg.

Coffee at breakfast is very german. But it is rare to get anything stronger (coffee-wise) anywhere in Germany for breakfast.

For working, the wifi in the dining area is good. I stayed in room 213 and was able to recieve OK wifi signal. The hotel is a nice walk from the center centre where you can find a few cafes and walking trails. I enjoyed the large bathtub in room 213, as well as the large wardrobe. The owners are so welcoming and kind, I will continue to only book a stay here for my visit to the area.

Breakfast was good every day. It's a great little hotel to stay at.

Chairs in the room were not the most comfortable for a long period of time but they did what they needed to do.

Beautiful location , just outside of the town easy access and a lovely walk to and from town.

Booked last minute, and the host was more than accommodating. The price, location, and service were exceptional for a small town hotel. Certainly meet our needs and got to enjoy some country driving to the hotel and into K-Town
