B&B Hotel Köln-Ehrenfeld is a great choice for a short stay in Cologne. The hotel is modern, clean, and well-organized. My room was quiet and comfortable, with a smart layout and all the basic amenities. Check-in was quick and easy, even with the self-service system. The location is convenient, with public transport nearby and good access to the city center. There are also shops and restaurants within walking distance. Great value for money — I would definitely stay here again.

The staff were super helpful and all spoke English, which was a godsend. Room was clean and the bed was comfy.

Not having a kettle in the room, it was a pain having to keep going down to the reception area to get a drink. The TV remote didn't work, I could have gone down and said something but I think all the channels would have been in German, so I wasn't too bothered, I watched a movie on my phone.

Beds were good. Clean. Hygienic. Shower/bathroom was good. Modern. Big enough room. Airco worked good. There are certain things lacking which you know upfront (minibar, water boiler, tea etc), but that justifies the price; which is good. I will come back

Carton cups instead of actual drinking glasses in the room. No tray in the shower to place certain goods on. Pillows were to soft. Doors slam shut rather loud.

Easy check in and no check out. Room was clean, comfy and quiet. There was air con and a big window for ventilation. The bathroom was clean and the shower was very good. Very nice buffet, prefect for filling up for the morning. The staff who worked at the breakfast were very friendly and welcoming and the eating area was really clean.

The room for our family was really good- enough for a one night sleep.

Unfortunately the lady at te reception wasn’t really friendly, plus we booked this hotel also beacause of a parking possibility. I mean it stated that there is a parking 🫤We arrived late(22.00) and there was no parking spot left.. parking on the street was said not to be fully safe, but searching for something else at that point wasn’t easy. The lady from the reception didn’t help at all there.

The hotel offered everything we needed, just enough space to fit everything in and no unnecessary extras. Everything looked clean and the style is modern. Comfortable beds, low-entry shower and excellent breakfast. Rooms have number pads for which you get a combination instead of a room key.

I would have preferred to know about the parking situation (including fees) as well as the early check-in option beforehand. For a longer stay a bit more space would be preferable, but we found it great for a one night stay. The beds slide a bit, which felt a tad dangerous, but was not really an issue. Location is a bit removed if you want to spend time in the city center, perfect for WDR studios or one of the car companies, though.

Clean room, size ok for 3 people in big, modern building away from city center. Private toilet, separate shower, very good soundproofing, good air conditioning in mid-June. Wifi was good inside; weak just outside front door. Industrial/business area, so needed to walk some to find restaurants and some shops if needed. Didn't buy breakfast but looked satisfactory; had large, nice dining area. 10 minute walk from Technology Park S-Bahn stop; convenient that Lidl grocery was along the way... bought packaged salads, drinks, pastries, etc there. Hotel staff was friendly, helpful.

No electric kettle in room, no microwave available in lobby; had to buy coffee from vending machine.

Room was large enough for two people also staff are very friendly and helpful. Room and sheets were clean. Bathroom was good.

I felt cold but i did not increase A/C degree because they have limited it from center. Metro little bit far from otel you had to walk 10-15 minutes to metro, but center of city is only 5 stations away. Our room was smelled bad we thought it came from carpet. Also, one time use slipper would be fine.

for us it served its purpose as we came for the weekend to attend something in Ehrenfeld but as a local tourist to Koln location is probably not convenient especially if you are not driving. all in all we had a very comfortable stay and the staff was very friendly. would also be nice if they were responsive as i had asked prior the costs for breakfast but got no response on booking.com

breakfast could have more variety; a fridge and kettle in the family room would have been convenient . would have been nice to have apps on the tv like youtube or something instead of screen mirroring which required an android phone or perhaps a samsung that we did not have

Front desk staff was very helpful and spoke very good English. Room was clean and neat. Decent breakfast.

Room was very very small, Barely a room to open up the carry on bag. At night, there's nowhere in the area to walk to for a quick snack or refreshment grab.
