Unless your out of apartment very early you are not getting your 1 clean of apartment in the 7 days there (they don’t give bank) Cleaner very loud chatting outside of door from 7:45am no regard for people on holiday resting. No sofa in our room as advertised on our confirmation Small double bed for two adults, no option to get a roll away bed or upgrade to room with bigger bed or sofa bed. All rooms have only one size bed and maybe this could be looked at as there is space for a wider bed. Our fault as we thought it would be manageable but on reflection we should of checked if there was other options.

The room was self catering and all cooking and storage fascilitys were first rate. Shower was excellent. Location of the property was most convenient with easy access to the city centre via the subway!!

super functional and good apartments. beds are a bit dated but ok

cancellation/modification policy is terrible: 90% they keep if you have to cancel a day. definitely sub par to other hotels regarding this point

Good location. Good and well-furnished room with own bathroom and mini fridge. The washing room facilities are easy to use and understand.

The room was boiling as it was during a heat wave, it would be nice if we could borrow fans from down at the reception.

Extremely well-located spot in Ehrenfeld—couldn’t be better. Very affordable.

Windows open well, but no air conditioning is becoming more problematic as summers get hotter and hotter.

Great location, amazing view from the 7th floor above the entire city, super comfortable bed, spacious room, easy in and out of the building, easy check in and out

It was not super clean, definitely also not dirty, but could get a little more attention

Location is amazing. Rooms are set up well, so that even though it's a small space, you don't notice it View was amazing. Elevators were fun to get used to

Check in process was a tad annoying, with the machine. It's nice that you don't need a person on staff for it and that you can check in whenever but it's lengthy typing in your info on the screen. Parking was a bit of a pain.

The apartment was very well arranged and comfortable with amazing views. It is in a great location ..very convenient in the middle of town and with very helpful knowledgeable and kind staff.

The weather was extremely hot and the aircon did not seem to work wonderfully...however I just opened the windows!!

Everything was pretty good. I liked the fact that you got everything down to a dishwasher, dishes, pans, mini fridge and things to clean yourself, if the need be. Everything was super clean and organized.

I personally didn't like that the elevator only worked with the room key but other than that everything was great.

Really nicely done apartment, mine was the basic which is perfect for one week. Fab location, very easy access to a wide range of public transport options plus really lively area with lots of shops, bars and restaurants.

No In-room safe - would have been nice for keeping passport etc.
