The place is super sweet! It is modern and stylish. We spend two nights there and we’re happy with our choice. The place is 100% digitally modern (the check in/check out and everything is through the app). We enjoyed the stay! Pros: 1. Everything is through the app 2. The place is stylish and modern 3. Cons: 1. You should order breakfast online on-time and if you skip the time-slot you will have to pay for it even if it was included 2. No matter which breakfast you order through the app, you will get only one option. We stayed for two days and firstly we ordered yogurt with toast and pancakes the second day we ordered avocado toast and banana bread both times we got croissant and omelet (which was neither we ordered, you know)) And this is the only thing which is a - star. Cause also if you stay for more than three nights. You might be fed up with the same breakfast every day)))

It is a specially cool minimal modern style stay without fancy gimmicks. The beds are confy, the kitchen is well layed out! It is in a good reach for Ehrenfeld but also for city center.

Its a bit noisy from neighbours, but its still acceptable whitout earplugs. Numas experience with the mobile app only-no human at site is far from perfect. I had to spend a lot of time with my moble and the registration etc. Also communicating with stuff was slow and hard. (But at the end everything was solved perfectly by them). I know mobile app solutions looks like trendy and easy for company but than who pays for the work I did instead of a staff member on site?

We had a fantastic stay in overall. The hotel impressed us with its beautiful interior design and the unique charm of the historic building (the hotel is located in a building once used by the famous 4711 Cologne brand in the 1950s, designed by architects Wilhelm and Rudolf Koep). After a small issue with the first room (the electric curtains did not want to open), the customer service reacted immediately and moved us to a new room — fast and super friendly. It was personally my first time staying in a fully "digital serviced" hotel without on-site staff, and honestly, it worked perfectly. I’d definitely stay here again!

Unless your out of apartment very early you are not getting your 1 clean of apartment in the 7 days there (they don’t give bank) Cleaner very loud chatting outside of door from 7:45am no regard for people on holiday resting. No sofa in our room as advertised on our confirmation Small double bed for two adults, no option to get a roll away bed or upgrade to room with bigger bed or sofa bed. All rooms have only one size bed and maybe this could be looked at as there is space for a wider bed. Our fault as we thought it would be manageable but on reflection we should of checked if there was other options.

The hotel is not walkable to the city center (definitely need public transport or bike to go to the city). Be informed that there is no daily cleaning (and for the manager, do tell some words to the three guys who were suppposed to clean the room the third day out of the four nights I staid in: they did not clean anything, they removed the pellows without bringing them back, took the sponge away, and left the apartment with the windows widely opened - it was of course freezing when I came back at night)

Very nice location, like neighborhood close by is really lively and has great restaurants. The hotel is very convenient, I didn’t meet any issues checking-in, I even got to check in earlier than expected, and we can keep the luggage in the locker after checking out. Was very convenient if you have a later flight. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed. It was not too warm when I visited, so no complains.

The sink is a bit dirty when checked in, but not unacceptable level.

Easy online check-in and check-out, the place was clean and quite cozy. The furniture is modern, the bed is comfortable and there are some nice extras like a TV (with YouTube and Netflix), a fridge, a kettle and some coffee and tea. I like the area with lots of stores and restaurants.

Unfortunately the hot water did not work during my stay which was communicated on my arrival day. There was no compensation offered only the option to cancel which is of course not realistic on such a short notice .

Location wise it was amazing. We loved this neighbourhood and it's ambiance. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, trams and subway as well. The room was spacious and comfortable, beds big and firm. Kitchen nicely done, microwave and dishwasher included. Would definitely go back.

I would have liked to have like to have linen changed every other day, however it was fine as we spent 3 nights there.

Beautiful building and nice well released bedrooms. I stayed an extra day as it was really comfortable. I booked for five days and an extra 6th day. I like the Concept and not having to waste time Checking in. I like the automated check in. T

There wasn’t enough shower gel in the bathroom rooms and when I went looking for more the resources room was closed 🙁

Great location, buzzy area and really excellent for public transport links. Nice room with a very comfortable bed.

Very hot in the rooms, even without heating on. In summer (I have stayed there many times) air conditioning really is needed.
