Hagen was much bigger than we expected, so we had a bit of trouble finding the hotel. It is right in the middle of the city. It would have been more convenient for us if we could have found a hotel closer to the autobahn. That however, was our problem for misjudging the location. The room was very nice, spacious. One of the best rooms we had during our trip. English speakers readily available.

The area around the hotel is congested.

Very quite, sorrounded by green and close to the village centre. Very helpful staff!

It may sound quite silly, but there was a small step between the bathroom and the room that was short enough not be very visible/recognisable, but, at the same time, tall enough to bump in it and hurt our feet. . The pillows provided were only 2 and not very consistent - it might be a personal preference but they sort of disappeared under our head during the night

I come back for years, quality does not diminish, the staff is friendly and helpful. I love the sauna, that's the most important reason to come back all the time, the breakfast is outstanding, and the parking is right in front of the main entrance under a roof.

The floor in front of the sauna is very slippery, be careful!

Hotel was very clean in all areas. Very friendly staff :)

In overall breakfast was good, just the vegetables like tomatoes and cucumbers were old.

The room was very comfortable and mainly quiet. It was only other guests being inconsiderate late at night that spoiled things a bit, but that's not the fault of the hotel.

The bathroom seemed a little dated and tired in places, but everything worked.

Nothing major but we stayed there for 2 nights and they didn’t come to clean the room in between

the hotel is easy to locate and the rooms are comfortable.

parking can be a little bit tricky as there are pillars in the parking lot this occupying parking spaces. the restaurant is supposed to be open from 6pm on weekdays, but on Friday it was closed. on the phone there’s no guide incase one wants to call the reception. the staff is friendly, but I feel they could be more professional.

A quiet location very close to public places. Great service.

The parking situation was a but confusing! At first it wasn't mentioned that parking was an extra expense to the stay at the hotel.

Very clean, quiet and nice facilites. Beds were quite comfortables and adequate for the family. The parking very adequate and staff very friendly.
