Positive The hotel is conveniently located near the city center. One of the staff members at breakfast was very attentive and communicative. There are gluten free options if you ask. The rooms were clean and well-maintained.

Negative: Parking is not guaranteed, even if you're a hotel guest. The hotel's parking lot often just displays "Besetzt" (occupied), and the only assistance provided by the staff is to find another parking spot elsewhere. Additionally, the check-in process is extremely slow. Upon arrival, we had to wait over 20 minutes just to get checked in, which was quite frustrating after a long journey. 3 times happened that our cards to the room did not function and the stuff told us it cannot be our room. I do not know if they thought we were trying to enter others room.

The hotel is a bit far from the main station, but it is pretty close to the sea. The room comes with special design elements and it is quite interesting. The staff was very nice and friendly, and they even lend me a charging cable because mine was somehow broken on my way there, which saved my life. A huge plus!

The breakfast was not that satisfying and I was somehow disappointed. The hotel seemed to be under the umbrella of Radisson, so I thought the breakfast would be really good. However, it was just very simple bread, cheese, cold meat and fried eggs. It's similar to B&B hotel would provide, but I think their target audiences are not the same, which led to my confusion and disappointment.

Lovely modern, minimalist hotel. Very well designed and thought out. Everything you need in a very compact space. We had use of a balcony which was well worth having - lovely views across the harbour ( a joint space with other rooms but not a problem). Space is tight but well used. This isn't a room to spend lots of time in but ideal for an overnight stay. Breakfast was lovely and included in the price. Lots of choice and good quality. The car park worked well as we were going to a concert within walking distance - we were happy to park up and not use it until we were leaving. Not sure it would work if you were using it meantime. Staff were lovely - very helpful and good English.

Found the self check in a bit tricky and needed staff help. Would have liked some cups/glasses in the room but found out at breakfast that they keep them down at the counter.

Staff was helpful and nice. Coffee/tea was free in the morning. You could keep your luggage for free after checkout. The room is similar to how it was advertised.

It was mentioned on booking.com that I had to pay the spa tax for one night only; however, I had to pay the spa tax for both days when I checked in and checked out. The hotel seemed to me to be a little bit pricey.

Modern Budget Hotel which is relatively cheap and basic, but does the job well. Good air-Con which was essential for the hot weather, and the shower / bathroom was very good. Be aware that this is a modern budget hotel that does that job very well. it is not a fancy hotel with big rooms - my bed took up 75% of the space in the room.

The website & booking .com offered me an upgrade to a high-floor comfort room - which I accepted. As far as I can tell, my room was the same as all the others and I didn't get a nice view of the river - I got a rear view of the car park. As far as I can tell, these premium rooms don't actually exist....

Good location, self check - in, colofur room design(a bit Barbie style), fast and not crowded lift Good coffee and overnight oat.

Carpets in hall and room with dirty spots. Narrow shelf for computer (I cant say it was table). Bed sheets has to be changed after 3rd night, but it was not done. Room was not cleaned all stay (4 nights). All the same for breakfast, not much selection.

The funky design of the room was nice to look at. The lamp was especially nice. The bed was huge, the room was clean, with air conditioning, and heated floor in the bathroom.

I was hoping for some outside terrace /sitting area, but there is none. Also, the closet area has a bit of dead space, so there were less shelves than ideal. For a 1-2 day stay is not an issue, but for longer stays it might be.

We were there just for one night and everything was OK.

The staff did not answer (for hours) my question which I had sent through Booking app about possible earlier check-in, but finally the hotel had a luggage room. But answering to clients questions is as must be, therefor only 8 stars.

Fun room, plenty of space for a solo traveler, even a free chocolate bar which was cute! Friendly staff let me store my luggage there throughout the day. Also you can use the coffee machine for free in the mornings even if you didn’t pay for breakfast

Can’t think of anything negative. I really enjoyed my time there!

Modern style. Very nice. Free parking next door but this was luck because usually there are lots of residential cars. We were not aware that there is no automatic room cleaning every day but this was no further issue.

Not central to the city but 10-15 minutes walking distance near the harbor
