Fantastic location, right at the Siebersturm (famous Plönlein photo spot on the other side of tower) and inside the old city walls in walking distance of many famous spots and shopping in historic Rothenburg ob der Tauber! My toddler loved the bunk bed and we could see the tower from our room window. Breakfast available in a cozy room on the ground floor that seemed to be popular for passers by as well.

Parking is a bit of a walk and if you have large suitcases there is no elevator - small curved staircase with limited height overhead making it a challenging with large luggage. There was an issue with the Booking.com price being “incorrect” but the manager accepted the price after some discussion.

Great location, small car park opposite the hotel, nice clean room, tea and condiments - all you need. It is not a grand hotel, but essentially very good. We didn't order breakfast, not many people seemed so. The receptionist said, if you want breakfast, they will need to go to the first. Fair enough. Some may opt for that, though that was noy our choice. It also important to remember room prices are all up in Rothenburg. So, no point in complaining about that, however lower you want the fees to be. The place and the demand dictate their fees.

Incredible location in historic building in the center of the medieval walled city. Very comfortable beds, roomy bathroom, beautiful view outside the lace-curtained windows. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and they even looked after our bags for us after we checked out so that we could enjoy exploring the city unencumbered for a few extra hours. The hotel restaurant is small and has a limited menu, but the booths are comfortable and the food is good. Breakfast and lunch were available for purchase.

Lack of elevator.

We rented the balcony room (4). It was so worth it; a superb view of the castle and a welcome place to sit with coffee from the cafe on the ground floor. The location is absolute perfection with reasonable overnight parking a 3 min walk away. (P2). Make sure you go to the Biergarten down the alley across the street, then climb and walk the town wall. A magical village with welcoming people.

Need washcloths in the bathroom.

It´s located right behind the Plönlein, the most famous attraction of Rothenburg, It was very easy to appreciate it in alternative times, when there were no tourists. The hotel doesn't offer breakfast, but there are plenty of cafés and restaurants aroud. The room has a water boiler with coffee and tea, whas was perfect in cold days. Comfortable and clean room, silent at night. I would stay in this hotel again.

Tiny room with a pretty good view and a nice shared balcony, was cosy and quite nice, can’t ask more for the price.

The receptionist knocked in our room to ask us if we wanted breakfast and we asked her if it was free twice and she said yes both times but at the checkout a different person did charge us for it, I explained them the situation and what we were told but that made no difference. I want to believe it was just a misunderstanding.

Location is awesome. We had a small room with twin bed and a private balcony with a very nice view.

Very small room. No breakfast availability but no problem to find outside closer to hotel. Might be hard to find parking close to hotel.

The hotel is located in the heart of Rothenburg. Very easy to find and lovely friendly staff.

The pillows were large but very flat and not comfortable to sleep on. The room was hot as the windows only opened slightly and there was no fan or AC but we were aware of that when we booked.

Very central in the old walled city. Oktay our host was very friendly and helpful. We had wonderful views of the valley from our window and even though we were there for one if the biggest town festivals, our room was very quiet. Everything was within walking distance.

Would have been great if they provided breakfast facilities on the premises although there were places to eat less than 50 metres up the road.

Easy to find and the parking place was prefect. There was a great place to eat directly across the street Landbraü. And steps on to the wall. The shower was great. The double room was spacious and comfortable.

The single bed room was very tight but still comfortable.
