The staff absolutely brilliant, great customer service, went above and beyond for us, check in was quick and easy, space to park, great value for money, a 3rd of what we have paid at other places, wellness centre is really good, and worth a visit, breakfast and dinner was nice. Free bottled water, great beds. Love the optional pillows great for a comfortable sleep. Thanks for looking after us so well.

Only stayed for one night and chose this hotel due to it's locality to Kräherwald parkrun but would definitely stay here again if I ever go back to visit Stuttgart. Firstly the welcome we received was by far the warmest welcome I have ever experienced in a hotel reception, the lady that checked us in was so nice and took time to show us around the facilities and make us feel welcome. The room, although small was well furnished, comfortable and clean. We ate in the rear garden of the hotel, the serving staff were very attentive and the food was lovely and reasonably priced. We had planned to use the swimming pool before leaving but didn't have time however we did go down and check out the facilities and it was all very clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend this hotel for value for money, comfort and friendliness.

Only gripe for me is the €8 charge for parking but I suppose you can't have everything.

Personal was very friendly, we had a nice and clean room. The breakfast was with a big variety, fresh and tasty. Bed were comfortable. The pool was sadly a bit too cold to use. There was a sauna and also a little gym to use aswell.

Don't trust Google maps, if you are coming from main station, there is shortcut thru the hospital

Comfortable room in clean and well presented hotel. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was simple but good (if a little overpriced). Bar was compact but open when required and again staff were friendly. Pleasant outside area though the weather was not good for this during my stay.

Location is only about 2km out of town but all up a very steep hill - taxi recommended.

Welcome on arrival was very friendly, and generally, the staff were very helpful and met our additional requests (extra pillows) Generous supply of free coffee, tea and bottled water for the room. Well stocked and varied breakfast options in a pleasant dining area.

the shower was a little on the small side and the shower head was difficult to get the water in the right direction.

We had 2 very different reservation requirements. A room for me and my husband, and a room for our son and his family. We were probably in the "newer" or more recently remodeled side of the hotel and everything was great. They were on the other side and hopefully those rooms will be upgraded to match what we had. There was nothing wrong; it was just different but made the difference in the appearance ratings. The staff was great. Especially Isa!!! Food out on the patio was very good. The location was a surprise, but we enjoyed being in the quiet neighborhood.

The room, the breakfast, the staff were very helpful. I went recently with my son to visit the BOSS ATP tennis tournament. The hotel location is great and very close to the stadium. We had a wonderful time and for sure will come back next time we go with our bigger famliy. Thanks!

This is a really nice hotel with amazing service, a little outside of the city in a residential neighbourhood. They have their own restaurant, sauna and swimming pool. The food in the restaurant was really tasty. What I really loved: they had special memory foam pillows in the rooms. Best pillow I've ever had in a hotel.

The shower was very tiny.

very nice hotel. extremely nice staff with one exception. but that one ruined everything. the arrogant pompous receptionist ruined everything the team worked hard for this morning. I don't even understand how it is possible to employ a person with such a style.

The SPA area is above average for a hotel: wet & dry sauna with relaxation area, swimming pool that you could actually swim laps in. The staff was super, had a sick wife- staff brought her a couple meals, was really sweet (meals were excellent). Comfortable bed, no a/c but window breeze was more then adequate. Hotel had a lift/elevator, super. The hotel is within 1.5km of Stuttgart main platz.

The hotel is on a significant hill, takes 2 buses from hauptbahnoff but worth it (both bus' run frequently)- do not walk the hill if you have a suitcase. Once you get off the bus it's 5 min walk to the hotel but it's on a fairly flat route.
