Overall happy with the facility, as expected by Best Western!!! We had some difficulties to get access to the room, because of arrival at 23:40, actually after informing that we expected arrival tome to be at 23:00 - 24:00... Apparently we got access after calling the security of the facility. That's OK, just costed us some time of waiting and worrying... We finally got to the room at around 00:20. In the morning, we also did not find anybody at the reception desk. We had to leave without further delay. We left without paying!!!!! ACTUALLY I AM WORRYING ABOUT HOW CAN WE PAY FOR THAT NIGHT???

-very nice and quiet place, outside the city center. Ideal for a stop during road trip, and for a stay with family. - plenty of parking spaces available - very nice breakfast - very friendly people at the reception and always willing to help - nice and clean room - extra bed was provided for our kid, upon our request

-no air condition available in the room, so it was very warm and he had to sleep with open windows

A really nice hotel with modern room facilities, a few kilometers from the centre of Ulm. The bar and breakfast was excellent. We can't comment on the restaurant (as we ate out), but it looked really nice. Our room had a small balcony which added extra value, because we had our dogs with us. The bus stop to the cente of Ulm is one minutes walk, and costs 2.70E taking only 15 mins to get there with regular services to around 2100.The hotel has free parking for guests and great acess to the autobahn network.

Nothing. All problems were sorted quickly and efficiently without drama. A fridge would have been a nice addition to the room.

The breakfast was amazing! Staff was exceptional. The man at the reception had a stressful night with a group but remained calm and was very helpful. The girl at the outside bar was also really nice and funny.

The soap dispenser in the shower was broken as well as the toilet paper dispenser.

We used the hotel for one night on our way to the Dolomites. The hotel is close from the highway, the rooms are clean and nice. Good and clean bathrooms and comfortable beds. Helpful staff as well!

The room was standard with a comfortable bed, bathroom had some essentials, I was in the sauna in the fitness area, well eqipped there too.

The Wifi kept logging out, even when actively using it. The location is a little far from the center and was uphill from the tram stop.

The carpet in the room the lack of a possibility to buy water or other snacks.

Friendly staff they parked our bicycles in the meeting room. Small room but really comfortable bed and amazing shower.

Quality of food was excellent, but for someone staying more than 1-night, the menu was very limited.

Good value. Easy check in and friendly helpful staff. Very good room and very quiet. 1st class restaurant.
