Very fancy for a very reasonable price. The room was comfortable and well equipped and the staff made us feel very welcome, giving us advice and answering all our questions about the city.

The ‘free’ drinks and vanity set were a nice gesture, but unwanted (we would have much preferred €5 off the price of the room than five drinks we didn’t want, foot cream and a nail file). The branding was a little in-your-face, the room was full of quirky messages and postcards that felt a bit unnecessary. The greenwashing was also noticeable, a big deal was made about how we were saving the planet by not having our room cleaned daily, but the bed included 8 pillows between the two of us, presumably causing an excessive amount of energy to be used washing unnecessary bed linen

A beautiful hotel in a central location with exceptionally comfortable rooms, a stunning design, and incredibly cozy beds and pillows. The ambiance throughout the hotel is both elegant and welcoming, making it a truly relaxing stay. Tanya at the reception in Ulm was wonderful—remarkably friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. Every detail in this hotel reflects quality and care, creating an exceptional experience that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

We arrived an hour before we could check-in, tired and soaked. The desk person was amazing! Our room was ready so she checked us in, made hot chocolate to lift our spirits, and helped us find the bike storage room. Her kindness was outstanding. Breakfast was incredible! Such a variety, and the quality was top notch. Our room was very efficient in its use of space, lots of outlets/sockets. Location was great, walking distance to all the important sights and restaurants. Across the street from the train station yet very quiet.

staff should pay more attention to the customers requests. every new shift at the reception did not know what was asked and agreed with the previous one. Charged my credit card for the more money than should. ( for the late checkout, not acceptable!!!) However all issues were solved without no problems.

Nice bed and provides a variety of pillows!!! Some of the best pillows I have used. Awesome breakfast and a nice gym (that i did not have a chance of using) Location is nice (across the street from the train station. Highly recommend

since its in the city center and shopping area, some night noises. but the window is good enough for block the street noise.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The location was perfect, and the bed was absolutely wonderful—so comfortable! Everything was clean and cozy, which made my experience even better. I highly recommend this hotel! Staying here for the second time, and will return for sure!

In a world of bland, cut-copy-paste options, this place was cool, unique and a very pleasant surprise. I had a super-early departure, and the breakfast bag was high-quality and generous. Assuming that the other hotels in this mini-chain are just as good, Hyatt was very smart to hook up with these guys!

The bed! it was the most comfortable. Very convenient hotel location too, right next to the main train station. We got a room on a higher floor as I requested - with views of the cathedral. Restaurant was good and accommodating with our small child.

Breakfast could have had more choices. The price of the night was also a bit too high for the value.

Directly across from the train station, but quite and a 10 min walk to downtown area. Staff were friendly and spoke English. My room was perfect on the 7th floor with views of the church, bed and pillows were all comfortable with a very spacious, disability bathroom. Breakfast was delicious and was served on the 8th floor with fantastic views of the city; either outside or inside seating available. Free mini bar with 3 different sodas and 2 waters available. Will definitely stay here again!

The only negative was that the WiFi was not password protected.

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at in Ulm. The location is perfect, right in front of Ulm Station. I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet the room was despite its central location. I especially loved the extra pillow provided—it was firm, unlike the usual soft ones most hotels offer. I had a truly restful stay here.
