The hotel is modern and convenient for visitors who need to visit the Schwarzwald Baar Klinikum. the room size is quite big and the room amenities and furnishings are very comfortable and sufficient. Also the rooms were very clean! No funny smells :)

There was some weird and somewhat loud humming sound coming from the ventilation system/AC. Some more non-pork options at the breakfast buffet and a slightly bigger menu with a few more choice at the restaurant would be great! Paying attention to small repairs inside the rooms (bed light was broken for example).

The staff member who was on duty on December 12th between 8:00 PM and 9:00 PM displayed unprofessional behavior and appeared to lack the qualifications and competence required to perform his role effectively. He is a tall, heavy-set man with a bald head. His communication style and behavior suggested that the responsibilities of this position might exceed his abilities. I kindly request that he be provided with training on appropriate client interactions and professional conduct. Alternatively, it may be worth considering assigning him tasks better suited to his skills.

Very clean and quiet room.

Me and my work mate - we ordered two separate beds and we got two beds put together just like one. We wanted some privacy so we had to remowe some furniture to separate the beds. It didn't feel and looke nice. At night I hit a lamp over my head. The separate beds were the only reason we choose this hotel and we were dissapointed in this area. Also ventilation in the bathroom was not working at all.

Friendly staff and nice and stylish hall. Very good breakfast with warm dishes, fruits and vegetables, fresh and warm baking. The terrace is useful when you have a car and park it on the paid parking lot. This way, you have a nice shortcut to access the car right from the room.

There is very little free parking on the site. The rest is paid - 6.5 EUR per day. At the parking machine, the only option was to pay with cash. After we had put a 10 EUR note, the machine gave us pack only 1.5 EUR instead of 3.5 EUR. Other than access to the car, a terrace worth not very much - it's just a tiny place facing the parking lot and you are not properly separated from the neighbours.

Location and breakfast

Air conditioning doesn’t work. The device on wall shows same temperature all day and all night and doesn’t cool the room and only it’s fan works. It was super hot when we visited and we had to open room window for ventilation.

Friendly staff, clean facility, rich breakfast. Our room had all that we needed for our stay. The water heater came in handy and the tea bags. Despite the carpet didn't get any allergies, a challenge I have with some accommodations.

A better description of the parking gates would be useful... my GPS didn't find it twice, maybe due to the numerous buildings...

Most of the experience was great.

Smoking area & tables not clean. Our room bathroom shower was most of the time flooding. We did not realize as we had towels most of the time. The sofa bed was not comfortable and my son slept between us anyway which would have been free according to the booking. We had oranges on the breakfast area but the squeezer was broken,so no fresh orange juice as of the 2 ND day. Other then that lift areas always smelt of drain sewage

Hotel was nice, area was nice. Hotel staff was very nice and welcoming. Hotel staff spoke English very well. Hotel was 30 minutes away from Triberg Waterfalls. Room was air conditioning. Breakfast was really delicious.

Paying for the parking because the free of charge spaces were occupied. It’s not ok that some guests have to pay while others park for free. This system is stupid and unfair.
