Great location, very good staff, good communication and helpful tips. Clean and neat apartments in the heart of the shopping street, definitely an asset for Arta. I am coming from the city, but living abroad and I am a frequent traveler, so the concept and facility impressed me.

The only issue is the noise from the shopping street. Not the most relaxing apartment during the daytime. The breakfast is quite expensive for 12 EUR. You get to choose from a set menu. And you get a lot of food, but Arta is a very small and cheap city where you can get a very good breakfast and coffee from bakeries and the supermarket.

This is an excellent hotel. Modern design of good taste and high quality. The suite is spacious with a large and well-equipped bathroom, and a very comfortable bed. The personnel is very friendly and communicative,. Niki of the reception speaks excellent English and is a great host. We had a warm welcome and enjoyed excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast is copious and served in a nice area. With good weather you can eat outside, right next to Arta's famous auditorium. Quite special. The private parking is a real bonus in the busy town of Arta, and just 30 meters walk from the hotel.

We had a room at the front of the hotel, and there was some street noise (the windows do have good sound proofing, nevertheless). In part the noise was due to an annual Greek celebration, with crowded streets, so not a normal day/night. Perhaps a room at the rear of the hotel would we quieter.

The apartments were very spacious, modern and pleasant, with all the facilities available. The location is very central and it's perfect for a city walk or a road trip out of town. There's an option to have a nice breakfast in the hotel's café on the ground floor near an ancient theatre which is located right next to the building. The staff was very friendly and helpful!

Beautiful new small hotel, we particularly liked the marble finishes and spacious penthouse apartment with balconies both at the rear overlooking the amphitheatre and at the front the pedestrianised street. The photos don’t do it justice.

Nothing really, the kitchen would benefit from more equipment.
