Perfect location in the city. Close to Plaka, Acropolis, hundreds of restaurants and bars. All in walking distance. Spacious and clean room and bathroom being cleaned everyday. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and can recommend it if you are looking for a relaxing stay with quick access to the city. And yes, the roof has a view on the acropolis. Especially in the evening and sunrise it is worthwhile to sit and watch.

Great location with plenty of lovely places to eat really close by. This area of Athens is perfect to visit all the sights. The breakfast included was very good. The room was very nicely furnished. The staff we met were very friendly and helpful. Much nicer indoors than it looked from the outside. Quite quirky with a church in the reception and a massage chair.

The balcony was narrow with no real view and no furniture to sit on. It was fine for 1 night pre cruise but I would probably opt for a better room with a view and more outdoor space if staying longer. They are going to have a rooftop terrace sometime in the future which will be good..

This hotel is located in a great area of Psyrri; Psyrri square was about a two-minute walk, and the metro was around five minutes away. The service was phenomenal, and everyone was extremely professional and courteous. The bed was comfortable, the water was always hot, and the room was huge compared to others in the area. We also had a breathtaking view of the Parthenon from our balcony. Breakfast was served every morning with a good variety of items. Some aspects might seem unsafe or odd because of the graffiti, but I can assure you it is very safe. We never felt in danger or out of place while walking around. The Parthenon and the central area of Athens were approximately a 15-minute walk away. There are plenty of great restaurants and things to see in Psyrri. Noise is an issue in the area and something to be aware of. Athens is extremely lively and noisy; most hotels will suffer from this issue. However, after the parties died down at night, it was very peaceful and quiet. This is not the hotel's fault, so I will not deduct any points. This was a great hotel with amazing customer service. I will definitely stay here again if I return to Athens.

the accommodation was nice, clean, we had a large room, quite close to the Acropolis

as they changed our flight to early morning and we had bought breakfast we requested packets for the 6am journey, the staff accommodated our request , but the packet was very poor, one white dry ham and cheese sandwich, one small donut, a biscuit, a small jam and a rotten banana, no coffee. At least make a baguette with vegetables, with salami, with tomato, with cucumber , croasant and coffee to go with it ; parking house in the hotel , the agreement in the hotel is written at 10 EUR / day , when we told the gentleman in the parking house I quote : brother, hotel is hotel, parking is parking, my price is 15 EUR. you leave the keys of the car to him and he will prepare it for you somewhere. Location is excellent to explore the main attractions in the city center. Located on a more quiet street, but literally around the corner you have the best restaurant, cafe and bar area with a great ambience. The room was clean, breakfast was good, all the main necessities like slippers, toiletries, robe, fresh towels were provided.

One of my main requirements while looking for accommodation was a balcony, but the balcony of our room was mostly occupied by air conditioner boxes and the only free space to place a chair and sit was in front of the next room’s window. The balcony was shared, with no separation. Also, our air conditioner smelled very bad (like cat pee?) so we couldn’t use, but even after we notified the staff, they didn’t do anything about it. So we had to sleep with the window open, but the street was rather loud all night. :(

Amazing location, very nice and modern apartments the breakfast was amazing

We had a calamity at the airport and needed last-minute accommodation; this establishment was available, and we got more than what we expected for a last-minute room, which came as a pleasant and welcome surprise. The decor of the room and everything was exceptional, including the room and balcony. The breakfast was also amazing!!

Unfortunately, the other area of the neighborhood at the end of the road is rough but could not be helped; the hotel itself was perfect.

LOCATION: Great, perfect for exploring Athens! The view from our balcony was awesome! Just like the pictures. STAFF: Holds customer service in high regard! From reception, to the restaurant to the cleaning staff, they all know their stuff, hospitality at a high level. THE ROOM: so much space and so clean (we had a suite), we slept like baby's, the bed is really comfortable. It felt like home and we did not want to leave. We were hoping for a fog or something so airplanes would not be able to take off, good excuse to stay a bit longer ;-). OUTSIDE: the balcony/patio is the best thing ever, we had a room with a hot tub and not a small one, no, no need to bend your knees, just flat out float and just look at the Acropolis! Wonderful! When in doubt and price is less of an issue for you, take a suite with a hot tub. Go about your sight seeing business, bring home some wine/beers (big fridge in the room, not a mini bar but a good size table fridge), chill in the hot tub with one of the best views you could desire. BREAKFAST: a lot of choices, from sweet to savory. All good and fresh juice and good coffee. TECH: enough sockets to charge what you want, TV is big, WIFI is good. EATING/DRINKING: a lot of choices in the direct area but Plaka is just a 10 minute walk. I know Plaka is more touristy and cute but for us, an outside area with hot tub with an Acropolis view, was a thing and the Psyrri neighborhood is perfect for it. Again, just a short walk to Plaka but Psyrri has a much more authentic vibe and better views and really nice restaurants as well I think. So plan and book according what is most important for you. Food is good everywhere, try something new. Visit the old market and have some octopus! SAFETY: did not worry one time, around the places you want to visit, you are totally safe. VERDICT: Had an awesome stay, would stay here again and if money was not an issue, I would take the next plane to Athens and book this hotel.

Nothing, we travel a lot and some hotels are ok, some are good, some are very good and some are special. This hotel falls in the last category.

Very spacious room, decorated in a modern and high quality standard. The location could not be better. A couple of minutes walk from both Thiseio and Monastiraki metro stations, on the edge of Psyri, but also not on a busy street with bars and noise, just next to those streets.

Just a few suggestions that I felt lacking. Some small furniture on the balcony, maybe a small table and two folding chairs, there is space for that for sure. At breakfast there was no sliced cheese. There were both fets and some delicious Greek hard cheese, but they were diced. Some form of sliced cheese to make a small sandwich would have been nice. Lastly, in the bathroom there was no soap bar. There were bottles of shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, but a small soap bar would have been nice to have on the sink, instead I had to use the shower gel that run out quickly and had to ask for more, which was promptly delivered nevertheless.

Although located in a rather tired looking street itself, the Suites are only 50m from Ag. Anargron which is full of restaurants and bars all the way up to Monastriraki Square. The Suites building itself, though, is smart and modern, with a nice, well-appointed breakfast room. There were always cooked options available (a strange mix sometimes) but also lots of very nice cakes and baklavas. Our apartment (106) was located on the 1st floor, street facing, but reasonably quiet. It was of a good size, with kitchen area and large shower room, all extremely clean. Only complaint was that my wife would have liked a mirror somewhere in the apartment other than the bathroom.

These are only minor complaints:- 1. Only 1 mirror, located in the bathroom 2. Breakfast hot options sometimes a strange mix. 3. Fruit was very tired. 4. Mini bar prices not in room.
