The location is excellent. You are in a fairyland and feel close to kings and queens from the medieval time. Lots of places to visit nearby using the car - the gorges, the Nestos river, the mountains and the sea. The place is nicely and carefully organized. The room is huge in contrast with the bathroom. The staff is kind and friendly . The pool was opened but did not tried it.

The wifi reception is very bad and the bathroom is quite small. The toilet pluming should be improved as it's draining quite slow. If you have problems sleeping be advised that there are some animals and birds around that make a lot of noise :) . The breakfast is simple and basic, but you are not there for the breakfast :)

Nemesis Hotel in Greece is such a magical place and truly a hidden gem. Honestly, it’s the best place we’ve stayed at so far. The staff are warm, friendly, and polite, and they make you feel right at home. The rooms are big and comfortable, and the whole place has a relaxed vibe. There’s a lovely pool in a peaceful setting, a smaller pool for kids, some animals to see, gorgeous nature, and amazing views. The food was really good, and every moment here just felt special. We can’t wait to come back!

Literally everything... !! The serenity of the Nestos Valley! Fly fishing, canoeing in the river, the ancient Macedonian sites, the forest, the wildlife, the honey makers, the history of the place. The staff friendliness and their smile on their faces. The owners are always there and always willing to hear and help. Stargazing with a massive celestron ... and I can go on! My wife and kids did not want to leave...

The uniques pseudo-castle architecture will stick in memory, behing the medievial looks there are all amenities in the comfortable rooms including A/C and central heating (of course not needed now in summer). Plenty of choice for breakfast, plenty of choice to enjoy it outside by the pool. Good location for hiking and exploring Nestos Gorge or the wider surroundings. The very scenic mountain road to Toxotes has been asphalted recently, adding another option for a touristic loop.

In a beautiful area, we loved this quirky hotel in a lovely setting. Very welcoming with a great breakfast. Comfortable bed, good wifi. Ten minutes’ walk from the village of Komnina with the Karagatsi taverna. Great food. We spent a great couple of days here. Well positioned for good walking and drives further into the hills.

For our purpose the location was great - we needed a sleep-over close to the border at Zlatograd BG, returning from Greece. The place is really calm, it feels like being at a mountain resort in the Rhodopes. There is a lot of greenery, it is serene and quiet, just a normal village life goes on around. The rooms are large, the bathrooms as well, there is a patio with chairs and a table. It is a peaceful place to rest and recharge. The staff was really kind and helpful, we loved all the ladies we communicated with.

I strongly suggest that service maids do check the TV before reporting the room as prepared. Our TV system seemed to have a solid problem and actually this is quite a common problem at hotels - when a naughty guest decides to install channels anew and the end result is complete deletion of all channels and the settings left on Nepalese language for example.

Hotel was like a scene from a Disney movie. Amazing place. Room was fantastic and lots of space. Breakfast was average but a reasonable choice. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. I will definitely be back.

After 8 hours travelling on my motorcycle in 35+ degrees centigrade the pool was out of use. Very disappointed as I was looking forward to cooling off at the end of my ride. Please be aware that there is no food and I had to put my bike gear back on to travel to the village for dinner where I was very well looked after. Room was fab but instructions on how to use the AC would be very helpful as it was a sticky night with no AC.

The rooms are warm and clean. They have refrigerator and tv, some of them have balconies. The hotel offers their own wine, so ask for it. The personnel is really kind and helpful.

The breakfast finishes quickly and not everything is replenished.

Friendly & Welcoming Staff. Superb location with excellent scenery & beautiful gardens. The best Breakfast compared to the other 3 Hotels that i stayed at in Greece. Rooms clean & well decorated.

Village Dogs barking constantly but this is not the Hotels fault.

Excellent and clean facilities, friendly and hard-working staff, delicious and varied options for breakfast, well-kept swimming pool, outdoor dining, plenty of parking, mini zoo next door, everything and anything you need, they will take care of it.
