Spacious rooms right by the sea. There are few restaurants just nearby and around 10 mins walk to the centre with more shops. We stayed in May so the area was fairly quiet and peaceful. Great breakfast selection with the seating outside with the sea view. We were really impressed by how much care and love the owners Stelios and Maria put in this place, genuinely caring about every guest, looking after us during breakfast and going the extra mile to ensure our stay was pleasant. I can’t thank you enough for making our family holiday so much nicer, you really make a difference!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Coralli Beach Hotel! The entire Dimitris family provided outstanding hospitality, making us feel welcome and taken care of from the moment we arrived. The service was warm, personal, and truly made the experience special. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast – rich, high-quality, and incredibly delicious every single day. It was clear that great care and attention went into preparing each meal, with a variety of fresh and local options that suited every taste.

I'll start with the owners of the place—they were extremely kind and attentive at all times. Especially the owner, who was very committed to us throughout our stay! The hotel is fantastic considering the price and The breakfast surpassed my expectations. We came here for our honeymoon, and while you shouldn't expect a jacuzzi, if you're the type who loves having breakfast by the beach, listening to the sound of the waves as you sleep, and mainly using the hotel for sleeping since you'll spend most of your time at the beach or exploring nearby cities, this place is perfect for you! Now, regarding the location, you have endless kilometers of beach. The hotel is right on the shoreline, just 20 minutes away by bus from the city of Heraklion, which I found to be ideal. Lastly, the neighborhood is very friendly; locals always greet you and try to communicate with you, regardless of the language. I fell in love with the district of Gournes and will always return to Coralli Hotel whenever I have the chance!

It‘s been our second time at the hotel and will definitely not be the last time. During our last stay we noticed some positive improvements e.g. new sunbeds, pool towels and a kettle in the room. They are constantly working on the property which is great to see that they really care about the comfort. The rooms are more on the basic side but they give you plenty of space which you will not see in other hotels. The breakfast buffet has many different options like: fruits, cereals, orange- and peach juice, coffee, hot chocolate, cheese, ham, everything for a greek salad, pastries, eggs in different forms, bacon, nuggets, fries and savory pastries. You will get a 1,5L water bottle each morning for breakfast, from the really sweet woman who works the breakfast shift. The owners are so very kind and nice, they will always help you with problems or questions. The Woman was so happy to see us again when we checked in which made us feel so welcoming. Her husband gives everyone who is new to the hotel a buffet tour and always greats you when you see him during the day. The cleaning staff does a great job, they will come everyday and give you a change of new towels and change the sheets every two days. The property is right in the approach path of the airport, which could be a little loud for some people. The bus station is not far from the hotel and the bus takes about 25min to Heraklion. There is many things close buy (max 15min walk) car rental, supermarkets, restaurants, souvenir shops, hair salon, nail salon and even the aquarium. We had a really great time and will definitely be back next year.

The bathrooms are outdated but seeing they are constantly working on bits and pieces they will eventually change that to.

The staff was really friendly and helpful with any information you'd require. They even helped us with renting a car. The price was lower than what we would have paid at the airport car rental companies. The breakfast was good. It had 3 type of eggs, bacon, chicken nuggets, some pizza, sausages, 3 types of ham and salami, cheese, salads, cereals, some deserts including pancakes and fruits (melon, peach, pears). Plus the orange/peach juice and coffees. In the night there are mosquitoes but they have provided mosquito repellant in both rooms. The main room (we've had the family duplex) has an AC, but we've just slept with the window open. In the evening there are a lot of planes landing as the whole area is on the landing path, but the noise is not that big, and if you enjoy the AC at night, then with windows closed you should not hear any noise. The hotel is very close to the beach, and there are very good taverns just outside (Ambrosia Tavern was our favorite), including a mini market 100m away. They have a small swimming pool (1,4m deep) and several sunbeds that can be used during the day.

The room could have been a little more clean, and every two days, the floors should be washed. They usually empty the trash bins and probably swipe with a broom.

We met the owners Stelios and Maria who offer us great hospitality and personal attention. During our stay we had all the assistance we need and we had a very good time. The location was excacty on the beach. However there was also a pool in the hotel for relaxation during anytime of the day.Breakfast was excellent, tasteful and with variety of goods. The room was very spacius, clean and with comfort beds. Good reason also that they were pet friendly. Bonus of the location, a lot of restaurants, cafes and bars nearby.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, right in front of the beach, tavernas right next door, a pool if the sea doesn't suit your fancy. Fantastic breakfast with wonderful, friendly, and hospitable staff and owners. The owner, Dimitris, and his daughter were particularly helpful and accommodating, very quick to meet the needs of their guests and did not hesitate to assist us in whatever way possible.

To be honest everything! The team in Coralli feels like a family! Always so smiley and friendly thank you so much Maria and your team for your hospitality. The hotel itself is very stylish, our room was spacious, the cleaning lady was lovely too, towels were changed every single day and good cleaning, the beachfront is literally in front of you!! Breakfast was always fresh and hot! they provided towels for the beach too which not all the hotels do in Greece. Free parking on site. Few restaurants nearby, good food. We really really enjoyed our stay! The price was very good too! Thank you !!

I guess just the noise from airplanes but that not the hotels fault. Also the shower was leaking a bit.

The owners are super nice and accommodating. We told them we need stable internet connection in order to work, and they gave us an apartment that is closer to the main router, plus a private cellular router just in case. It was still not ideal, as it generally is in Crete, but was much better than other places we've been. They're very open to bringing dogs. The beds were comfortable and big, and the curtains made the rooms completely dark, which was perfect for the baby. Air condition worked perfect. Three breakfast was delicious, and they even let our family who was in town, to join the breakfast for a very reasonable fee. The area is the center of the village with the beach right in front of the place, and restaurants all around. We felt like home, and can highly recommend staying there. The apartments are more on the basic side, nothing fancy, but for that price it definitely worth it!

The only thing that was not so bad, but could improve, is having more shade on the pool. During the day the pool was really hot and directly under the sun.

Me and my family had a wonderful stay at this guesthouse. Everything was very clean and beautifully maintained. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always making sure we felt welcome. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of fresh and tasty options. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay!
