The place was absolutely stunning. My wife and I booked this place for our honeymoon, and that did not disappoint in any way. Everything from the location, to the people owning the place everything was perfect. Really modern and very luxurious place which was a few meters away from the beautiful water. The rooms were beautiful and very nice, everything was clean and worked. We were very happy with our own private pool and terrace, which was cleaned every day! The owners of this place is a very lovely and warm family, who makes sure every need you ask them are met! They are happy to talk, give you a good place to visit or even ask if there is anything that they could help with. They also have a family restaurant, which is very classy and has various dishes where you can enjoy your meal right by the ocean. And we were also welcomed warmly by the restaurant! Overall 10/10 experience, I would definitely suggest this place if you are looking for a private stay, where all your needs are met. Where rooms are equipped with everything you need.

If there was anything we didn’t like, I know they would do their best to ensure nothing was like that.

We had to find a quick solution due to cancelled flight at short notice-close to the airport. This apartment was 15mins journey and we found a spotlessly clean modern room waiting for us within the hour. The owner arrived to ensure everything was in order and explained how the air con, entry system and tv worked etc. He was so helpful and welcoming . it was very well equipped with coffee machine and fridge where water and soft drinks were proved. The linens and towels were great quality and the beds comfy and large. It was located on the coast road with the sea metres from the door and a Sandy beach a 5 min walk away. The area was fairly low key but several tavernas and cafe bars were nearby as well as a convenience groceries store. It was a bonus to find this great place after a disappointing airline experience

It's a brand new establishment with a tasteful interior design and nice features. The room is spacey and user-friendly and the bathroom is also quite big. It was very quiet during the period of my visit (off season) and I noticed there is an adjacent new hotel establishment under construction, which could cause some noise during the summer. The beach is opposite the hotel but it is not equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas and the overall coastal area is not very nice. The hotel has placed quite a few sunbeds in the front yard but there is no pool. Overall, it is an excellent choice if you have a car and can drive to other beaches.

The property was right on the seafront. Beautiful comfortable rooms, very modern amenities and plenty of shampoo, conditioner and soap (loved the honey scent!) Our room had a wonderful big “balcony/terrace”, a really spacious outdoor area to sit and relax and also to dry our swimwear and towels. Breakfast is an additional €5 per morning and worth it - you get a lot and it was delicious especially the Greek yoghurt! Also it was a really peaceful and quiet area but still really well connected by local bus (20 mins to the airport) and the hotel was really helpful with getting taxis if needed. Shout out to Christina who was so helpful and welcoming!

Suggestion: to have an outdoor tap to wash the sand off before entering the hotel. Otherwise it was perfect!

Wonderfully close to the beach, our room was spotless clean and in excellent condition. A/C also worked properly and it was nice to rest in a cool and well maintained room. We also loved the orange juice and bottled water available in our fridge at all times. Our host was also very welcoming and kind!

It isn’t the property’s fault but the airplanes approaching Heraklion land just above your head - it might be too loud and disturbing for some people. It would have been nice to have some savoury/salty options (besides cream cheese) for breakfast - the sweet options have become a bit overwhelming after some days. A “do not disturb” sign on the door would be welcomed. :)

Gorgeous in every respect. The facilities were perfect and it was the most beautiful property I've ever seen. The view, landscape, and sea on the doorstep were breathtaking. The host was outstanding.

This was the best hotel i’ve ever stayed at. Everything was perfect and we’re already planning on coming back next year. The facilities were amazing, we had the room with the jacuzzi and it was cleaned everyday along with the room and the cleaning lady was lovely. Eva, one of the hotel owners even drove us to the local supermarket so we could grab some stuff we needed. The location was perfect for us, quiet but with loads of amazing local restaurants within a 10-15 min walk around us, alongside an amazing view of the sea wherever you went. The room itself was outstanding, so clean and brand new! We used the taxi app freenow to get into heraklion and then got a coach if we travelled further from the heraklion bus station and never had any issues with getting a taxi through the app at any time of day. I am aware of a bus from the area, however we never got round to catching it. The hotel itself is amazing to the eye and we’re looking forward to coming back and cannot imagine a hotel being as nice as this one!

We had a beautiful room with a private pool, and we were more than satisfied with it! Loved the decor and the spacious room, and all the lovely little touches of design. The private pool was also a big plus for our 5 y old daughter. The staff was super nice and helpful, and we were very satisfied with the daily cleaning service.

The place offers breakfast which is offered at the hotel next door. It is okay, but don't expect too much - they have quite a small selection and poor quality.

Location is on the beach front within 30 minute walk of the main high street (where the bars and restaurants are). There are a couple of very good places to eat along the beach front about 20 minutes walk. Plenty of parking at the hotel just for hotel guests. The breakfast was great, a nice selection of fresh fruits, granola, Greek yoghurt, honey and chocolate spreads with French toast, cakes, orange juices, water bottles. Room was super clean, nice and modern amenities with good aircon, blackout curtains, noise cancelling walls, secure doors, amazing jacuzzi pool. The host is lovely, very welcoming and has plenty of dinner recommendation's for you. There is even a complimentary bottle of alcohol (i think its raki). Shower was amazing (big rainshower head) and you get a shower towel, face towel, hand towel and an additional towel to use on your balcony/jacuzzi. Overall amazing place. Its worth noting too that there's only about 9 rooms in total in this mini hotel so noise is to an absolute minimum. If you have any issues, you can contact the host directly to get it resolved.

The only improvement items for me would be to improve the wardrobe / closet storage as its a little limited if your staying with a week's worth of clothes and also a mini sink / food prep area would be good to prepare the breakfast other than just using the plates provided.

Fabulous apartment, very clean and comfortable. The complimentary water, wine, and raki were an added bonus. Thankyou. The jacuzzi pool was a welcome relief to cool off in. If you turn left out of the apartment, a 10 minute walk takes you to some nice bars and restaurants. Our favourite restaurants were Pepper Grill and Ambrosia. Senso bar, attached to Pepper Grill, do amazing cocktails. If you walk about 30/40 minutes to the left (make sure you have a torch on your phone or get a taxi back as it's an unlit road) there is an abundance of tavernas, bars and shops. There isn't a sandy beach outside the apartment, it's very pebbly/rocky, but there are nice beaches if you walk in either direction. Eva was very helpful with recommendations and booking taxis for us.

The apartment is directly under the flight path to Heraklion airport !! However, when we were at the airport, we noticed that they are building a new one due to open in 2025 so hopefully, that will change.
