Reception staff were amazing, helpful and flexible with our booking needs which was ever changing. The rooms were so clean, comfortable and great value. This hotel is close to Ioaninna university general hospital it's a 15 min walk and 5 min 5 euro taxi ride back up a steep hill. Taxi into centre is around 10 mins and around 10 euros. Reception helped us order in take away food when needed and allowed a late check out. This hotel made a difficult time more bearable.

The location of the accommodation was good with a nice view towards the city. The secured private parking was convenient. The host were very friendly and helpful. We arrived very late at night and they waited and gave us a very warm welcome. Our room was of excellent size, clean, tidy, modern, quiet and well-facilitated. The bed was very comfortable. On check out, they provided us with comprehensive and useful information on attractions in the city. We are very satisfied with this accommodation.

The location of the accommodation is of central and is not closed to restaurants, cafes or attractions. Driving is required.

New property, very clean. Lovely shower. Coffee, tea and breakfast items provided. Lovely view of the city. Lots of parking space. Close to the university and hospital but in a quiet location. Staff were all lovely and helpful.

Don’t walk to the hospital - packs of stray dogs near the hospital. The city authorities need to get rid of so many strays.

Luxury apartments rarely means luxury apartments but my apartment was fitted out to an exceptional standard, very comfortable, everything I could want, and exceptionally helpful staff as Dimitris went out of his way to help me with witnessing a legal document. You are a bit out of the way so you will need a car.

Beautifully designed and furnished studio. Well equipped, great views of the lake at Ioannina in the distance. Lovely staff who were very helpful.

Having booked a one bedroom apartment.. expected there to be a separate bedroom, felt it should be described as a studio. To be fair the photographs are accurate, but feel the description not.

We stayed in an amazing room with great view of the city and the lake. Fully equipped with coffee maker, water heater and anything you can think to prepare breakfast or other meal. We were also able to have our cat with us which was the main reason we chose the facility. The person that runs the place is a cat owner as well and is it feels so good to know that you are understood as a traveler. But we would stay there with or without our pet!

Nothing I can think of. Perhaps I would wish we had a different reason for visiting. But this has nothing to do with the establishment.

Quiet location, beautiful views of mountains and part of the lake. 5 minutes drive to hospital. Very clean and modern. Secure underground parking. Easy to get to.

Only one basic taverna nearby, otherwise no shops or restaurants nearby. Apartments have hard floors so if the resident above you is wearing shoes then you can hear them walking around - annoying if you are trying to sleep!

Lovely calm place. We picked it up just for a night on our way to Igoumenitsa and we regret we didn’t had more time. (And because it is pet friendly) Clean, spacious room with lovely view. Super nice and friendly reception. Underground parking is also nice perk.

Super new and very luxury establishment indeed. Very friendly stuff and helpful! Assisted with everything and we really happy to stay there. We stayed here because it was rhe only close to the hospital but in general if you need to visit Ioannina coty you can rent a car and park in their internal parking space or just hore a taxi that is not that expensive overall. Super nice, would stay again!

Great facilities for the price, with secure underground parking at the basement of the property. Nespresso coffee maker in the room and lovely views from the balcony. Very modern room with Smart TV, at a value for money price. Looking forward to visiting again in the future!
