The breakfast offered was below average and did not meet the standards one would expect from a hotel of this category, especially considering the price point. In my opinion, several key aspects need improvement: a) The quality of the ingredients should be noticeably better, focusing on freshness and taste. b) The variety was limited, lacking both in options and creativity. c) There was a clear absence of local products, which is a missed opportunity to showcase the region's culinary identity. Overall, the breakfast experience did not reflect the level of service or attention to detail that the rest of the establishment may strive for. I believe that with a few thoughtful changes, it could be significantly enhanced.

The staff of this place was positively lovely. They really went out of our way to make this an amazing stay. The rooms were clean, the pool is nice and the breakfast is tasty. Parking is a breeze and you are in the center of Ioannina from the hotel in <15 minutes.

The location is a few kilometers away from the city in a remote (more rural) area. If you want to visit the city you will need a car. It's nice and quiet, but don't expect a lively area. The airco was a little noisy at night sometimes, but nothing that kept us awake.

Smiling staff, good pool. A clean room and towels were changed every day and sheets once every two days. Free parking and good anorant. Ten minutes from Ioannina and five minutes from a shopping center near IKEA. And is a good star for all kinds of attractions in the area

A poor breakfast with a small buffet that remains open until 11:00. On the one hand it's good because you don't have to get up early, on the other hand it loses freshness

Amazing hospitality, great atmosphere! the pool is fun and has a great music in its area, the staff offers cold water, towels, everything you might need - without even having to ask for it. Wonderful service.

The shower was broken, they tried to help but couldn't really solve it - so maintenance might be in need.

We are greateful that we could stay there. We were visiting relatives in the nearby hospital and this accomodation was so convenient for us. We had wonderful breaksfasts each day and we have negative to say.

The staff was friendly and super helpfull. Many thanks to Irene, Lamprini & Katerina and the cook lady. Very good atmosphere and greate view. Highly recomndad for families.

The brakefast could have been more rich.

I used this place as a getaway to Zagoria and Tzoumerka. I choose it becuse it's close to the main highway and I don't have to spend time going through the city witch would take time. It was perfect for this. The surprise was that it was a really good vibe hotel as it is. The vibe is great, music near the pool, great for sitting down and drinking coffee. The room is basically a little home apartment with everything you need.

The hotel is just 5 minutes away from city center at a new area near the University campus with a new road connecting on a straight line the hotel to the city. There is a restaurant inside the hotel which is convenient for a little snack at night, or even for a dinner. They bring breakfast at room without extra charge, and the breakfast options are adequate for individuals and for families with young children. Clean bed sheets and bathroom towels delivered every day...at no charge. It's a pity that it is rated only as a 3-star whereas it offers so many more equivalent to higher-ranked hotels

Nothing to dislike

The staff were great, the rooms were perfect, the pool was a very nice bonus and they even offered a (fast) laundry service. It was really great!

Not "in the middle of the action", but that's not necessarily a bad thing. Literally a 10 minute drive from the city center.

Attractive and comfortable. Staff very friendly and make sure you have everything you need.

Have to use blinds instead of curtains and one was not easy to reach. The kitchen equipment needed to be supplemented. But the staff gave me what I needed.
