Everything was excellent!

Despite the short stay, we appreciated the friendly personnel and very good breakfast. The rooms are comfortable and there is enough parking space at the hotel.

We were getting squeezed orange juice in all hotel breakfasts during the week and then here you must pay for it.

Very pleasant, hardworking employees, the receptionists, the cleaning ladies and the restaurant staff. The food is tasty with a variety of choices.They offered me free spa massage - aromatherapy and face treatment and they were excellent. The resort also has a waterpark, and you can play basketball, football, tennis and ping pong.

The music from the organised nights ends around 23h and our room was quiet, facing the mountain. Although the room was small for three of us, and the bathroom needs to be renovated, overall I can say we had a relaxing, fun stay at this hotel.

1. amazing people (special thanks to Argi that was very helpful and we felt like leaving a friend behind, special thanks for the ladies at the reception for arranging for a birthday cake for my son and for being so helpful, special thanks to the staff from the restaurant that worked so hard and taught us a little bit of greek and the cleaning lady that looked after our room every day) All these people made our stay amazing! 2. the room (superior sea view room on the same floor with the restaurant), cot provided on request, room cleaned every day, 3. variety of food (healthy), 4. location

things that can be improved: better labelling of the food (especially to differentiate for vegetarians, vegans etc), the quality of the coffee (for all inclusive there is instant coffee taste like - but if you would like a good coffee that’s 4euros extra which is kinda of the pricey side), soft drinks (I wasn’t a fan myself of the choices available- i only liked the traditional cretan tea and the water) again if you want a fresh orange juice you’ll have to pay extra 2.5euros (even for all inclusive- which is not expensive in comparison with other restaurants). all in all, even with these things that i mentioned that can be improved it was very good value for money and makes me wonder how this hotel makes a profit.

We had a great 4 night stay at Atali Grand before we moved onto other areas of Crete! The room was a bit basic, but modern, clean and comfortable, just needed a couple of updates to make it perfect. We tried all the pools and all had all inclusive bars. The main pool was quite fun if you like music playing and activities. The pool across the road was very relaxed which we liked. We didn’t think we would use the waterpark but checked it out one morning and ended up staying the day there as was not too busy and had areas to sunbathe as well as use the slides. We were pleasantly surprised by the food at all meals and really happy with the range and Greek dishes available. The grill area where the pancakes/loukoumades for breakfast or grilled meat, fish and pizzas for lunch/dinner was a great addition. The drinks available on all inclusive does not include all spirits, you could get soft drinks, coffees/teas, ouzo/raki/brandy/mastika, beers and wines, which was fine for us. I had read not to go if English due to the French entertainment but this didn’t bother us as we don’t often attend hotel entertainment on holidays. However the French speaking entertainment staff were very friendly, inclusive and also spoke in English. We went to a couple of the evening entertainments and it was quite fun. The hotel was in a great location just a short walk to local shops, bars and tavernas. The bars on the beachfront are really nice if fancy a change. Close by to the little train stop which takes you round Bali and to the bus stop.

- The room could do with a couple of updates to improve. - it would be good if the outdoor al a carte bar also served all inclusive as often there’d be a queue at the all inclusive bar and a staff member at the other bar with no customers - some comfier seating at the outdoor bar overlooking the sea would be great - the room safe should be free

Very good location, quite close to the beach. Food is very good, the selection is huge, everybody can find something to eat. Ladies at the reception were extremely friendly and helpful, we even got an upgrade I think (they have several buildings so it's hard to tell) with beautiful sea view and a huge balcony. The price-value ratio is perfect. The last day we even found a gift in our room, it was such a nice surprise.

The only thing what I missed it was a pool/beach towel - I thought that in a 4 star resort it's like basic. As usual, all inclusive coffee is not so great, but there are plenty of cafes, some with great view.

Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean and comfortable. We also had a lovely sea view. We spent time relaxing around the swimming pool with it's view of the beautiful green hills. The food was exceptional - at all mealtimes there was a good variety of both traditional Greek dishes and international cuisine. All the staff were pleasant and friendly especially Αγυρώ who gave us a lovely warm welcome and was always extremely helpful. During our stay we both had an aromatherapy massage in the on site beauty salon. I can honestly say that it was one of the best I have ever had! We will be back Atali Grand!

Food was ok but can be more innovative , for example: breakfast can be different some day beach very close

Serving some not good juices, and fresh orange juice being charged… Staff every day little bit confused when you order real espresso and looking onto table menu to see the price - end of August- should be going smoothly and pleasantly bed sheets and towels should be changed every day

Very friendly staff, comfortable room, great facilities, location, value for money.

The shower very uncomfortable, need to change towels more often, no shampoo, no conditioner, shower gel bad quality.

The food was delicious. There were variety of different types of food including seafood. The location is perfect, you are surrounded by the mountains and the sea. The water park is great and we had a lot of fun there (both adults). The staff was awesome, very pleasant (but not too much as typically in Turkey for example) and always ready to listen to you. We had an excellent experience with the coupe massage and so far it was the best massage ever!
