Great location! If lucky enough, the view will be fabulous from the window, but will have to pay for that with a physical activities (no elevator and lots lots lots of stairs!) To get all inclusive for such a price is very rare. The food is ok, I would say a good bistro with a home made food. Was tasty and always fresh, but don’t expect to get seafood or a good quality drinks (wine/beer). Free and safe parking, but small. The staff is helpful and very polite! Do not hesitate to change the room if u see a mold on the wall or don’t like something ;)

Single bed is not comfy. You have to pay for a sun-bed even at the hotel’s beach! Unfortunately, the cleaning service is at very low standard. Lots of black hair all around the room and bathroom and of course in the sink! No any animation or disco through the week. Too much chemicals at the pools. Most of the balcony doors where not locking, easy asses from the pool area at any time.

The view from my room was unbelievably nice, with breathtaking vistas that made each morning and evening special. The hotel's proximity to great beaches was a huge plus, as I could easily enjoy the sun, sand, whenever I pleased. Moreover, the hotel itself had its own beautiful beach area, which was incredibly convenient. The pool area was also good, providing a perfect spot to relax and unwind, surrounded by a tranquil and inviting atmosphere. Overall, it was a nice experience, and I recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable vacation.

Firstly, I found the food options to be a little bland and lacking in diversity. The limited selection, particularly when it came to seafood, with only fish being offered, was a disappointment for someone who enjoys a variety of flavors. Another downside was the hotel staff's behavior. They seemed disengaged and bored, frequently on their phones, which didn't create a welcoming atmosphere. However, I must mention that the ladies on staff were an exception, as they were kind and helpful, making a positive impact on my experience. Overall, although there were some drawbacks, the helpfulness of a few staff members did partially balance out the less enjoyable aspects of my stay.

Spacious room with terrace. Friendly staff. The beach is amazing, clear water, no waves which it makes it perfect for little ones. Good selection of food.

The distance between bus stop and hotel ( over 1.5km). We had to walk through hills and lows with luggages. Later we found out about a tourist train which links the village to the main bus stop and it costs less than €3 but that's at every hour (1st one at 09:05am).

The location was really nice. Very nice beach, lots of freedom, pretty clean. We had a good time. Maybe not the best place for adventurers and explorers, but certainly a great spot for a rest and relaxation vacation.

The food situation could have been handled better. Especially the desserts. As soon as the first tray was empty it would only be refilled with pudding most of the time which is why people started to come in right at the start of meal time and stock up on food they might not even eat just because of the fear that it would be gone if they’re not fast enough.

Brilliant location, close to sheltered, calm beaches. There was lots to do in the area, we rented a boat, pedalo and enjoyed snorkeling in the beautiful clear sea. The food was good, Mediterranean style food with plenty of salads and fresh fruit. Our room was nice and spacious and was kept clean.

Some guests got up early to put towels on sun beds by the pool area and often didn't even use them

Our room was in the village area, top of the stairs and it was really nice that this place also had a pool. We had all inclusive and the pool bar had drinks (soft drinks, coffee, beer, wine, liquors) and snacks (sandwiches and cakes). We liked the food, we always found something good to eat, especially the vegetables and the fruits were our favourites. The staff is very nice. The location is amazing, we had a beach at the hotel, but we also visited the beaches all around, everything is very close. For this money, it absulotely worth it.

We had Wifi at the restaurant, but we had no Wi-fi in the room

Amazing beach with stunning view. It wasn't a problem to find free sunbed near the swimming pool. The food was almost the same, but at the same time you can find something to eat and the meal was well prepared.

A lot of stairs. In the triple room was very short the third bed. If you want to try desserts it's better to come at the beginning of the dinner.

The view was breathtaking. There was enough to do in a weeks stay, the food a bit repetitive. But manageable we would definitely go back but maybe self catering as there lots of lovely little restaurants just a stones thro away ☺️

Food and drink all inclusive should be so on all alcohol sold, on the premises. Not just ouzo and vodka and three just of wine's 🤢

The vacation was wonderful. We were accommodated in the lower part of the hotel. One flight of stairs to the sea and one to the restaurant. Simply amazing, thanks to the girls at the reception for this. The sea is great, the beach is in a cove, there are no waves, and the water is warm, clean, and clear. On the neighboring beach, we rode on catamarans and jet skis. The food is simple, but everything is tasty. Lots of meat options (lamb, pork, chicken), fish, and mussels once a week. Plenty of vegetables and fruits. Our child was happy with fries and pizza :) Ice cream for lunch and dinner. Nice beer and wine. The town is small, but there are places to walk around. The mountains offer wonderful views. We rented a car and went to Heraklion, visiting the Palace of Knossos. We were satisfied with our vacation; great value for money 👍 Thank you to the staff for answering all our questions with a smile :)💛

We vacationed in June with our family and our 6-year-old child. We loved absolutely everything. Yes, there were a lot of steps, but it wasn't a problem. We managed to stay in both parts of the hotel, both in Sofia and the Village. We specifically went for the beach, and the water in the bay was always warm with no waves. The entrance to the sea was sandy and gradual, which is perfect for kids. The food was good—there was always meat, fish, plenty of side dishes, and salads. However, we felt there could have been more dessert options at dinner. On the bright side, we didn't gain any extra pounds! :) The town is nice, with plenty of places to stroll, enjoy views of the mountains, and pet the cats. Evening entertainment was available three times a week, so we never got bored. We sent the grandparents there and plan to return next year!
