It is a nice modern concept building, distinguished from the rest of the standrad greek hotels which have mostly no concept. Large double rooms, each with own bathroom. Obviously you will need a car to get around as it is located further from the beach. Pool was warm for kids.

Food very simple no variety. Absolutely no traditional greek food. We have stayed for 4 days but cant imagine to eat more here. It doeant take much to make good simple food. Even if they would add spagetti to daily menu it would be better. Kids were stuck with fries and plain rice and us with greek salad. At least they had mellons every day. Hotel undersaffed. One guy doing all day front desk, bar and serving food. Some staff horrible. No smile no please no thank you so we stopped saying the same. Weird situation but you will see. I would fire them in one hour if that was my hotel.They were serving like they are in prison.

Fantastic little all inclusive hotel with lovely pool side area, Unfortunately we did not get to use the facilities as the weather was against us. The staff at this hotel are wonderful and really want for you to enjoy your stay and make use of the facilities at the sister hotel if required. Nothing was too much for Stellios or Narze, who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The food was very varied, not as hot as we would like but there is a microwave to give a boost to dishes should you require. We took the economy room as it met our travelling budget and this was excellent value for money. The room is large and very comfortable but be aware that there is no view, just a small sitting out area and there is quite a bit of cleaning activity in the morning and scraping of chairs - but that didn't matter to us. Look forward to coming back when the weather if a bit better!!!!

We had a swim up suite, with two spacious rooms and an excellent semi-private pool, getting direct sun for half the day. The view is magnificent. The main pool is also comfortable and nice, it’s 1.50m deep all around, with a separate shallow water pool for toddlers. All-inclusive drinks, although not branded, were good, including the coffee and beer. Plenty of parking. Staff was really nice and willing to help, even though few of them spoke little to no English. Three individual a/c in the suite, and 3 smart TVs, made it very comfortable. It’s a very small resort, on the outskirts of a small town, that offers no more than a nice accommodation and basic food and drinks, and for that I think the value for money ratio is pretty good. I would recommend for a short stay (2-4 days) and with a car.

The food is OK at best, no refills for run out food. We went out for lunch on some days to enjoy a more authentic cuisine, if you don’t do that you really miss out. Water in the shower changes from scorching hot to freezing cold (probably has to do with the heating system and/or the number of rooms using the shower at that time). People in the main pool are apparently allowed to play loud music on top of the music already playing at the bar, which can cause a headache. A car is a must, there is nothing in a reasonable walking distance, especially in the heat of summer.

It was a lovely location, ideally you need a car but you can walk (20 mins) to Bali and there are buses and a tourist train. Stelios the manager, was very helpful in arranging anything you needed, which made the hotel feel more welcoming than others we have stayed. The food also was excellent. I preferred it was small felt more welcoming as a result.

Nothing, all very good. ( was as hot as you would expect for august so would recommend a car hire which they can arrange or get in Bali)

They have stopped the bus to the beach , it only stops for people from the sister big hotel up the hill! :-((((((( its not a great walk to the beach especially if you have a disability or illness. The management was amazing and helped in every way possible. But they need to bring back the shuttle bus !

Great friendly staff, peaceful location with plenty of room at the pool. Access to filion facilities. 5m drive away from town/beach. If you are seeking a quiet holiday, then this is the place to be! Staff are super friendly and well assist with everything you need. When we arrived, air-conditioning in the living room wasn't working, so we were given a mobile air-conditioning unit for the duration of our stay. You'll need a car for easier navigation to both town and filion unless you plan to stay in the hotel for most of your stay. Sister Hotel Filion Resort & Spa facilities are below average for a 5 star, but 3 outdoor pools include toddler pool and indoor pool. I heard that some guests visited Filion for evening entertainment, but I never went as I loved peace and quiet. Massage was OK, although it was slightly expensive. "Spa" is only a dry spa(no steam room) free of charge if you get a massage or EUR10 per day on its own. All in all, my stay was comfortable and great!

Food was mostly good, except sometimes food was reused (lunch/dinner). One morning, I had beans that went bad and had to ask for it to be replaced. The shower in my room did not drain well.

The atmosphere of the hotel is amazing. The view is magnificent. The food is delicious. The staff is really nice and pleasant, especially the manager Stelios.

Really few small stuff, not changing the general impression. The cleaning lady was really persistent in trying to clean the room. Which is nice, however, it is not so pleasant when someone opens the door to your room when you are insides. 😀 Also, there was some problem with the lock of the door: it was rather difficult to open it.

The location of the hotel is up in the hills which worked really well for us as a family. There is a supermarket in the sister hotel 20 minutes walk up the hill and supermarkets 20 minutes down the hill which helped when the kids just wanted some ice cream cones or crisps which is the only thing they really asked for in the 11 nights we were there . Stelios the hotel manager is the beating heart of this location. His energy is just contagious and he goes above and beyond In his role! He makes great pina coladas and goes above and beyond in his hosting - he made our holiday even better than it was anticipated to be. All staff were really friendly, the room was a great size with fantastic facilities and worked for a family of 5/6.

We were happy with just a pool but others might find they need more entertainment. Lots of people hired cars and our room was next to the car park which meant we did hear guests late at night arriving back. There was a large volume of food available at meal times but potentially themed food nights might have been good to keep the food mixed up, easy changes like offering fruit salad a few nights might have been good too. The all inclusive element meant cakes and wrapped sandwiches were available in the day but again, a bit more selection would have been good. I say this really splitting hairs as the holiday was amazing!

The staff was very friendly and Mr. Stelios did everything in his power to be of help. The service was fantastic; one day, when we missed to be back at the hotel for the lunch buffet, he made sure to bring out leftovers from the kitchen for us. The breakfast was excellent; it included a great variety of fresh vegetables and fruit, as well as local specialties. We loved the pool area, the banan trees in the yard and the view over the mountains. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!
