An excellent hotel. Beautifully situated looking over the bay with wide balcony for breakfasts and drinks. Very clean and in good condition throughout. Staff are very helpful and kind. Easy walking distance to the other beaches and the harbour, or there is a little tourist train that takes you up the steep hills if you want. Pool area as lots of lounges and is a decent size. The sea area is nice too with plenty of beds and a swimming platform with paddle board and canoe

These are just above niggles but, our “Deluxe” room was not large and storage space was limited (14” hanging space). Smokers were very common during our stay and they dominate the balcony areas as well as the pool with some smoking by the pool. Some non-smoking outdoors area would be nice. For a hotel that pays attention to detail its strange that music at the pool was the same album on a half hour loop all day every day for a 12 day stay

Our recent stay was truly delightful. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the breakfast buffet offered various delicious options that changed daily. Additionally, there was the option to order food for lunch or dinner. We highly recommend the Greek salad and falafel! The hotel's location was ideal, with a beautiful sandy beach just a short walk away. The staff was amazingly nice and even thoughtfully prepared a packed bag with sandwiches and fruit for our early morning departure. They also assisted us with arranging airport transportation. Our experience was fantastic, and we highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was perfect! The most stunning location, with views across the bay from the pool and our balcony. The bathing area on the rocks was fantastic, and we enjoyed the free paddle board rental and jacuzzi! All the staff were lovely! The breakfast was also amazing, probably the best breakfast buffet we've ever had with delicious Cretan food (we especially enjoyed Shakshuka, spinach pies and quinoa salad!) such good value for money, we've stayed at much more expensive hotels which don't deliver as much as this.

my only very slight gripe (and it is extremely slight) was that some non guests sneak into the hotel from the Russian hotel opposite. It's not a massive issue as there are plenty of beds for all the guests (no hogging with towels necessary here!) so even with the trespassers claiming a few, there are still enough for the guests - but we found it a bit annoying on principle

The hotel is located on a cliff over Bali's bay, @ 3' walk from Bali's beach, the port and from Varkotopos beach Our room was beautiful, very large and with a stunning priceless panoramic view over Bali's bay. The hotel has a beautiful 360° view wellness area on the roof, with private bar, Jacuzzi and a large pool, a private beach area on the same cliff over the green Bali's bay waters and finally a private parking area @ 1' minute walk Very kind personnel, young and always on the point (top!) Perfect breakfast! Sure will be my 1st choice when back in Bali

The view is exceptional. You immediately feel welcome and everybody is extremely friendly. You soon realize that this hotel is a family business and everybody is trying to make your stay as good as possible. We looked forward to the varying and high quality breakfast every day. If we visit Crete the next time, we certainly are going to book this hotel again.

Absolutely out of this world. Sever stars plus. This wonderful property is even better than any pictures could tell. It is super spacious and the public space is so sufficient that it nearly feels like a private luxury stay. The staff members are all wonderful and super helpful, like a little family. The breakfast are super good with a constancy changing range. The best place I ever stayed in!!! Highly recommended !!!!

We have spent an amazing 11 nights at Bali Blue Bay. We stayed in a Privilege room with stunning views over the sea. The room was spacious, clean, with a big comfy bed. There was also a large balcony where me and my family sat to look at the stunning view. Breakfast was wonderful and they had a wide selection of food. The location was perfect. We had a relaxing time by the swimming pool + jacuzzi. The staff was outstanding. All staff were excellent- so polite and so charming. We were positively surprised by the cake they made for Marcelo's birthday (my grandson). Thank you so much! Everything was on the high level.

We really enjoyed our staying in Blue Bay. Everything was perfect. The hotel is place on top of a rock which provide spectacular view in all directions. Breakfast was excellent with large variety to choose from and everything was fresh. The restaurant and the roof top with a swimming pool had the best view. The private beach was down below was not sand but we don't care much about sandy beaches which are plenty in Bali if one want it. Swimming around rocks is much more fun and quite a few fish around. I would recommend water shoes though. The hotel provides a free kayak and a paddleboard which were quite popular with guests. Staff is amazing and was very helpful with every request. Though we visited most of the places around Bali we are thinking to come again.

The view was pretty good, the hotel also has rooms with better views overlooking the Bali bay, loved the hight the hotel was sutuated at overooking the vilage below. The breakfast was amazing, so many great healthy choices for everyone's appetite. The room was big and bright, modern furnishings, large modern and very clean bathroom. The rooftop pool and its view was also amazing. The crew was also very friendly...always with a smile, attentive, available for any questions, recomendations, concerns, quick to help.

There wasn't anything that I can honestly say that i did not like. This was the perfect hotel from every aspect of our stay, a rare occurance.

This is a really special hotel which felt classy and stylish. Only 21 rooms but a huge rooftop pool and jacuzzi area which never gets busy and feels 5 star in its ambience. The honesty pool bar was great for beers, soft drinks and ice creams, but you could also order cocktails and light meals from the main bar to be brought to the pool. The staff are all so attentive and friendly and the breakfasts amazing. Bali beaches are quite crowded so this hotel with its beautiful pool and sunbeds on the rocks giving access to the turquoise sea felt like a calm retreat. An abundance of restaurants nearby to sample every evening. Parking area very close by .

Rooms directly under the breakfast area could be a bit noisy in the morning ( if you want to sleep late) although this didn’t bother us. One small recommendation to improve an already great place would be to have an internal phone from the pool area to the main bar to order drinks and snacks so you don’t have to dry off to walk downstairs to place an order, but this is just a minor suggestion. Also, not recommended for people with mobility issues as access to both the pool and the waterside rocky area would be tricky for them. ( Again, this was not an issue for us, but just wanting to be helpful for other travellers)
