- Location near the beach - Balcony - Friendly housekeeper and other staff - Clean - Has everything you need - Discount at the restaurant at the beach (recommend). For all the other reviews complaining about getting there: i'ts easier to get to the parking if you come from the north side (less steap). Takes about 3 minutes extra driving.

- Curtains, light came through the sides (especially outside lamps at night). - Automatic slamming door to the entrance of the building was next to our room and was too loud. If not for these 2 things would give it a 10.

This is our second time staying at this place. The hotel is located at the top of a hill in Bali Bay, a peaceful and calm area. On one side is Bali Beach, and on the other, Karavostasi Beach. Both beaches are just a 5-minute walk from the apartments, making it very convenient to visit either. The apartments offer their own spacious parking, a restaurant, and sun loungers by Bali Beach, all with excellent service from the staff. Guests can also enjoy a traditional Cretan breakfast at the restaurant for a relatively low price.

Although tricky to find, the units sit high on the hill overlooking the little beach. The studio apartment is clean and comfortable with a lovely deck to sit and take in the scenery. Parking is also at the property which is handy in the area. Just a short steep staircase takes you to a lovely sheltered beautiful little beach...beautiful.

Please know the views vary greatly for the delux studios. We were given 105 on the 2nd floor which I highly recommend. Although the bathroom is tiny and you only have a plastic shower cutain, the space is good.The wow views on the website were only from the very top level which we were told was a 2 bedroom unit. There is no check in desk, bar or lounge like a hotel but rather, a small unit complex with someone meeting you to let you in. We missed a friendly face and staff to connect with but that is what it is!

Modern and new apartments on a steep hill in Bali port but really close to the beach(keep in mind if you have mobility problems) Really comfortable beds, 2 types of pillows, blackout curtains, so you will have a guaranteed good night sleep. Really clean. Bonus you have beach towels. Breakfast is served at the taverna with the same name, where you also have beach chairs and the food is amazing. Ate there almost everyday and everything we tried was delicious. Staff amazing and friendly. Definitely recommend this location.

I would say the bathroom was a bit small but everything else was really great.

clean modern new facilities, owner super friendly, fresh fruit and wine upon arrival was a treat, discounts offered on beach chair rental and restaurant run by same owner, great variety of tasty options for breakfast

washing machine was available but was shared by all guests and had to be coordinated. we had 2 rooms but only one had a drying rack on patio, both rooms advertised beach view but for one room view was blocked by trees, rooms only came with one key, steep hill and narrow street required us to park our larger vehicle at restaurant, breakfast is served at restaurant and did not start until 9 so we could only enjoy it 1 of our 3 mornings there - owner was nice and did not charge us for days not used.

We had an appartment in the 1. floor with a view at the town and sea. The place with new furniture and appliances were clean, pleasant and peacefull. At our arrival there was a plate with some fruit on a table and botteled water and wine in the fridge.

The apartment was beautiful, view 2 die for room 107. Comfortable and modern high spec facilities, air con was great as it was very much needed throughout our stay. Akrogiali hotel is beautiful and cleaned to a high standard daily Akrogiali restaurant food was fantastic and it was lovely to meat the family,very professional but also warm and friendly, always give a warm welcome. The squid grilled was highly recommended and my family loved it. Plenty activities on the beach,always sunbeds. Cretan evening was brilliant everyone welcome locals and tourists long tables,food dancing and drinking normally until 3.00am the Greeks know how 2 party. Giorgos Lironis and his daughter were on hand to deal with any situation professionally and quickly. We will be returning again (it's my happy place)

I didn't not like anything but if I had to be picky I would say that there are large high spec televisions in each room,but we couldn't work them couldn't find any English channels,didn't know how Netflix worked as was all in Greek.no instructions Also and this is nothing to do with the hotel but the little train that basically is essential travel(the only transport) never runs on time or keeps breaking down so sometimes days planned get spoilt as it only runs hourly

Great hosts. Great apartment we will definitely be back. Be warned if you have the breakfast you may not need to eat for the rest of the day 😊

We were super impressed by how well finished the apartment was. It is newly built and beautifully designed. We only did breakfast one morning of our stay and it was fantastic.

We didn't do any cooking but if we had, we would have needed a few more items available in the kitchen for cookware and utensils to prevent scratching on the cookware provided.

The outside area was stunning with a hot tub and beautiful furniture. The views are stunning.
