We absolutely loved the town; we simply fell in love with it. Such a relaxing atmosphere in this small fishing town where everyone seems to know each other. The coastline is beautiful, and there's a hisorical castle on the hill. The old town is just across the street from the hotel, and the beach is right there after crossing the street and going down the stairs. The room was spacious and well-appointed. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful I want to highlight the exceptional hospitality and thank Addriana for her care, warm communication, and all the useful information she provided

The sea view from the balcony was slightly spoiled by the overhead power lines, which are not visible in the hotel photos as they were taken from a different angle. There was some noise from the street, but  it didn’t bother us :)

The owner/manager was exceptionally welcoming and helpful. The room was large, had a balcony with a sea view and though not luxurious was good, and fine for our one night stay. The hotel was well decorated and the air con worked well. It was an easy walk into town and much information was supplied by the hotel.

The breakfast disappointed. We had expected a buffet but each person was presented with a standardised offering with no choice. A black coffee was served in a cup with no alternative offered. The scrambled egg served was acceptable, but also a thick toasted sandwich was served of ham and cheese. It was not pleasant. Indeed every diner seemed to leave their sandwich, an awful waste of food. The only good point was the freshly squeezed orange juice. The poor breakfast badly let down an otherwise good hotel.

The hotel is located conveniently in Koroni, walking distance to local tavernas, shops and beach. The rooms are large, airy and spotlessly clean, beautifully positioned with a view over the Messinian sea and across to Taigetos mountain range. Even has its own parking (which is a big plus during the busy August period)!! Adriana at the front desk is a gem!! With a wealth of information about the local area, nothing is too much trouble. She goes above and beyond to satisfy any request and always with a smile. Probably one of the best stays we’ve had in Peloponnesus. Thank you.

Having to leave!!

Sofotel is a great choice for a peaceful and comfortable stay in the center of Koroni. Despite being a city hotel, the nights were quiet, offering truly restful sleep. Clean, well-equipped rooms, spacious bathrooms, and a rich, high-quality breakfast. Private parking and the elevator were big conveniences, and the friendly, helpful staff made our stay even better. We’ll definitely return on our next visit to Koroni!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location on the main street with easily accessible parking on adjacent private car park. Our room had a balcony with a lovely sea view., 2 minute beach access via a path opposite the hotel.

Could have used an extra bedside electrical socket for charging phones and other devices overnight. Traffic noise from motorcycles but tolerable given the location.

This is a delightful small family hotel (don't be sidetracked by the name), well appointed and run by very nice people. On this occasion the shower wasn't working properly, but it was the very start of the season and I'm sure that will soon be addressed. I would think the road might be noisy in the height of the season, but we had a nice balcony with a sea view, with a short walk into town. Recommended

Everything about this little hotel was spot on, so clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had room 12 which has a fantastic sea view and view to the old town and castle.

Nothing all was fantastic

Sofotel is a prominent hotel on the edge of Koroni town centre. The room was large with a generous balcony overlooking the bay. The bed was comfortable and shower good and hot. Reception spoke limited English but was a very light touch check in.

Location was great - just a few minutes walk from the harbour and restaurants. Staff were were welcoming and helpful. Room was comfortable and had a balcony which overlooked the Main Street.

It ticked all the boxes for our needs.
