We feel fortunate to have discovered this gem of a hotel. It's been a perfect week with my mother in law, who has limited mobility. She had a ground floor room with level access shower and a fabulous balcony with sea views, surrounded by olive groves, so was very happy. The rooms are so comfortable, spacious and perfectly equipped with everything you could need. We often bought fresh, local food and ate it on the balcony, although there are also wonderful tavernas within easy reach. The beach is also walkable within a few minutes. The family are incredibly helpful and kind, with impeccable English, and nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is immaculately clean, breakfast is generous and tasty. Parking is very convenient. We could not have wished for a more enjoyable holiday.

Everything was perfect.

Christos was a very warm and helpful host. A few days earlier our rental car got broken into (near Corinth). We had to deal with the Greek police. And Christos was a huge help. He showed us the best spots around for food and activities. The hotel is a five minutes walk away from the best fish restaurant we had in all of greece. The beds were very comfortable. And there is an indoor parking garage. We would definitely come back. Thank you Christos, for such a wonderful stay!

Great Host and awesome place with a perfect view. Christos is a very great host. He was always available and gave us a very warm welcome. Sharing some travel stories and recommendations about hiking, exploring the area and the best restaurant in the village. Also the apartment was perfect! Very comfi, clean and enough space. Sitting on the terrace and enjoying our lives:). We definitely are coming back!

Everything was perfect

We loved the pleasant efficient staff, the delicious healthy homemade breakfast, the relaxing music at breakfast, the spotless units, the tasteful decor, the exceptionally comfortable beds, the beautiful white crisp sheets, the short walk to the beach, excellent free wifi connection, the owner was knowledge about excellent places to eat and visit… we haven’t enough accolades for Christo’s, his family and staff.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

What a stay this was... a lovely family owned hotel, extremely clean, with breakfast that changes daily (omelettes, sweet and salty things), fresh fruits, and a frappé at breakfast. Leonidio is a very nice town only a few km's away, easy reachable and not extremely touristic, with a few restaurants and bars, nice in the evening. The beaches are in front of the hotel, on walking distance. You can leave the car in covered parking under the hotel. But this is not all. I felt sick at night from a bad lunch at a beach restaurant and the owner of the hotel arranged everything that I could visit the nearest hospital in Leonidio and he even accompanied us with his car and waited for us to be sure everything was ok. I cannot thank them enough for having taken care of everything ! We will certainly return to this hotel, and thank you again for your attention to having helped so much and wish you all the best for the future !

We were all delighted with our stay at this charming hotel. We were made to feel very welcome and special by the lovely hosts and staff. The location is excellent, close to the beach with a great restaurant within 5 minute walking distance. The rooms were spacious, immaculately clean and with stunning views. Breakfast was a treat. The hotel gets 6 stars from us! We look forward to returning.

We liked everything.

Wonderful stay. The hotel is very pretty, well appointed and clean. It’s clear they put a lot of heart and soul into the place. The family that owns the place are very pleasant and shared many stories about their family, life experience and local tips about the region including a delicious restaurant. Felt like I was speaking to old friends. The town is also wonderful, very peaceful and pretty

My single dislike was that I didn’t stay longer

This hotel and its staff were exceptional! From the moment we arrived to our last day, Chris and his family made us feel completely at home and were helpful in every single way to ensure our stay was perfect, which it was! The rooms were spacious and well appointed, and the view from our balcony was phenomenal!

We spent 10 amazing days here and left with tears in my eyes. Everything was absolutely Perfect! The hotel is located in one of the most beautiful areas of eastern Peloponnese. The charming village of Poulithra is far enough from the busy and pricey touristy areas, but has everything you need for a relaxing vacation and ideal for daily trips to all historical and tourist attractions. The beach is literally 5 minutes relaxing walk from the hotel, sparkling clean waters, a beach bar serving drinks and food, plenty of shade, sunbeds and not very crowded. The village has a mini market, two bars with large outdoor patios, a pizza place, a kiosk with drinks, icecream and last minute snacks, and 3 tavernas, all with sea view and serving a variety of seafood and Greek & Peloponnese traditional meals. The main town Leonidio is about 10 minutes drive and there you can find more shops, supermarket, medical clinic, pharmacy, bank and ATMs, etc. We had a studio room with amazing view of the mountains, olives groves and Myrtoan Sea, all the way to Spetses. The breakfast was fresh prepared every morning by Cristos's mother - Vasilikis and her helpers Aphrodites and Anna, who were also making sure that our room was spotless clean and we had fresh linens every day. We spent some days relaxing on the balcony, on the beach or exploring the village, and other days on road trips recommended by Cristos and his father, George - whom I call him a mini-encyclopedia of Greece and Peloponnese. No matter how busy your vacation schedule is, if you stay here, must find some time for daily conversations with George! Monemvasia, Mycenae, Nafplio, Tyros, Kosmas, Pigadi, Peleta, Paralia Astros, Fokiano Beach, Tigani Beach, Krioneri Beach, so many other villages and places to see and explore, interesting drives with fabulous views! Thank you so much George, Vasilikis, Cristos, Aphrodites and Anna for one of the most relaxing and nice vacations we had!

Nothing! Everything was perfect!

The location of this hotel is superb, with wonderful views, quiet rural surroundings and easy access to a beautiful beach. The hotel is elegant, with classic stonework construction and spacious apartments, all stylishly decorated. The breakfasts are out of this world. So much choice and everything freshly baked. The service is friendly and caring. I have visited this hotel five times over the past years and will definitely return.
