- The design of the hotel is top-notch and gives out a very nice vacation vibe. The rooms are very stylish and you can tell they did not save money on the decorations. - The welcome gifts are exceptional. We received a plate of top-quality desserts, a fruit plate, a minibar full of free soft drinks and a complementary sand bag. We have stayed at different 5-star hotels in Crete and the welcome gifts of this hotel are the most thoughtful and simply the best. - The staff are nice and friendly. - The beach of the hotel is beautiful and quite. Everything is well maintained and the sun-beds are extremely comfortable. The hotel has very good facilities and everything has top qualities. There are some pink corals under the water with colourful fish, which was absolutely stunning. - The view from the restaurants is amazing. While you are eating, there are many cute cats walking around and we loved that. - We booked half board and it is a la carte only. The quality of the food was very nice, but the selection is limited. The menus are also static, meaning if you would stay longer, you would get tired of the food eventually. For a short stay this should be no problem though.

- Unlike a huge building block, the hotel is composed of many smaller buildings scattered all around the property. Many buildings have less than 3 floors and have no elevators. When you need to go to the restaurant and reception, you have to walk in the open air for a bit, which is a bit unpleasant especially when it is hot outside. But the nice landscape of the hotel kinda compensated for that. - Our room had quite some mosquitoes especially in the shower room, and we suspect that they came from the drainage. - Instead of soft drinks like cola, sprite and fanta only, the hotel could consider offering some juice in the mini bar as well.

The biggest advantage of this hotel was that the all-inclusive package was truly all-inclusive — there were no hidden charges or unexpected fees whatsoever. The food was delicious, with a good variety of drinks and alcoholic beverages available throughout the day. There was plenty of space and privacy, with comfortable sunbeds on a beautiful, well-maintained beach. The service was outstanding, and the selection of à la carte restaurants was a great bonus. The pool was amazing, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Overall, a fantastic experience that delivered exactly what an all-inclusive holiday should be.

We were extremely satisfied with our stay. A special thank you to Maria, Giorgios, Nikos and the whole reception team, who were always attentive, warm, and responsive. They went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, promptly addressed all our requests, and even surprised us with thoughtful gestures that truly elevated our experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. We could have easily stayed longer than two weeks, time truly flew by in such a relaxing and enjoyable environment. The restaurant staff were also incredibly friendly and welcoming, making every meal a pleasure. The food was of very high quality, and each of the five restaurants offered something unique and delicious. The breakfast buffet was particularly generous, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day right. We also really enjoyed our treatments at the hotel spa, a peaceful and relaxing experience that added an extra layer of luxury to our stay. A big thank you to Miranda, the spa manager, for her kindness and the little extras that made us feel special. What made this stay truly memorable was not just the beautiful setting and facilities, but the people who made us feel at home. The only slight disappointment was that we didn’t get the chance to enjoy the amphitheater, as there were no events during our stay, we would have loved to experience at least one special evening there.

Where to start? We absolutely enjoyed everything about this hotel! From the calm atmosphere and the exceptionally kind and helpful staff to the wonderful food we were served. The room with the secluded private pool was like a dream, although the main pools of the hotel as well as the private beach also offer great places to relax. You can even ring for service to order food and drinks when relaxing on the beach. Making a reservation for one of the five different a la carte-restaurants for dinner is really convenient via App, they offer a wide range of the most delicious food. We were even granted a late check-out (19.00 instead of 11.00) without any surcharge!! Thank you for that! All inclusive really means all inclusive here!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Special mention of Katerina from Guest services, she was amazing and helped with any questions or requests I had and Barbara who was part of the Waiting staff, nothing was too much trouble, she always greeted us with a smile. The food was very good, with there was a wide variety at Breakfast with choices to suit everyone. Loved that we could book a different style of food each night for dinner. Our favourite was the Greek Grill, I could eat the spit roasted lamb every day. It was very tasty.

The only suggestion I would make would be more activities during the day. If the weather isn’t great, there’s not much to do. It would be great if the hotel offered more indoor entertainment, such a group games or a quiz or even a Greek cooking class.

We stayed at Paralos Costa Alima for 3 nights and had a truly wonderful experience. At first, we had some doubts and weren’t sure what to expect, but it turned out to be a very pleasant surprise—better than the photos and even better than expected! The room was comfortable and spotless, and the location couldn’t be better for a short vacation—just about 20 minutes from the airport and right on the beach with a private stretch of sand. We booked half board, and dinner was a real highlight of our stay—excellent every night, with great variety and flavors. Honestly, it’s one of the best hotel dinners we’ve ever had. The hotel also offered nice extras, like a cozy area with movies and a live dance show, which made the evenings fun and lively. Finally, a special thank you to Giorgos Gelasakis, a staff member who welcomed us warmly and was exceptionally professional and kind. When we forgot something in the room, he went out of his way to help and arranged to send it with a cab to the airport. Overall, we had an amazing stay and would highly recommend Paralos Costa Alima to anyone visiting Crete.

Breakfast was great, but there was some elementary things that we were missing for us like croissants that we really love, salad dressing ( there was only olive oil and lemon and we had to ask each morning for a salad dressing ) - not something that took away from the great experience, but just mentioning - these are little things that can easily be fixed

The hotel was great, ever since you step inside you feel welcome. Someone meets you at the door and takes your ID for an easy check in. For us it was Gorgos, amazing service from this gentleman! Then he proceeded to guide us to our room while showing and explaining the rest of the hotel. Room wise, not the biggest rooms, but impeccably clean and great looks. The main pool was great, not too full, water all day clean and warm due to the hot weather. Bar service was splendid, you can order from the pool even. Good variety of drinks, including cocktails. Food wise we were also very surprised. It’s not the normal bad quality food all inclusive, it has amazing quality, the a la carte menu helps a lot with this since the food is always made when you order. For dinner we had the Seafood restaurant and the Steak one, both were great, with special mention to the steak one. Overall an amazing experience, tried to rebook already for next time, but it’s really full, which demonstrates the quality of the hotel. Keep it up👍🏻

Only slight downside is the beach, not for the low quality of it, but the sea it self, a lot of rocks which makes it hard to swim freely. Apart from that, the beach is great, in all the things the hotel can control.

We had an amazing time at the hotel, just loved every minute of it! The place is beautiful. We spent most of our time at the main pool, and even when the hotel was full, it still felt spacious and never too crowded. The bar was comfy and chill. We went for the all-inclusive option, which really felt like a treat. The food was tasty (especially for hotel food) and there was a great variety to choose from. The staff were great, everyone from the bartenders and waiters to the front desk was super friendly and helpful. Our room was great too. roomy, with a big shower and strong water pressure, and the bed was super comfy. The minibar and coffee capsules were restocked every day, which was a nice touch

The only downside was the lack of umbrellas at the main pool. the sun was really strong, so it wasn’t easy to stay out there for long without some shade. Also the gym was small, with just one treadmill, so sometimes we had to wait our turn

This hotel is amazing! Great infrastructure, the rooms are beautiful and clean! All the staff extremely nice and welcoming, from reception, bars, restaurants, trainers, cleaning staff, everyone! Amazing clean pools, comfortable sunning beds, the beach is clean, everything top notch! The service and food at breakfast and dinner amazing! They even have the app to plan and organise your stay in more easy and efficient way! Loved it! The best stay in Greece for sure! And a big plus, they are kind to local cats! Offer them water and food in designated areas!

The only negative thing I can remember is that we had to ask for the sun umbrella 3 times, but nothing major. Everything else great!

Amazing place! For those who want to relax and hear nothing except the see breeze:) Everything is brand new and fresh, nicely maintained. Pools are very clean , rooms are comfortable and new. I really appreciate the staff who organized our early check in smoothly, as the alternative room was available, so we could have a proper rest. From the very beginning reception staff did all the best to provide us everything we needed. Breakfasts were nice, a lot of options. We are vegetarians, still could find a lot. Dinner menu was okay for the money we paid. I certainly do recommend the place , the beach area is comfortable, the pool area was always quiet and relaxing. Even though the hotel was almost full, you couldn’t say it was crowded or noisy. People were just relaxing peacefully without loud music or nonsense activities. Felt like a real luxury resort. I give the place 10/10!

Some staff at the restaurant needs more organization , particularly ocean restaurant, but still that was such a small thing that didn’t truly matter.
