I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Special mention of Katerina from Guest services, she was amazing and helped with any questions or requests I had and Barbara who was part of the Waiting staff, nothing was too much trouble, she always greeted us with a smile. The food was very good, with there was a wide variety at Breakfast with choices to suit everyone. Loved that we could book a different style of food each night for dinner. Our favourite was the Greek Grill, I could eat the spit roasted lamb every day. It was very tasty.

The only suggestion I would make would be more activities during the day. If the weather isn’t great, there’s not much to do. It would be great if the hotel offered more indoor entertainment, such a group games or a quiz or even a Greek cooking class.

Amazing place! For those who want to relax and hear nothing except the see breeze:) Everything is brand new and fresh, nicely maintained. Pools are very clean , rooms are comfortable and new. I really appreciate the staff who organized our early check in smoothly, as the alternative room was available, so we could have a proper rest. From the very beginning reception staff did all the best to provide us everything we needed. Breakfasts were nice, a lot of options. We are vegetarians, still could find a lot. Dinner menu was okay for the money we paid. I certainly do recommend the place , the beach area is comfortable, the pool area was always quiet and relaxing. Even though the hotel was almost full, you couldn’t say it was crowded or noisy. People were just relaxing peacefully without loud music or nonsense activities. Felt like a real luxury resort. I give the place 10/10!

Some staff at the restaurant needs more organization , particularly ocean restaurant, but still that was such a small thing that didn’t truly matter.

We had a fantastic stay at Parolas Kosta Alimia. The Retreat Double Direct Sea View room with Hydro Massage Tub was beautiful, stylish and relaxing, though not directly beachfront as shown in some photos. The hotel itself is pure luxury, ideal for unwinding. A big plus was the inclusion of 5 à la carte restaurants in the half-board package, which felt truly high-end. I had a great massage at the spa, special thanks to Maria for her warm and professional service. Also the other Staffs there. All in all, the staff at hotel were incredibly friendly, the atmosphere was calming, and the entire experience exceeded expectations. Highly recommended!

If I had to mention one downside, it would be our first night at Rígani Greek Grill. I had ordered my dish well done, but unfortunately, it arrived almost completely raw. I could barely take one bite. When I mentioned this to the staff, I only received a smile in return, no replacement or alternative was offered, which was disappointing. That said, apart from this one incident, the overall food quality throughout the hotel was outstanding, with beautifully designed dishes, elegant plating, and a great variety across all five à la carte restaurants.

The hotel re-opened at the beginning of July 2024. The modern look and feel is excellent, the pool and private beach have the best loungers ever, there's pool service with national and international drinks! The location is quiet and connected with a beach road. It's only 4-5K from Chersonissos. I enjoyed one of the best sunsets ever. What I really appreciated was the quality of the food; 5 restaurants with a la carte dinner at a very high standard; the fish was fresh and very tasty combined with healthy legumes, the meat restaurant offered a wide range of steaks (Tommahawk, filet pure,...), every restaurant has a wine list,... and all of this is included in the all inclusive package. The bar offers a wide variety of national and international drinks (not 1 kind of whisky but a choice of Irish, Scottish brands,... my favorite Grappa Nonino, cognacs, ...). I travel frequently but this kind of quality and choice is very rare, especially when drinks and food are all inclusive! I want to conclude with their sustainability vision; one of their strategies is to hire only local people which I endorse; although some of them sometimes need an extra minute to understand our (non-native) English or German, they bring joy with their smiles and friendliness; especially Barbara and Afrodite, you are the top of the top!

The booking rating is misleading with only 8,5. This is probably based on the former hotel. The reopened hotel deserves a 10!

All facilities of the hotel are modern and well maintained. The hotel is located just next to the beach, we saw sea from our ground level room and were on the beach in 15 seconds. The hotel itself remained relatively quite, no noisy neighbours in direct vicinity, hence a good place to rest (but then we were there over Easter, not sure how it is during the high season). Breakfast had ample variety. We also tried all 5 restaurants for dinner and the food was great, with dishes typically on bigger size (starter+main+dessert hence typically was too much). The 5 restaurants are actually 5 different open kitchens in the same building. Staff was helpful and forthcoming, ladies serving breakfast were particularly great. Overall, great experience, we would return.

Such a lovely resort! Our hotel room was always kept so lovely and clean, with fresh towels brought to our room every morning. We went for the swim-up room and we would definitely recommend this. Our room in particular got great sun (on the right hand side, close to the sea). However, we went to the main pools quite a lot and we never had any issues with getting a bed as a group of four, no matter what time of day. The sunbeds by the main pool were my personal favourite, they were probably the most comfiest sunbeds i’ve ever layed on! The only thing I’d mention is the pools are very cold, but we were lucky with hot weather so it was nice to dip into.

The only negative we found (which isn’t a big deal) is that there are four restaurants, but they are all in one line, next to eachother. We’ve been to hotels in the past were the restaurants are scattered around so you get a change of scenery each night. But some people might enjoy the convenience of this!

Beautiful grounds, great facilities and friendly/attentive staff. Everything was well maintained with regular cleaning of the grounds and daily maid service. Excellent buffet spread at breakfast. Lots of salad choices at the lunch buffet. Delicious a la carte mains for dinner. Plenty of pool space/loungers. Cocktails excellent. Wonderful spa. Quiet and relaxed atmosphere. Overall it was a really positive experience and customer service is top notch

The lunch a la carte was a little limited in choice and if you prefer to have a bit more protein and less carbohydrate it's not ideal. Sometimes there was a little confusion with requests at meals e.g. bringing my other half coffee but forgetting tea or bringing tea but forgetting milk. The spa was great but a little pricey. Location wise it was a little bit out of the way but wasn't a problem for us as we like the quiet and we found trips with hotel pick up. Ultimately I am nit picking here... I loved it and I would go back.

Great hotel, everything set up for relaxation. Straightforward luxury - beach front, great pools, excellent restaurants, easy parking, top quality, friendly and professional staff. Spa services also very good. We loved it. WIFI everywhere - even on the beach. Highly recommend this place. Go and enjoy.

Maybe they could have some water bottles or a fountain in the gym area. The gym is quite small but the outside gym is interesting. The TV in our room was mounted on the side wall, interesting choice which made it hard to watch - but we didn't watch TV anyway because the rest of the hotel was so awesome.

Amazing Experience! 10/10 We recently spent ten unforgettable nights at this hotel, and we can’t praise it enough! The rooms are exactly as shown in the pictures—perfectly clean, modern, and comfortable. Every detail was carefully thought out to ensure a luxurious stay. But what truly makes this hotel stand out is the staff. They are the best I have ever encountered, always going above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. Their friendliness and professionalism made our stay even more enjoyable. The beach is absolutely perfect, with crystal-clear waters and soft sand, though there are some big rocks, so it might be better to wear sea shoes. It felt like a private paradise. The food at all five restaurants was exceptional—each one offering perfectly prepared and varied dishes that catered to all tastes. Everything in the hotel is brand new, which added to the overall sense of luxury. The pool area is fantastic as well, providing a perfect spot to relax. The hotel truly deserves its five-star rating. If I had to mention one downside, it would be that you have to pay extra for the sauna and indoor pool. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect getaway. We can’t wait to come back!

Magnificent gem on the Cretan beach. We loved it, stayed almost a week at the double retreat hotel with sea view and hot tub. Staff 11/10 Food 10/10 - 5 restaurants and food is awesome in all of them, breakfast, lunch and dinner ❤️ Pool- amazing pool, very ‘soft’ water it’s a pleasure going in after burning in the sun, pool staff just amazing and welcoming Bar- very good drinks carefully prepared Room- just awesome, it’s like a dream retreat for summer, cleaned daily and bar refills daily Hotel overall- very beautiful (new) Activities - daily evening activities like live music, sports activities daily such as Pilates on the beach just awesome Can’t recommend enough will definitely come back !
