The staff at Bella Beach were all so lovely especially the ladies on reception who went above & beyond booking us various dinner reservations. Less than 10 mins in the taxi will get you into town which was €10 euros each way. Large rooms and pool area. I travelled with my grandmother who had trouble with stairs and would say the hotel is mostly accessible with the exception of one of the ramps leading down to the pool, it’s far too steep for a person who has no trouble walking never mind someone who has mobility issues.

I feel the food let this hotel down especially for a 5*. I suppose it was typical all inclusive food options however, food was sometimes cold, poorly labelled, or not labelled at all which made it extremely difficult for allergies and alike, resulting us eating out a lot of the time. I would return but not under an inclusive option.

We highly recommend the Bella Beach Hotel on the island of Crete. We spent five wonderful days here. Celebrating the fifth anniversary of our relationship, we booked a sea-view room and requested the quietest, most secluded one. The hotel graciously honored our request, and we were given an incredible room where everything was perfect! The hotel is magnificent—spacious, beautifully designed, with stunning terraces and its own well-equipped private beach. The food is exceptional, with the option to dine at an atmospheric Greek or seafood restaurant, available by reservation. The staff is incredibly polite, friendly, and welcoming! All of our requests and wishes were met with a smile and genuine willingness to help. We are extremely grateful for the wonderful time we had!

We have recently had the pleasure of staying at Bella Beach Hotel in Greece, and I must say that it made a good impression from the moment we stepped into the hotel, being welcomed by the friendly staff. Firstly, the location is absolutely fantastic. The hotel is situated right on the beach, offering breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea. The food at Bella Beach Hotel was another highlight of our stay. The buffet breakfast spread was diverse and delicious, with something to suit every taste. From traditional Greek delicacies like to fresh fruits and yogurts, every morning started on a high note. The lunch was diverse as well. The dinner options were equally impressive, with a mix of international and local dishes prepared by the chefs. The facilities at Bella Beach Hotel are also top-notch. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and modern amenities, like flat-screen TV, refrigerator, A/C. The pool area is lovely, with sunbeds and umbrellas available for guests to relax. Bella Beach Hotel is a must-stay destination for anyone visiting Greece. Its unbeatable location, delectable cuisine, exceptional service, and fantastic facilities make it truly comfortable and hospitable. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating getaway in Greece. The entertainment programe was diverse and covered a broad area of interests, from sport games, like volleyball, water polo, ping pong, to chess, and regular evening performances, such as singing duos or singles, dancing, or contests like bingo, guess the song, etc. with different kinds of prizes. The entertainment team inspires the guests with their dynamic and positive vibes, making the atmosphere engaging and entertaining. It was so peaceful and relaxing , perfect location 20 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from Hersonissos main town . The beach was perfect and it had the most amazing sunsets . Great choice and quality of food and drinks , staff were super friendly and chatty . We had our own private pool which was cleaned daily .

There was a lot of ants on our porch and in our room and bathroom , we didn’t notice them to begin with but the more the week went on the more we saw. The bathroom had a funny smell which I can’t make out it was from the toilet or sink , however when cleaned it was perfect .

the entertainment was poor, childrens entertainers were just plugging their phones in to play music on the speakers, and dancing to songs they knew, this happened a couple of times. Also the chairs to sit on in the evenings by the bar were not in good condition many of them were broken. These things are not what u expect in a 5 star hotel

The staff and location of the hotel are fantastic. Lying by the pool or beach is very relaxing and the multiple bars also help with that process. We found everyone incredibly friendly and always willing to help us with any queries. We somehow ended up in a room with a private pool, and this was amazing and used to dip into during the heat of the day when the beach and main pool were too warm or we wanted some extra downtime. The food was plentiful, we certainly didn't leave hungry, and the main restaurant has themed nights, so there was enough variety for us. The evening entertainment for the most part was fairly relaxed and enjoyable, with singers, dancers and some quizzes. There are a few restaurants within walking distance in either direction and water sports facilities for those wanting to go on a jet-ski or banana boat.

The food at times could feel a little heavy, but this may be a personal issue. Some days we stuck to the salads as the meat or pastries were too much for such warm temperatures. The facilities and entertainment are geared slightly more towards entertaining children, so especially around the pool, it could get loud and a bit boisterous. This is when we normally escaped to the beach.

Lovely location, friendly staff, accommodating. Hotel manager was lovely and made us feel very welcome. Upgraded to sea view room and provided access to spa which was a lovely treat, really added to our wonderful stay. Really enjoyed the food!

Entertainment in the evening was limited.

The culinary delights served were a feast for the senses, with each dish expertly prepared using only the freshest ingredients. The attentive staff made sure that every meal was a memorable one. Every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of perfect, catering to my every need with genuine warmth and hospitality. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and look forward to returning in the near future.

We enjoyed the snacks and the overall food! The resort itself is a bit dated. But, everything was quite decent.. The pool was nice! The lounge areas are very nice. There was plenty of good food all day long. We really enjoyed the cantina next to the pool.. And the lounge chairs are a bit limited. So, it’s good to grab a chair early in the morning before breakfast..

We did not care for the beach. The ocean is very rough and the sand is kind of rocky.. If you want to enjoy the ocean you will need to travel to other beaches around the area.

Excellent service, very good food, very clean rooms. The hotel has its private beach, 2 a la carte restaurants and a wine bar with tasting apart from the usual buffet restaurant and the bars.

There is a lack of communication on all the activities and trips you can book via the hotel service, so if you are interested, you have to proactively ask for it. Also, make sure you bring the cash and on a lot of occasions you cannot pay with card and the closest ATM is in the next door hotel.
