From the moment we arrived we felt very welcome! The apartment is right on the water and the views you get everyday are just outstanding. You have your own private beach for the guests staying to utilise, right at your doorstep. Nick & his team truly go out of their way to make your stay perfect for you. They are very friendly and extremely generous. Our room was cleaned and reset every second day which was fantastic. Nick picked us up from the airport and dropped us to the port before and after our stay which really shows their fantastic hospitality. It is very easy to walk into town from the headland. We would stay at The Petalides Apartments again in a heartbeat and would recommend it to anyone and everyone. We already miss it!!

Perfect place right on the sea, the view is unmatched, as well as falling asleep and waking up with the sound of the waves breaking on the beach. The owners, Nico and Penny are very warm, welcoming and helpful with any request you may have. There is a tiny beach right under the rooms and Krios and Marcelo Beaches are 5 minute walk from the apartments. There is also a little ferry boat that takes you from the apartments, to Marcelo Beach and to Parikia town. We have been going there for 10 years and still counting <3 ;)

The property has all what you need, from the moment you set foot the owners are very friendly and always has a smile on their faces. The room is clean and neat and has all the basics. The view is something else, you wake up and fall asleep on the sound of the water and waves splashing on the shore. For people who like sunsets and a calm night with a view, or a dinner in house, this is the best place. For what you pay , this place is astonishing.

This property was at an incredible location overlooking Parikia harbour. There’s not many places in the world you could watch a sunset like this from your apartment for such great value. There was also a decent restaurant 20m away with excellent waterfront location. However, we would recommend to hire a car/scooter/ATV to access both the port and beaches close by as the path to the ferry arrival was about a half hour walk. The host Nick was excellent, and was very kind in providing a complimentary shuttle to and from the port. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Beautiful location, literally on top of the beach. The room was comfortable and clean. The owner was cleaning the room when I arrived and she let me in early. Coffee machine and fridge. Water taxi from Parikia comes regularly to take you to and from the port. Beach chairs were free to use. Nice balcony to watch the water. Restaurant and beach bar next door were very convenient. A free port/airport pickup was offered but I didn't take the offer and got the water taxi instead.

Beds were a little small. Shower door was missing (that was fine, shower still worked). Room was a little bit average for the price, but you are paying for the location, so for me it was ok.

AMAZING HOSPITALITY. Gorgeous property with stunning views / private beach. As well as our wonderful host Nick that went above and beyond for our group daily. As student interns traveling outside the country we felt very safe at this accommodation especially with Nicks help and Direction! Overall incredible stay and wonderful hospitality. Would book again immediately and 100% will recommend to family , friends and other students. - Love the Girls 🤍🤍

It was amazing

Petalides Apartments are in a beautiful location on the water front and are right next to a great restaurant. The mangers of the property were so nice and accommodating. They picked us up and dropped us to the port which was great. There is a taxi boat that goes to the main city several times a day which is really convenient.

The only negative about the apartments were the bathrooms. The bathroom in the 2 bedroom apartment down stairs only contained a bath with a long shower hose that needed to be handheld. One of the apartments upstairs was missing a shower screen so water went in the floor.

We booked Petalides Apartment off a recommendation from a friend. It was one of the final stops of our European holiday, so cost was a consideration. Petalides is exceptional value for money – while it's a basic room, the location and the view is exceptional. It's clean, comfortable and gives you everything you need, and is based in a great location to swim, dine and just relax. We had the best stay here.

The place is a true hidden gem on the island of Paros! The property is simple but has everything you need for a quiet stay away from the main parts of Parikia. Town is only a 20 minute walk around the peninsula. The local cats are also very cute (although at times a little pesky) and make a nice edition to the property! Nick and his wife Phen are lovely and make you feeling right at home! I couldn’t have had a better stay if I tried 🩷

I'll be honest: when I got there, I was disappointed. The rooms could certainly do with an upgrade and it's 2kms from town, but the longer I stayed, the more I fell in love with the charming little place! Whilst you are out of town, that is actually a benefit. You have your own private beach with crystal clear waters, near enough to town if you want a night out, but far enough away that there is no noise. Sunsets are exquisite. The view is to die for! If I went back to Paros, this would most definitely be my accommodation choice ❤️

Could definitely do with an upgrade & the path to town is rocky & pitch black at night. Perhaps a few solar powered lamps to light the way?
