We loved it. The room was always clean and tidy, space enough for two adults, the bathroom was great too, including the shower (tho there are no plugs in the bathroom). The bed is a bit on the hard side, but overall a very comfortable stay. The breakfast was great, very nice and chill vibes, loved the cats that live in the property. The swimming pool and sunbeds are superb, and the view incredible. Very calm and quiet, perfect for relaxation, just what we wanted. We got picked up from the port and drove to the property, excellent overall. We'd spend the day at the beach and go back mid afternoon to the pool, and get ready for diner in town. All the other guest were quiet and respectful too. You need a car tho, unless you don't mind going up and down a very steep hill in the sun (specially during summer! - it's doable, but not at 40 degrees).

The only thing I didn't like is that I couldn't take Chips with me (the cat).

Krotiri Bay completely exceeded our expectations! This beautiful family-run hotel offers the most stunning panoramic views of Parikia Bay that we've ever seen. The location is absolutely perfect - perched on a hillside with magnificent vistas, yet close enough to town for easy exploration. Our room was spotless, modern, and comfortable with a lovely private terrace where we enjoyed morning coffee overlooking the bay. The pool area is simply magical - having breakfast by the poolside while taking in those incredible views was the highlight of every morning. You can tell this is a labor of love for the family that runs it.

The views from the location were absolutely stunning, exceptionally clean & private above sunbed area. The sunbeds were luxurious and so peaceful and a great place for pure relaxation. The hosts nikkos, margarita and George are helpful, knowledgeable and are really lovely people which made our stay. The room was immaculate, modern but contemporary with plenty of towels, mosquito plug, and kitchenette. The room had a private outside dining area and also on the roof was a roof terrace with private sunbeds to enjoy the views and tranquility of the place.

We knew the location was on a hill so this did not surprise us. Ideally if you have a car, scooters, quads is fine but we managed in foot for most of our stay, down to Parikia and back is 5km. This didn’t bother us as we like walking. The only thing I would recommend the lane up to the hotel could do with either some lighting on an evening or solar lighting as its pitch black till you get to the property.

we had a great time! amazing views, super relaxing and lovely owners Margarita, Nikos and staff who organised free pick up at the port and reliable, easy and fast scooter rent after our arrival. very clean and comfortable apartment. we even got a free upgrade to a more spacious apartment. We loved the details in the room such as the special lighting, mosquito nets in front of every window and door, mosquito plugs, day and night curtains, even bath, pool, and beach towels were provided as well as a parasol to take with you to the beach if needed. could recommend 100% and would love to come back!

During our recent stay at Krotiri Bay Apartments in Paros, we were thoroughly impressed with our experience. We went at the beggining of May (shoulder season) so it was nice and quiet and suited us perfectly. Location: The apartments offer breathtaking views of the bay and harbour and are conveniently close to Parikia town, providing a perfect mix of tranquility and accessibility. Accommodation: Our spacious, clean apartment was spotless and cleaned daily. It featured a fully-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and a cozy living area. Amenities: The property includes a pristine swimming pool, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a little upstairs balcony to watch the sunset and ample parking. Service: The family who own Krotiri Bay Apartments went above and beyond. They arranged airport pickup for a very reasonable fee, organised quad bike rentals delivered directly to the apartments and provided fantastic recommendations on where to go and what to see. They also give the option of a tasy breakfast with delicious pastries plus hot and cold foods. It was very nice! Special Mention: We have to give a special mention to a delightfully large cat named Chips. Chips added a unique charm to our stay! Value for Money: The quality of accommodation, stunning location and exceptional service make Krotiri Bay Apartments an excellent value for money. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Paros and look forward to returning. Thank you, Krotiri for a wonderful stay!

The view was amazing from the pool area. It is nestled in the middle of a mountainside across from the port area. Nikos, his family and staff did such a wonderful job with the upkeep of the property. The breakfast was delicious and freshly cooked by Nikos and his wife. The room itself was cute and very clean. If you don't have a car or a scooter, or want to hire a taxi, walking to the room is a bit of a hike up from and down to the port area where most of the action is. We did it though and looked at it as a way to walk off all of the food, drink and gelato we ate. :) It was a quiet place, which is what I wanted. Not sure how it would be in the peak season, but they do provide a bar by the pool so I will assume it gets kinda busy.

The shower area is kind of small. My son-in-law is 6ft 2in and all muscle and he struggled with the shower. The whole bathroom was drenched when he got out of it. The mattresses could have been a little softer, but nothing that stopped me from getting sleep at night.

we loved this place. Accommodation was perfect for us as we wanted to decompress after a busy schedule. Owners were very nice but non intrusive at the same time so that was great. Fantastic views, great pool, very reasonable bar prices. We enjoyed cold beer with amazing views and refreshing swims. sunsets are spectacular. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

They only negative was the bed is rock hard so our older bones were suffering after 5 nights so not the best sleeps but the pool lounges were so comfortable we had mini naps in those. If you are not prepared to get a rental vehicle or don't like walking up hill you may struggle with the location, we had no issue and the views were outstanding.

Advertised as 2 bedroom apartment, plus living area, however the living area is actually the 2nd bedroom (2 single beds/ corner configuration like a lounge ) which is interesting when 2 couples 😆

The owners are very nice, the view is amazing, the pool has a view and comfortable lounge chairs. This is a very quaint property, cute, quiet and more of a home feel, not a big resort. The owners make a buffet breakfast every morning. They have select items you can purchase for snacks and drinks while you hang out and watch the sunset. The room was clean and had enough room for us, but the shower in our room was a bit tight for a tall person. We enjoyed our stay. It was a relaxed atmosphere, perfect for chilling in the middle of our Greek island’s vacation.

The shower. Wish it was a bit bigger. You couldn’t run a sink or flush anything while someone was in the shower or the water would get really hot.

The views from the swimmingpool and sunbeds are just spectacular. They have solid sunbeds with thick cushions (like a comfortable mattress). It’s just very relaxing there, also there are no screaming kids in the swimming pool. No much activity, but for me that was just perfect to relax. As it is up the mountain, it’s good to have a rental car (eventhough it’s just a minutes by car to Parikia) also to explore the rest of the beautiful Paros.
