A truely indulgent place to stay. Effie, Babis and George really take hosting to the next level they organised our hire car which included drop off and pick up, our laundry which also included drop of and pickup, George ordered our takeaway and delivered to our room also Effie booked an appointment for me to get my nails done which is the best mani/pedi I have ever had! They ordered our taxis. The only thing you have to lift is your delicious drink (and think they would probably do that for you if you asked 🤭). They certainly provided us with a beautiful experience and some special memories of our visit to Greece which we will always treasure. Thanks guys a revisit is a definite on our next trip to Paros 🇬🇷💙🤍💙

Cannot fault anything about Roses Hotel

Roses Beach is an exceptional hotel and one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. Everything about it is perfect. It is located up on the hillside (it's about a 15 minute walk downhill to the bars and restaurants) and as a result the panoramic views are spectacular. The hotel and the grounds are immaculate and everything is spotlessly clean. The rooms are very comfortable and the aircon is very effective. The owners couldn't have been more helpful. You can tell the love and passion they have for their business and they made the best iced coffees and served lovely Rose wine! We will definitely return.

Amazing family run hotel, all the staff can't do enough for you, really welcoming and made for a memorable stay. Stunning pool and views, all really clean. It is a little walk from the main town and up a hill with no footpath (as is most roads in paros!) so really you need a scooter, quad or car (recommend to explore Paros anyway!) Breakfast was lovely and a highlight of our mornings

The shower/bathroom is a wet room and the shower flooded/didn't always drain - flooding the entrance to the bedroom Sink also didn't drain well - we let the owners know and they were aware it could be an issue

The property is well located, just a 15 minute walk from the centre of town and overlooking Paralia Beach and Páros Port. We had an economy room which was positioned in front of the pool with majestic views looking over the pool and township. The room was very comfortable and exceptionally clean. The owners, Effie and Babis were incredibly welcoming and excellent hosts who attended to any need that arose. Breakfast on the outside deck overlooking the pool was a beautiful way to begin the day. Fresh fruit, yoghurt, breads, freshly squeezed orange juice, meats, cheeses and other Greek delicacies greeted us of a morning. The pool bar was open most of the day and night with a variety of beverages available and a great bar tender!

Roses Beach is situated a short a walk outside the town of Parikia with fabulous views of the habour. It is set within a large garden area, including an infinity pool and walkup bar. It is a beautiful setting to relax in whilst having breakfast or after a long day of sightseeing. Our host Effie was very warm and welcoming and gave us lots of tips on places to eat, sights and beaches to visit. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay and I would go back again

Everything was perfect at Roses Beach hotel, I could not fault the facilities or any part of our stay there. My one disappointment related to the beaches and the amount of rubbish and plastic that found its way into the water. I hope that people in general will start to be more aware of the environment and not leave their rubbish on the beach and that local municipalities will support by providing more bins for people to throw their trash into.

The location was close enough to town that going to the beach or a restaurant was nice and easy, but just out of town enough that it felt serene. The pool area was beautiful and had lots of options for seating and lounging. The owners are lovely people who made a delightful breakfast and loaned us an umbrella for our beach visits. Ephi also showed us on the map lots of places to visit and pointed us to an exceptional beach that we had all to ourselves for a while. We loved our stay in paros and I would encourage anyone to stay at roses beach.

We have been travelling around Greece for three weeks and Roses Beach was by far our favourite place! The grounds are incredible. The pool is lovely, there are loads of places to chill and lounge, there is a bar where you can get coffees, water, cocktails etc and the view from the pool area is beautiful. It is even better than the pictures. The rooms were also great- very clean and comfortable. We had the most amazing stay and would recommend it to everyone!

Everything was perfect :) the only thing I would suggest is maybe have two pillows each on the bed rather than one.

Roses Beach Hotel was amazing. The property was unreal and absolutely huge. So many of these hotels in Paros don't have much space, but this hotel was sprawling. First, the room we had was a perfect size for the two of us. It had everything we needed including a refrigerator for water/soft drinks/beer. Next, let's talk about the pool/bar area. The pool was clean and perfectly heated. It was not hot and not cold. A perfect plunge temperature after being in the sun. The bar which is right at the pool provided ice cold beers, cocktails, frappes, water, juices, etc. The prices were extremely fair as well. The Paros bus system doesn't travel to this part of the Island, but don't let that sway your decision to stay at this hotel. You are about a 10/15 minute walk to some fantastic restaurants in Naousa on a sand path about 100 meters away from the hotel. Lastly the breakfast was an excellent start to our day. Fresh fruit, Yoghurt, Eggs, Coffee, Tea, Muffins, and all of the other standard Greek Breakfast fare was top notch. Efi and Vavis were amazing hosts with a beautiful, welcoming, fantastic hotel. We are excited to return the next time we are in Paros.

The property and views are spectacular and the owners--Effie and Babiz--were wonderful people--so very helpful and accessible and quick to address any questions about accommodations and the logistics of getting around Paros. It is a quiet property but easily to accessible on foot to the bustling port of which we had a spectacular view from our balcony in the distance. We are big walkers, though, so if you're not, it could be a little challenging without transport. Babiz told us about a path that quickly gets you off the road for your walk to the harbor along a lovely beachfront. As for the actual property--it was beautiful with a lot of thought put into the stone work and the plantings and the beautiful pool that looks out at the Mediterranean--all were really thoughtful and really very aesthetically creative.

The only slight downside was the room. It was very small and basic. The beds (my friend and I requested the room with 2 twins) were wonderfully comfortable, however. The bathroom was very small, and a bit challenging to shower as there was no curtain nor shower door. I have traveled where there were bathrooms like this in the past, so I was able to make it work. The view from our room balcony was beautiful and there was a room frig so we bought a bottle of wine and were able to keep it chilled and enjoy some evening wine on our wonderful balcony. Effie did say they would likely be expanding the size of several of their smaller rooms in the coming year, including ours.

Our favourite part of our Paros trip was this hotel! The gardens, pool area, and view are fantastic and it was lovely to come back to from the busy town. Super chilled vibe, clean, lovely breakfast and great hosts. Would book again!

We saw the negatives about the bathroom before booking and agree the bathroom is poorly designed, as the water pools around the toilet, however the shower itself is fine, it's clean and modern. This isn't much of a negative when the rest of the hotel was amazing.
