A hidden gem in Paros! Gorgeous property with an infinity pool, yoga deck and plenty of places to lounge and relax. Room was tiny but comfortable and had a mini fridge, AC and spacious deck with chairs overlooking the sea. A mile walk to town for all the restaurants but it’s a pleasant walk. Morning breakfast was wonderful. Hostess Effie went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and even helped us book a taxi back to the port when we left.

Located a mile from the port so it’s a long hot walk with your baggage if you can’t get a taxi, but that wasn’t too bad. Otherwise perfect!

We had a wonderful stay, thanks to the incredible hospitality of Effie, Barbis, and George, who went above and beyond to make our experience special. When I initially booked, we needed to adjust our dates slightly, and Effie immediately accommodated the change. As a result, we were generously upgraded to a better room at no extra cost. We stayed in the studio, which is separate from the main hotel. The room and bathroom were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The property itself is beautiful, with a lovely pool and a well-maintained garden—perfect for relaxing. The on-site bar is also a great spot for refreshments throughout the day. Effie, Barbis, and George were incredibly helpful during our stay. They assisted us in booking taxis to and from the port (it’s about a 20–25 minute walk, so not ideal with luggage, though pleasant for walking to nearby restaurants), and they also helped us arrange a scooter, which made getting around the island much easier. No request was too much, and their kindness truly made a difference. We would absolutely love to come back!

My only recomendation would be to purchase some bedside lights so guests have more lighting options when going to sleep / waking up.

A truely indulgent place to stay. Effie, Babis and George really take hosting to the next level they organised our hire car which included drop off and pick up, our laundry which also included drop of and pickup, George ordered our takeaway and delivered to our room also Effie booked an appointment for me to get my nails done which is the best mani/pedi I have ever had! They ordered our taxis. The only thing you have to lift is your delicious drink (and think they would probably do that for you if you asked 🤭). They certainly provided us with a beautiful experience and some special memories of our visit to Greece which we will always treasure. Thanks guys a revisit is a definite on our next trip to Paros 🇬🇷💙🤍💙

Cannot fault anything about Roses Hotel

Right from the start Effie was so helpful. In 30 minutes of arrival she had arranged an ATV dropped off and out laundry collected. The accommodation is beautiful. From the breakfast to the pool area and grounds. We had room 12 which had a lovely sitting area day bed overlooking the pool and ocean. Gorgeous. It’s a short walk 20 min walk to bars restaurants and supermarkets. Effie provided great resources as to where to go and what to see. The bar was open from 6pm. We stayed 3 nights in May. We now wished we had stayed longer. Highly recommend Roses Beach Hotel and thank Effie for being so generous 🩷. Love love it there. Cath & Peter

Roses Beach is an exceptional hotel and one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. Everything about it is perfect. It is located up on the hillside (it's about a 15 minute walk downhill to the bars and restaurants) and as a result the panoramic views are spectacular. The hotel and the grounds are immaculate and everything is spotlessly clean. The rooms are very comfortable and the aircon is very effective. The owners couldn't have been more helpful. You can tell the love and passion they have for their business and they made the best iced coffees and served lovely Rose wine! We will definitely return.

Amazing family run hotel, all the staff can't do enough for you, really welcoming and made for a memorable stay. Stunning pool and views, all really clean. It is a little walk from the main town and up a hill with no footpath (as is most roads in paros!) so really you need a scooter, quad or car (recommend to explore Paros anyway!) Breakfast was lovely and a highlight of our mornings

The shower/bathroom is a wet room and the shower flooded/didn't always drain - flooding the entrance to the bedroom Sink also didn't drain well - we let the owners know and they were aware it could be an issue

The property is well located, just a 15 minute walk from the centre of town and overlooking Paralia Beach and Páros Port. We had an economy room which was positioned in front of the pool with majestic views looking over the pool and township. The room was very comfortable and exceptionally clean. The owners, Effie and Babis were incredibly welcoming and excellent hosts who attended to any need that arose. Breakfast on the outside deck overlooking the pool was a beautiful way to begin the day. Fresh fruit, yoghurt, breads, freshly squeezed orange juice, meats, cheeses and other Greek delicacies greeted us of a morning. The pool bar was open most of the day and night with a variety of beverages available and a great bar tender!

We got an amazing experience at Roses Beach Hotel! We got the best room with a view towards the sea, and the breakfast is really good buffet style. We got the pleasure to meet Effie and she helped us to rent a car and a boat, as well as giving us the best tips to travel around Paros. The kindest person. We are truly grateful for the experience and I think anyone who decides to choose Roses Beach Hotel as their place to stay will have a similar experience. Thanks a lot!

Roses Beach is situated a short a walk outside the town of Parikia with fabulous views of the habour. It is set within a large garden area, including an infinity pool and walkup bar. It is a beautiful setting to relax in whilst having breakfast or after a long day of sightseeing. Our host Effie was very warm and welcoming and gave us lots of tips on places to eat, sights and beaches to visit. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay and I would go back again

Everything was perfect at Roses Beach hotel, I could not fault the facilities or any part of our stay there. My one disappointment related to the beaches and the amount of rubbish and plastic that found its way into the water. I hope that people in general will start to be more aware of the environment and not leave their rubbish on the beach and that local municipalities will support by providing more bins for people to throw their trash into.

The location was close enough to town that going to the beach or a restaurant was nice and easy, but just out of town enough that it felt serene. The pool area was beautiful and had lots of options for seating and lounging. The owners are lovely people who made a delightful breakfast and loaned us an umbrella for our beach visits. Ephi also showed us on the map lots of places to visit and pointed us to an exceptional beach that we had all to ourselves for a while. We loved our stay in paros and I would encourage anyone to stay at roses beach.
