Our top floor Junior Suite with a sea view and terrace was perfect for our 10 nights on Paros. Comfortable double bed, kitchen with hot plates, a microwave, sandwich toaster, fridge and tea and coffee making facilities, air conditioning in both the lounge and bedroom, wardrobe, safe, 3 seater lounge chair, TV (Greek channels) and a reasonable sized bathroom. Our room was serviced & had the bins emptied daily which was a nice touch and the bed changed twice. Out side our private terrace had views directly over the bay, a 3 seater & a 2 seater outside couches, a dining table & 4 chairs & a clothes drying rack. Plenty of space inside and out. Livadia is a great sand beach and just below the apartment. For those looking for a bit more there are a couple of beach club style setups renting sun leaners and umbrellas for the day and selling food and drinks. It is across the bay so getting from and back to the port with bags for us required transport which the accommodation arranged, if you are travelling light walking the beach is possible. The walk via the waterfront path to the Supermarket is 1.5km / 20 minutes and to the port & old town 1.75km 23 minutes (without bags). The walk to the property from the port via the road is 2km and has a vertical gain of 37 metres via the beach the vertical gain is 20 metres. We hope to stay again.

It's a lovely property! We had amazing stay and stayed longer than initial plan. Comfortable and very clean rooms. Towels and cosmetics are provided. The view and balcony on 1st floor (second room on the right from reception) was amazing! That room we liked more than on the ground floor (less light), but we booked last minute. Everywhere beds are comfortable and space in the room is great. The owner, Mrs Pipina, is very helpful and kind. We rented a car from her too, it was quick and hassle-free. Cute cat around, mesmerizing view at the sea and marina. We would love to be back!

All was great! The only thing to consider for some people it might be that a property is located on a hill (thanks to that there is amazing view!) but you have to walk little uphill and by car it's quite steep both ways.

Literally everything! Beautiful view and the balcony perfect for morning breakfast. Room very very clean and spacious. Working AC, kitchen. Very clean, big, and comfortable bed. Very friendly stuff, caring and giving advices where to go in Paros and what to see. Hotel is very close to the beaches, the ones in the city and farther away from the city. Location is perfect and neighbourhood is very calm and quiet. No noise from the city or clubs.

This was one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed in! The view from our balcony was insane! The pictures don’t do the place enough justice! I can honestly say I am so pleased with my stay here. The walk down to the town was only around 15 minutes and there is a short cut down to the beach just a 3 minute walk. The staff were so lovely and helpful with everything. Nothing could have been better :)

Amazing view. Relatively easy access to a nice beach near the center (if you don't mind walking a little bit "off road"). Perfectly clean. Pipina was really nice and helpful. I would recommend this place 100%

The only thing to mention was that the shower head holder was missing in one of the apartments (silly detail of course).

Perfect location , walking distance to town centre but also close to many beaches. Possible to rent car or scooters at hotel. Super friendly and helpful host.

Perfect location. Stunning views. Very quiet. Very clean . Staff were very helpful and friendly. Lots of restaurants just a few minutes walk along the beach. Felt very safe even walking alone at night. Scenic walk to more beautiful beaches around the cliffs . Loved my stay here . I will definitely stay again. It's self catering but if they had a restaurant it would be even harder to leave!! Room no 12 has a beautiful pergola and the light is amazing :)

Beautiful location and walking distance to beaches and town. George and his family were welcoming friendly and always available. They made us feel right at home.
