What I liked most about the property was the overall atmosphere and attention to detail. The hotel had a modern yet cozy design, with clean, well-maintained rooms and thoughtfully chosen decor. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and professional — they made check-in smooth and were always available to help with local recommendations. I also really appreciated the amenities: the rooftop pool had stunning views, the on-site restaurant served delicious and reasonably priced meals, and the daily breakfast was fresh with plenty of variety.

We had a lovely stay at La Ponta Villas – a small, beautifully designed hotel in a peaceful location. Konstantina and her team were very friendly, and helpful in organising local trips and taxis as well as recommending places to visit. We went in late summer, so it was quieter, and - as we were there for a whole week - we were lucky to get upgraded from a room to a villa, which still had the private pool and hot tub we’d booked. The villa was contemporary and so clean, with a mini bar that was refilled regularly (with affordable charges for alcohol and soft drinks). The hotel lunch/dinner menu had some nice dishes, which could also be delivered to the villas, which we tended ask for as the restaurant was pretty quiet - breakfast was plentiful and good. Would definitely stay again if we were in Santorini.

If I could pick on anything - the indoor lighting was a bit bright (no low light lamps), and the villa could do with a few more hooks for hanging wet items and towels, and a few more stones for weighing down drying items in the sun, as it can be pretty windy on the island.

Very nice and clean and beautiful scenery. Also for taking pictures, just relaxing and enjoying the scenery on and off property.

I couldn’t connect my phone with the tv’s, any of the three. I asked for help but nobody ever came. We weren’t always there. And the last day they told me it’s the last day so it’s not necessary anymore. But I did want to. They didn’t understand and laughed it off. I didn’t really wanted to keep explaining I just went into the jacuzzi.

Very confortable and new structure, refined taste of rooms; every suites or villas have private outdoor with exquisite garden. Privacy and silence are appreciable. Marvellous staff, Constantina was very kind giving us suggestions for a pleasant stay and assistance for every needs, she’s very reliable!Tahlia is very gentle and kind, she helped us to feel like home during our vacation, she’s so precious! Thanos very professional and precise, during all of our stay! The cleaning staff accurate, the pool cleaner very efficent and always at work. Top breakfast and kitchen, only with genuine ingredients, chef…we’ll done!

Sometimes wifi doesn’t work properly

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ponta Villas. Konstantina was a dream!! She was always available via WhatsApp, her communication was excellent, she went out of her way to help us navigate the best spots for dinner, sunset and any other special requests we had. The breakfast selections were incredible. Everything was delicious, fresh and made to order. All the staff was very attentive. We highly recommend this part of the island (Akrotini) if you are looking for a little quieter, away from the very busy streets of Fira. We did go into Fira and walk from Fira to Oia, and back again, which was spectacular. You will love these villas. The pool we had for our own personal use was amazing. The villas are huge with plenty of space to enjoy the comfort of the beautiful living room overlooking the pool and ocean views. Book it! You will not be disappointed. Nothing! It was perfect!

The room was very spacious, clean, and modern. We loved the location and ability to park our rental car. Staff was very responsive and gave great recommendations during our stay. We had to leave early for the airport and they brought breakfast to our room the night before!

WiFi wasn’t working in our room upon arrival, but staff did fix the issue.

Very nice location to relax and view the best sunsets ever! The staff is very nice and friendly. Breakfast is served based on your wishes in the restaurant. The outside area of our suite was very nice with sun chairs, big pool and sofas. A rental car is recommended.

It was the best place we have seen. The room was spotless, the breakfast was served in the room and was incredible. We were particularly impressed by the welcome that was there for whatever we needed. We will recommend it to all our friends and look forward to coming back. We were surprised by some of the negative comments we read because we saw that none of them were true. Well done to the team

Beautiful facilities. Everything felt very private. it was quiet and a uniquely beautiful view. You could see the lighthouse from our hot tub. The room was very clean. Great accommodating staff. Constantina was a wonderful host/hotel manager.

Everything was exceptional. If you don’t like something or you need something, I’m sure hotel management would take care of it right away. The only thing they didn’t have was decaf coffee for the breakfast, but that’s not a big deal.
