This boutique hotel is meant for those, who needs a comfortable and quiet place for private holiday. We enjoyed the sun, the view to the sea and mountains covered with white houses (from our "own" swimming pool) and excellent service ... without seeing crowds of tourists. Whatever we needed, was organized by the personnel of the hotel: always caring, polite and smiling. Breakfast is rich and tasty with the touch of Greek cuisine. Impressive: as we have special diets, the breakfast menu was every day adjusted (in fact, prepared) to meet our needs. We were so happy during our stay, feeling like at home, that left with the hope to come back.

Phos The Boutique felt like the softest most luxurious place to land to celebrate our honeymoon. The quiet setting of Akrotiri provided a relaxing contrast to the busy streets of Oia and Fira, but still close enough we easily could hop from town to town. Adonis and his team took care of our every need, they made restaurant reservations where we enjoyed the best seat in the house - simply because we were guests at Pho’s. We planned our days around the most incredible breakfast spread, enjoyed on our private deck looking across the Caldera to the Santorini cliffs. Our rooms were impeccably clean, the pool immaculate and the bed provided us with the best night sleep we’ve had in a long time. If you want to the experience the sights and speed of Santorini but still enjoy the still and quiet of a luxury getaway, this is the perfect destination. If you wake early enough you can experience the most incredible sunrise from your private pool.

George and the team were simply fantastic. From the warmest of welcomes to arranging our superb candlelight dinners and booking our private cruise, nothing was too much trouble. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was truly magical. The hotel itself is one of the best we’ve ever stayed in—beautiful, comfortable, and luxurious. But what truly sets it apart is the exceptional service. From the in-room spa treatments with stunning views over the bay to the constant attention to detail, everything was flawless. From the moment we arrived, the experience was flawless. The hotel is absolutely stunning. Every detail, from the design to the ambiance, reflects luxury and elegance. What truly stood out, though, was the service. The staff were incredibly warm, professional, and responsive to every request, no matter how small. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality. Everything was handled with care and efficiency, and it genuinely felt like the team wanted us to have the best possible stay.

Literally nothing

The staff here are exceptional. i had a broken ankle when i visited and the staff helped by putting me in a room without steps and organised for me to take taxis and pay at the end of my stay. The food is fantastic quality and served in your room. We had the floating breakfast too. The breakfast is huge and of exceptional quality. The drinks are fairly priced and menu varied and interesting The room was very large with a fantastic bed and linen. it was spotlessly clean. the pool was amazing and the view incredible . This is a place you will remember. I loved the location as its away from the crowds but there is nothing close by that is walkable so hire a car or take taxis .

Not much not to like a couple of observations. We were given water when we went out but there are no complimentary bottles in the room. There is also no free tea and coffee in the room. Given this is a premium hotel at premium prices the lack of complimentary  tea and coffee is unique in my experience

Antonis and his staff were truly exceptional – warm, attentive, and always available to help with anything we needed. The views from the room were absolutely breathtaking, the private pool was perfect, and the breakfast served every morning was fresh and delicious. The room was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we could hope for. The location in Akrotiri gave us peace and privacy, while still being close enough to explore Santorini easily.

Phos could easy be one of the absolute best Hotel in Santorini. Phos is levels above what is usually offered, the standard is very high and friendly. The rooms are large, beautifully furnished and it is a pleasure to stay at the hotel. The staff is extremely service minded and always just a call away. At Phos, you feel very welcome the moment you enter the hotel door. The location is fantastic if you want peace and a great view over the caldera, its very pictorial and there is a nice calm in the hotel. The breakfast and the food is delicious. It is recommended with a rental car for a greater experience , Phos will arrange this. It is very easy to stay at the hotel all day long and just hanging out with wife . Absolutely highly recommended for guests who expect a higher but also more relaxed atmosphere.

Nothing not to like.

Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The pool was sparkling clean and perfect for a relaxing swim. My room was spotless and well-maintained, which made me feel right at home. The bed was super comfy—I had some of the best sleep I’ve had in a while. Special shoutout to George from the staff, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. In fact, every staff member I encountered was warm and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and friendly place to stay!

A wonderful place sums it all ! Staff are really nice , cooperative young people ! Many thanks and compliments for their hospitality! The hotel is located in the south area outside of Akrotiri with a beautiful view of the sea , the caldera and the cities of Fira and Oia. We had a bad experience with flight delays and rescheduled flight to Santorini so we arrived really late but the staff provided us with some salads (after kitchen hours) so we dont have to worry where to find some food. - again many thanks ! Also our checkout was really early so they offered us to-go boxes with some breakfast and coffee - very very pleasing , thank you guys !! Upon arrival we got upgraded as a special surprise and we got the Diamond Suite which was another positive moment after the awful travel experience we had - just lovelly how they treat the guests. If you are looking for peace and quiet away from the overcrowded cities of Fira and Oia this is the place ! Location is beautiful and you can easily use a car rental company to go to where you need. The room was spacious with everything you need. Everything was perfect ! If you want to visit the other cities- Oia is a 40-50 min drive , Fira is 20 mins away so its no big deal.

A perfect stay if you want to experience luxury with the best possible view. Possibly one of the best stays in Santorini, featuring a private heated pool. The breakfast is delicious and tasty, served in-room, and you can request a floating breakfast, which I highly recommend. The sunset is breathtaking.

The hotel is in an area where there isn’t much to do, so I recommend renting a car. The property has free parking, and you can explore the area and even visit Fira at night.
