The hotel exceeded all our expectations — fresh modern design, spotless cleanliness, and daily full room cleaning with towel changes. The staff is simply wonderful. The reception team is incredibly friendly, always ready to help, answering any questions, and greeting us with a smile as if we were the only guests in the hotel. In the mornings, they brought us coffee from the bar, checked if everything was fine, and did everything possible to make our stay as comfortable as possible. A special thanks to our guest manager Marylin — a true angel in the world of hotel service. For the first time, we met someone who genuinely cares about every step of your stay, solves any request instantly, and is always aware of what’s going on. Thanks to her, we truly felt special. I would also like to highlight their attention to detail: we were allowed to check in earlier than the official time, and since we arrived after breakfast had ended, the staff still offered us a meal — which was incredibly kind after a long journey. The hotel’s private pebble beach is a little paradise. Watching the sunrise here is unforgettable: absolute silence, crystal-clear water, a private pier for easy access to the sea, and no crowds — just you and the Aegean Sea. The whole atmosphere of the hotel is filled with warmth and comfort, with every moment carefully thought out to make guests feel welcome. We will definitely be back and recommend it to all our friends!

A great combination of a peaceful environment, but at the same time only 1.2mi from the center of Kamari, ideal for an evening walk and the local atmosphere . 🏨 Rooms & Cleanliness Modern and elegant rooms with air conditioning, balcony and soundproofing provide perfect comfort. Daily cleaning, with decent accessories – bidet, bathrobes, hairdryer – meant the difference between an excellent and a great stay for us. AMĀRIA Beach Resort is a true treasure in Santorini - reliable comfort, great service, a beautiful beach and an excellent restaurant. Whether your vacation goal is relaxation or a romantic getaway, you will find it here. We will definitely be back!

The bedrooms are really nice, large, well equipped well noise proofed, you do not hear neighbors. The swimming pool area is very nice. There are lots of palm trees and fig trees smelling super good in all the resort alleys. Their staff is very helpful, Anna Maria has always been here to help. They have drivers to take you all around. Of course not free but you call and even in the night and they come to pick you up in Oia quickly.

So 2 things needs to be improved. First the beach which is in poor condition. Not enough sunbeds, there is no beach bar offering drinks and light snacks, the access to the sea is almost impossible, especially when windy. They should provide little beach slippers. 2nd, even though you get accustomed to the sound, you are literally 200 meters from the tarmac and it can be a real show stopper. After 2 days we forgot about it. We stayed a week so it was finally alright because the benefits overcame that one. If you stay 2 nights it could be really annoying.

Awesome pool, plenty of space and great selection of loungers. Everything felt new and was really clean. It also has a free car park which was really useful

The location is a bit isolated, you can walk to Kamari in 20 minutes but that’s the closest town by foot and taxis are 20€ minimum.

A small number of sunbeds around the pool compared to the number of guests, which leads to unnecessary tension and unpleasant situations. Also, in the 2025 season, the beach was not maintained; the bar that was set up was not in operation, and only 5 sunbeds and umbrellas were provided. Location – a rental car is necessary, as there are no connections to nearby places. The hotel staff did not emphasize this.

We had an absolutely delightful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by exceptionally kind and hard-working staff. The rooms were spacious, extremely comfortable, and impeccably clean. The hotel’s garden is beautifully maintained, and the pool area offers a serene, inviting atmosphere. Breakfast each morning featured a good selection of fresh and tasty options to suit different preferences. The entire team deserves heartfelt thanks for creating such a relaxing and welcoming environment. They are the heart and soul of this hotel.Overall, this is a place where you can truly unwind, be well looked after, and leave feeling refreshed. We would gladly return.

A few practical notes for future visitors: the hotel’s location does not allow for a promenade walk to Kamari, the nearest town, so you’ll need a taxi or rental car. The hotel recommended a very reliable taxi company. The hotel’s beach area is nice for lounging, but the entry into the water has rougher stones. It is not the best choice for kids. As a small suggestion, adding hooks to the balconies for drying swimsuits would be practical.

We stayed at this hotel for 10 days and were extremely satisfied with our experience. The room was clean, and the entire hotel maintained a high level of cleanliness. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always willing to assist with any requests. The hotel provided all the necessary amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, catering to different tastes and dietary needs. We are grateful to the hotel for accommodating our gluten-free requirements and providing separate gluten-free products. They went above and beyond to meet our needs. Furthermore, the hotel features a restaurant and a bar, which added to our overall enjoyment. The staff in both the restaurant and the bar are attentive and provide excellent service. They are knowledgeable about the menu and beverages, and they are happy to recommend options that suit your preferences. The hotel staff was also very helpful in providing information and assistance with getting to popular destinations such as Fira, Kamari, and Oia. There is a bus stop conveniently located near the hotel, and the reception staff will gladly provide you with the bus schedules upon request. One of the highlights of our stay was the stunning sunsets that we were able to enjoy from the terrace of our room. The hotel grounds were beautiful, adding to the overall pleasant atmosphere. We were thoroughly impressed and grateful to the hotel staff for their outstanding service. Thank you once again to the hotel and its staff for providing us with a wonderful stay. Our stay exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend this hotel to others.

Wow! This place and the service exceeded our expectations. We have travelled and stayed in many resorts and hotels however this resort is exceptional. The service from all the staff members is beyond excellent. Everyone tried to make us as comfortable as possible and nothing was missing. Warmth, smiles, and any thing we needed. Thank you Anna Maria, Maryann, the girls at the reception and everyone. We also want to say thank you to all the drivers . Also tba k you to the Adelaide lady ( sorry I cannot remember your name ) you always greeted us and got us a good spot at the pool xx

The staff were absolutely exceptional! I was attending a wedding and was the last Guest left at the hotel. The staff ensured I was having a great time and were so so kind! Amazing! The food was incredible!!! The Chef is a well renowned chef in Greece and you could tell as the food was delicious! Definitely will be dreaming about the Sea Bass Carpaccio, the Sea Bass Orzo and the chicken truffle pasta! :D

A little far from main attractions/areas but not too bad as the reception are helpful to organize transfers for you.

The property, the staff, the hospitality, the smell, the bed was awesome... In general the hotel is fantastic and super value.

I liked everything. There is nothing i disliked byt like everything, all can improve. Its proximity to the airport is a pro but also a con. However the area is very calm and Santorini does not have a lot of plane traffic anyway compared to other places. Not a big deal. I would have prefered a more chill out vibe for the music at the pool but that changes i guess with the days. If they made a proper Gym and had a driver with a Van to the airport free of charge that would be a megaplus in my opinion.
