A wonderful hotel, we are very satisfied with the overall service and stay. The room was spacious, well equipped, with a wonderful large terrace that had a side view of the sea. Two elevators for higher floors. WiFi signal excellent. Daily cleaning, praise for maintaining hygiene at the highest level. Breakfast is continental, but varied, for everyone's taste. From pastries to fruit. Own free parking. Although it is a less populated place, as a suburb of Volos, there are several markets nearby as well as several fast food restaurants or local cooked dishes. The beach is long, the sea is clean and warm. You can use the existing umbrellas and sunbeds for free, or set up your own. There are no crowds, mostly locals. The hotel staff was more than friendly and always at your service. Volos is very close, and if you don't have a car, the local bus stops almost right next to the hotel. All recommendations!

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The location is great, just few minutes walk from Alykes Beach and a lot of shops, cafes and restaurants. Parking is never a problem, since the hotel has its private parking, but there are always spaces to park around the hotel. The WI-FI worked properly the whole time and everywhere in the facility. The hotel is very clean and they tidy the rooms regularly on a daily bases. In addition, they accommodated our request to do the cleaning around our schedule. The staff is amazingly friendly, going out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We were given complementary breakfast for the whole duration of our stay, which was amazing! The breakfast itself is very nice, food is freshly cooked with good ingredients and there is a variety of different things to accommodate each culinary taste. I would definitely recommend this place, it is a great value for money.

Just some very minor issues. Some of the balconies (as was our balcony) might benefit from some type of a shade, having in mind that when the sun is shining, it is impossible to sit there during that period of the day. Water pressure was a bit lower at times. Other than that, everything was up to standards.

We vacationed in winter, out of season. The place is magnificent, picturesque. Beautiful mountain villages are within driving distance. There is a shop around the corner. There are restaurants on the embankment. But the best food was in the tavern, which you can find if you reach the embankment, turn right and walk about 15 minutes past all the restaurants. The hotel itself has caring staff and an acceptable breakfast. At our request, salad was included in breakfast

The mattress was somewhat dented.And yet, in Greece you need to be careful when choosing a place where you can eat well. This does not apply to the hotel, but in Volos we were served the worst soup of my life, which was impossible to eat. But the family-run taverns are quite decent. But these are all minor things. Everything is great for this price.

We stayed only for one night as we had to catch the boat to Skiathos the next morning. We didn’t have time to have our breakfast but the hotel gave us a generous breakfast box to go (for two). That was really thoughtful of them and we appreciate it a lot. The room met our expectations with a beach in walking distance. Parking was also available which is always a plus. 100% Greek hospitality!

Everything great for a few days stay, near the Alykes beach where you can use facilities in a cafe only if you buy some drinks, near city centre (10min by car). Breakfast is good. Room is clean and spacious. Recommendations!

Bad coffee for the breakfast :)

That Georgios went out of his way to provide me with coffee for the morning. I’d requested vegetarian Breakfast and they provided a wonderful selection and a specially tasty omelette. The location, just a three minute walk to the sea, quiet, 20 minutes from Volos centre and very convenient for the summer months operation of Nea Anchialos airport. I was there before the season, an the only restaurant (the wonderful IPOKAMPOS, what a discovery!) was about a mile awa. Luckily I was offered a lift by very friendly locals both there and back ( a sudden violent storm blew up that would have tossed me into the waves had I been on foot). I’ll be back.

A local map would be helpful. Plus a kettle in the room.

The staff was extremely friendly , the breakfast was very rich. From the terrace you can see the sea. There is parking.

We were in the unrenovated part and the furniture and bathroom were shabby and unfashionable , but I am sure they will be renovated too.

It is close to beaches and tavernas. Staff is what making this place wonderful, all are very kind and they can recommend you everything possible "to do" in Volos!

The room is clean and comfortable. There was something for everyone for breakfast. The location is great with a beautiful beach on the doorstep with a supermarket and restaurants. We had our ferry booked to leave early. We told them and they immediately offered to organise us a taxi and make us up a breakfast box each for us to eat on the ferry. They are all very smiley, friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend and wouldn't hesitate to rebook.

clean , nice staff and quiet area

the doors maybe were bit noisy in the morning, some guests also while on the corridors ,but along the night the rest was excellent. Also there were some humidity flies in the bathroom, but I opened the window and it was much better.
