Around our fifth time that we stayed here, so we like it overall. It's always clean, well equipped, and quiet with the perfect location for our purposes.

Currently the garden is being refurbished until about May. Would have been nice to know before as the garden is one of the big reasons to come here. Also, I still don't understand what causes breakfast to be available at the hotel and when it's not available. I asked about it during check-in and was just told "there is no breakfast", however, we have had breakfast at this hotel, last on January 2. So there must be some kind of system I would like to understand.

This is my favourite hotel in Antigua. I've stayed here several times over the years and keep coming back! Very central but also tucked away and quiet. Such a beautiful garden and terrace too. Breakfast wasn't available during our last stay but I've always loved breakfast here on other stays. We loved the little coffee maker in our room - a great addition! Everything was clean and perfect and the staff were kind and helpful as always! Thank you so much 🙏

It's was close to everything. Restaurants , bars and the plaza

No mini fridge no A/C. And that it's under construction from January 20th to the end of may 2025. I wanted the garden view with the table to have my baby girl play and I have my coffee in the mornings but no garden at all.

The gardens have been renovated, so it's back to its usual glory again. It's quiet, yet within easy walking distance from parque central. Big plus: Easy parking that's included.

We still don't understand when it's possible to have breakfast at the hotel and when not -- but we also found enough alternatives in the vicinity now.

Quiet, clean, great value with uncommonly easy and straightforward parking. It must have been our fourth or fifth stay here, we'll always be back.

It's a little unclear when you can have breakfast at the hotel and when there won't be breakfast service. This could be made more transparent.

The property is in a very good location just a short walk to Parque Central ( Central Park) and the cathedral. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the courtyard is peaceful and the rooms are clean.

The rooms are very very small and the beds lumpy and soft. The bathrooms were extremely outdated.

Great place, just like in the pictures. Showers are great, they have plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Also, the hotel is very friendly, I forgot a pair of earrings which they carefully kept and I could easily get back when I came back to Antigua a week later.

Beautiful, quiet place close to everything with fantastic breakfast. We live in Guatemala City and regularly visit with friends in Antigua who live nearby. A few months ago, we found this hotel by accident as we couldn't find parking for the hotel we had booked originally. Here, everything fits perfectly, we will come again.

Great location and friendly staff. The most comfortable bed and clean rooms. There was also a breakfast available and that was a good option.

If I could mention one thing it was not being warned that there would be fireworks at 10pm that night because of the Holy Week celebrations (I think). I had to be up very early and went to bed at 9pm, so it was quite a surprise and it seemed to be coming from a nearby courtyard so it was very loud.

Nice Spanish courtyard-style, cozy rooms. Good location. Great garden with lots of flowers in the courtyard. Easy nearby parking unless you want to leave car in the street.

No AC and limited windows that only open to courtyard, making difficult to keep them open. When cold, it is good but if warm that could be a problem. No restaurant on site but main hotel (Porta/ Antigua) is only around the corner.
