We arrived in kayaks so the location was perfect, its just above the dock. The staff were amazing, always available and extremely attentive to us. I am vegan and they accommodated me easily and they helped us with questions before our arrival as well. The place is full of ramps and different levels so getting to the rooms is an adventure and you feel like you have a cozy little perch. Our room was comfortable and airy. The town is lovely, many fewer tourists and so not many tourist amenities, but I found that to be nice.

I almost didn't reserve here because there weren't many reviews, so that's why I am making one now. I actually liked all these things, but they may be a consideration, so I will list them: - it is right next to the centre of town and can be very loud. When we were there they were preparing for the election and the town fair so there was lots of music until late. - there aren't really stairs but the ramps are very steep, so I think a wheelchair user would have to be pushed or else have very strong arms. - there is a lot of action in the hotel in general with kids running in and out and projects ongoing. - you cannot access this town in a collectivo so you will have to go by road or private lancha.

Great location - quiet and got to experience the culture first hand. Great connections to pana which was close by. The staff were very welcoming, attentive and went above and beyond to accommodate us. The breakfast and coffee was so delicious! We were able to hire scooters, kayaks and paddle boards there - we highly recommend and will hopefully be back one day!

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable about and strong supporters of the community. The view here is incredible, the food delicious, the room is full of character. Overall, I'll be going back anytime I'm in Guatemala. It was delightful.

I stayed there with my Wife for our honeymoon 😊 Danny the receptionist was helpful and kind! Shiva the cat was super lovely!! The Guatemalan breakfast was good and we recommend to drink the Chai Tea and Cappuccino! San Antonio Is a beautiful Town and has a calm vibe.

the hotel was beautiful and the staff was really friendly. I had some problems with transportation ect. and they helped me a lot and organized a shuttle for me. They also have a great tea chai latte!

Staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs. The view from our room or the lobby is beautiful especially during sunset/ sunrise times. Would definitely come back!
