The lunch and dinner is very good. The Chef is outstanding. The staff is amazing, what ever I needed they were right on time with the services. I went around Roatan to eat at other location for dinner. I have to say, this Chef came in first place for me LOL. at Roatan Hotel resort. In addition, the Dive shop at this location very good .The crew is outstanding and I am a PADI Dive Master I was very please with this operation. I will be back to do more diving in the future. My toilet pump was broken and I had to Manuel flushed the toilet by pouring water down the bowl. I also had to push the pump button to fill up the tank of water. The WIFI was horrible unable to get the station my signal kept cutting off no You tube or Netflix. I reported this to the staff numerous of times. They came by to fix it and unsuccessful. Hopefully it will work for the next guest.

When I arrived I got a room near the Marina but wifi was very weak so they changed for a bigger room for the same price, closer to the front desk building and wifi was very good in this room. I also liked the restaurant which is very good and for a good price. Good choice for diving and snorkeling activities. The owner is very friendly and helped me a lot during my stay ! The hotel is not in the fancy areas of West bay and West end but quite and relaxing.

Near the pool there are no beach umbrellas to protect from the sun. Wifi is weak when near the Marina. The room say "ocean view" but most don't have a view, especially if you're on the base floor you don't wanna open the curtains.

The property is wonderful the quaint little cabins the staff is amazing. The food is incredible. Everyone here is lovely and friendly. I truly love the fact that this particular hotel is centrally located and maybe 10 minutes away from everything that you could possibly want to do on the island

I love the location, right by the sea. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the food at the restaurant is amazing. Definitely a great place to stay!

The only drawback is that the reception isn't available around the clock, but everything else is outstanding

The staff were really great. Special shout out to Shamira and Fernando. The food in the hotel restaurant was delicious.

A little bit off the beaten track but it was nice and quiet for sleeping. They are a little bit understaffed. All the personnel were great but we’re working very hard.

Who cares about the hotel. It’s the dive shop guys and Shamira that make your stay the best.

Proximity to the dive shop

This place is a hidden gem! The room was bigger than expected and the breeze was constant, which made the stay so enjoyable. It was close enough to the market that we could walk. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. Special thanks to Kendy and Chelena for all their help. They are the BEST! Looking forward to visiting again soon.

The smell coming from the shore was a little loud, but I hear that is just the time of year we visited. Overall, this is a great place!
