I didn't like the fact that they couldn't upgrade my stay to all inclusive even though I paid $2,119.00 for 8 days, but something came out and had to shorten my stay to 3 day 4 nights or something like that. Due to my reservation, I understand they couldn't give me a refund for the other days I was not going to be there. They got all my money and couldn't upgrade it to all-inclusive. I had no control over the emergency changes I had to make. The staff is very friendly, but definitely not coming back or recommend it. I felt taken advantage of by not upgrading it and just took the rest of the money.

The location could not have been better. The grounds were well kept. The staff was friendly and helpful. The use of the beach chairs was included and there was constant security which helped keep vendors passing by from overwhelming beach goers. We loved the pool. We did the bed and breakfast plan and loved the breakfast too.

They couldn’t get the drain in our shower to drain well while we were there. Even that wasn’t concerning. There aren’t any tables or chairs inside of the 2 bed units but there was a spacious balcony with 2 chairs and a table.

Great location, good food, water coolers on each floor to fill water bottles, dive shop staff was fabulous, Mother’s Day breakfast was a nice touch. Housekeeping did an amazing job. Grounds were beautiful and very well maintained. Staff was friendly.

Had to ask for hangers 3 times…when they finally brought them (the next day) we got 6 hangers! Ridiculous! Pool is small and was always full of kids. Pool bathrooms not very clean. Some front desk staff members seemed to struggle with simple requests… not sure if it was a language barrier or what. Not enough dresser type storage in the rooms and no desk. Since property is surrounded by sand, there should be foot showers in front of the entrances to each building/area so you don’t track sand everywhere.

One of the most relaxing vacations, best accommodations, great location, very peaceful gated community with controlled beach area! The staff would appear out of the woodworks and jump to accommodate your every need, we all felt like rich VIPs! By using Booking.com I was able to time our purchase and saved close to 1/3 the regular price. Also the free breakfast buffet was great, next time we will get the full package (3 meals, 1 brunch/snack bar, and free cocktails, drinks, and juices)! Most food in the area is expensive, so it will be about the same price after taxi (to cheaper area), and less wasted time.

The price is more than most other hotels, but I didn't see any that included even half of the total package. We booked multiple rooms for our group, but each room had a different cancellation date, so we almost had to pay a cancellation fee because we assumed each was the same. The hotel staff and Booking.com worked together with us to fix the problem and so no fee was charged!

This place is amazing. I’m simple the housekeeping was outstanding every single day they came and cleaned my room spotless. Now breakfast is outstanding also they have a huge variety of food and even have an omelet bar, they pick you up from the airport. They have a lot of great staff anywhere on the property. Darwin the lady who checked us in the guys that offer tours to the dive shop guy’s all outstanding. If you are worried about your safety don’t be they have it squared away security everywhere!!

first they give me the wrong room (I selected a paradise room (white) and they give me a wood room. The tv was broke. I’m not consider to much about the tv because there’re much other things to enjoy but it’s an issue. the second day they change us to the selected room but it really need maintenance. we found in two separate days cockroaches. The lady who clean the room was very helpful and profesional but I think it was a maintenance problem (the shower grate was broken), so any insect can get in the room. My question is why hotels don’t do the right thing since the beginning?

Our whole experience since the moment we arrived to the hotel, to our seafront villa, the stunning gardens and and the incredibly friendly staff was something out of a fairytale. The breakfast buffet at the beach restaurant in the mornings was unbelievable, the setting was stunning, and the food was delicious! The bar was lively at night, and the crowd was really great!

That we had to cut our trip so short!!!

Great location. All staff from front desk, house keeping and restaurant were fantastic. All were friendly and took care of any requests. Very impressed with Stephanie and Michael from the restaurant that remembered our names. Gardens and grounds are in fantastic shape.

Kitchen needs updated, limited cooking supplies. Only able to have 2 towels from beach hut. Since floors tile and slippery when wet an additional towel for the floor is needed, or have something that is on the floor when you enter the room so that you don't drip all over the floor. Pathways need to be trimmed back a little bit.

The staff at Paradise Beach Hotel are excellent and took great care of us. The daily included breakfasts had us well fed every morning and caffeinated for a morning snorkel. The location is unbeatable - the beatuful West Bay reef can be easily accessed via a quick jaunt down the beach then a short swim. Another amenity we really appreciated: The hotel provides plenty of cold bottled water in your room every day as well as plenty of water coolers around to refill bottles.

The room left a bit to be desired especially the water pressure in the shower, but we weren't there to hang out in the room anyways so it never bothered us too much.

We loved the location, the pool area, the restaurant and the beach area. The staff were awesome and helpful. The air conditioning was cold and the room was cleaned daily.

We did not like the fact that we had to walk up so many stairs to our room. We weren't expecting that and if you book this hotel, I would recommend asking for a first floor room. The beds are also super hard.
