CLEAN ROOM, CLEANLINESS OF THE ROOM, ONLY DOWNSIDE WAS THE SIZE OF THE ROOM EXPECTING FOR THE BED TO BE PARALLEL WITH EACH OTHER BUT IT WAS IN AN L SHAPE, LITTLE TIGHT , BUT OVERALL SATISFIED , , WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN

POSITIONING OF THE BEDS COULD HAVE BEEN PARALLEL WITH EACH OTHER INSTEAD OF AN L SHAPE , SIZE OF ROOM WAS A BIT TIGHT FOR 3 PEOPLE, PILLOWS COULD HAVE BEEN A LITTLE FIRMER THAN BEING FLAT

Location is like 10 minutes walk to MTR. Around 15 minutes walk to main Langham Place and Grand Plaza

That FO asked me to pay again for the room charges and I was advised that BK just blocked my card as a pre-authorization when VCC was provided at BK's website.

The facilities and the staff

I was charged double by booking.com. You told me that my booking of June 6-9 is confirmed to be transfered to July 11-14,2025 but when i arrived at the hotel i was told that my request was denied and i have to pay for another booking if i want to stay in their hotel. Club Mongkok told me that they have advised booking.com but the said request was denied. So why Booking.com gave me hope that my request was approved? When in fact, it was not. I paid another amount for my 4days 3 nights stay. What can I expect from Booking.com for the inconveniences and the cost of my hotel.additinal cost due to another booking. Please reply

The location was fantastic. Close to 3 MTR stations, close to a lot of restaurants and shops, all within walking distance from the hotel. We had adjoining rooms with internal access, which meant that the whole family had access to both rooms via the internal door. The rooms were spacious - in fact, they were bigger than expected. The water pressure was sensational. The water filter on the shared amenities floor was great, as were the morning snacks.

The staff were abrupt in their manner. The mattresses were rock hard - so very uncomfortable and did not leave us feeling well rested after sleeping on them. Even extra padding provided by way of blankets placed on top of the mattresses did not make the beds any more comfortable. We all left with sore backs and aching joints.

This is my third or fourth time staying at iclub mongkok and I like the location, the convenience and friendly staff. Oh i loved that the water is now available from the dispenser, and not in bottles. Very eco friendly initiative that deserves full support especially in HK which is crazy about plastic..

This time the room wasn’t very clean.. there was a lot of dust under the sink.. the area usually accessible when doing the makeover from the previous stay.. :( the hotel used to be much cleaner

Hotel is new and facilities are clean. Location was excellent. Many good food choices close by and very convenient to get to 2 different MTR stations and nearby malls. Rooms were cleaned and organized every day if needed. Small breakfast selection of pastries and coffee in the morning was complimentary.

For the breakfast, we saw the lady accidentally drop some pastries on the ground and still put it back into the serving bag.

The breakfast, the price was changed from my reservation price and was almost doubled.

The room is comfortable, spacious considering its location, and easy to get to from the local Olympic station. The hotel is clean and well serviced.

Staff mix-up with booking meant that we had to change rooms after one night. This could have easily been avoided through better communication. Not what was needed after a long day and then having to move all our stuff with no warning.

The reception customer service should learn on hospitality..Their attitude, approached or talked to customer was not friendly. No smile and seems rude from my POV.
