Lovely small hotel with great attention to detail. My grandson has celiac disease and every morning they waited him with delicious GF food. He was happy and we were all grateful. The hotel has a restaurant which is fantastic. We had some truly memorable meals there, including my grandson. The pool was fun. Balatonszemes is a quaint place with great beaches and restaurants and confectioneries. We especially enjoyed the ice cream place in this hot weather. The room had great air conditioning but there were screens on the windows and as it cooled down for the night we opted to sleep by the open windows. Very quiet place at night.

I wish they had more rooms for families. Or provide extra beds.

The hotel was extremely nice. We got the room with the entrance to the patio and it was great as we came with the small dog, who also can enjoy the territory of the hotel. Room was quite big with a very comfy bed. Though the hotel is situated on one of main streets, our side was quiet as it faced the garden. We slept like babies) There is Netflix, which is a great idea: we could make own choice of movies. It is around 15 min walk to the beach, but walk is very pleasant as the route goes through the street with a lot of trees, which is amazing during the hot day. Stuff is very friendly and helpful. We booked the stay with the breakfast, which was very good (even fresh juice was offered). For the dinner we choose the restaurant near by. Food is really great there. Hotel has plenty parking spots. We enjoyed a lot our stay in this hotel. Next time will plan longer trip there)

I would not say that we didnt like this point, but more as a suggestion: it would be good to mention at the entrance of the hotel restaurant that there is a breakfast menu (or to have the menu on the tables) as we thought that there is only cheese and ham and some fruits for breakfast. But there is much more, which we could choose from the menu)) Eggs with pumkin oil and seeds were exceptional)

Unbelievable place. When I stayed there, the Booking rating was 9,5. Well, it's too low for what this small hotel is offering! All the details all well taken care of...Very good breakfast too. P.s.: Also the "sister" restaurant nearby is ok. Nice atmosphere, good food choices.

Maybe the centralized heating/cooling must be reconsidered. You need to tell the receiptionist what temperature you want in the room. That's a bit strange.

Spacious and modern room with a balcony, very friendly staff, superb breakfast. The location is also good, the train station can be reached with a 7-8 minute walk. Hotel guests probably have priority when making a reservation at their famous restaurant next door as they ask you to mention that on the online form; for one I had no trouble getting a reservation in the afternoon for the same evening.

The cleaning could be improved, the floor in the room was a little dirty. The special bottled water in the room is a nice gesture, but unfortunately it didn't taste good at all.

Exceptionally good breakfast. Fantastic restaurant for lunch and dinner. Great location, walking distance to the centre of the village. A good walk to the beach.

Airconditioning was strong and a bit loud. It is centrally managed and we could have notified reception but only thought of it in the night.

Very clean and comfortable place to stay with amazing breakfast including local products. Everything looks as on the pictures presented. It is located close to the Balaton and its marvelous bike routes - there is a bike storage as well, which is a great advantage. Moreover, the restaurant serves the finest food with a focus on local specialties. Highly recommended!

The only minor disadvantage could be central air conditioning - it was not an issue for a one night, however, it could be nicer to have individually set a/c - just a suggestion to be considered☺️

A great stopover on our journey. I stayed for one night – the rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff very friendly, and the restaurant truly exceeded expectations. Well worth a visit, even for a longer stay!

For a 4-star hotel, I would have expected slippers in the room, but that’s a minor detail.

Rooms are spacious, clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. Staff was helpful and kind, breakfast was delicious and of good quality. The small wellness is great, the infra sauna was very soothing on a cold day. Really great experience.

Nothing major, the bathroom could use a bit more shelf space.

We are grateful for the kindness and helpfulness of the receptionist (night porter. I'm so sorry I didn't ask for his name). Rare to find such kind people!! Very nice room,spacious, clean and quiet. We arrived late and had the option of ordering dinner to the room. (very fast service). Excellent breakfast with fresh products. very kind and attentive staff❤️ Thanks again! see you next time!

I would like to check the matrimonial bed mattress living room room 17, big problem with the air conditioning, the sink was clogged, to understand the situation, the owner would do well to sleep one night in that bed,matrimonial bed , with the air open, to pay the tariff in the morning, to see how is it !
