Very friendly and helpful staff . Communication is smooth and prompt always had answer very quick. The location of the Hotel just could have not been better. The food is quality just as the service. They have small sewing kits at reception in case needed. Air conditioning and TV is available in the rooms !

I really feel bad as i really enjoyed my stay here but maybe a few things i would like to be potentially added or improved in future. Mosquito net on windows would be a great idea. 1 day i put the "Please clean my room sign" on the door. Besides i was happy with the cleaning i would have been more happier if my big towel which i have left on allocated place to be replaced wouldn't have just been swapped with a small face towel. and at last maybe more Hungarian channel availability on the television.

A very nice hotel!!!! Very good location in a walking distance from the city center! Very comfortable and spacious rooms making my stay very pleasant! Ver friendly staff, always smiling and happy to help! Thank you very much for your hospitality!

The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast. Although it’s quite good, there is small room for improvements, especially regarding the variety of the things served. But as I said the breakfast is good also!

Location very close to city center, free parking (the last day we left the car there with the luggage and came later), it was clean, very nice staff, very good breakfast, very-very quick answers on chat/email. The hotel was under renovation (no disruptions, all fine) so it will get better (i hope).

We received a "not cleaned room after the last person", but the staff was very kind and we received another room. Some things (ex: light switches, sockets) from the room are old/outdated but working fine.

- The staff was excellent, absolutely customer focused, professional and very friendly, especially the receptionist when I arrived in the evening. - The room and the location also perfect - Excellent breakfast, big variety, delicious. I appreciated very much that they asked if I want anything else before they started to clean up at the end of the breakfast. Also they didn't start cleaning up till the actual time of the end of the breakfast, so they let me eat in peace, which is great, unlike some other similar hotels in the area.

Really everything was great. Maybe just some small things. - I agreed with the receptionist about a late check out but the cleaning lady came to my room before even the original check out time. I thought the cleaning staff would be informed. - the pillow was too soft for me but this is up to personal preference

I always come to this hotel a few times a year when I visit family, I like the size, the location and also that there is a room with kitchen appliances and washing machine/dryer/iron.

There really aren't any gluten free/dairy free food options on the day menu or the breakfasts, so finding what to eat is quite complicated.

The location of the hotel was excellent, close to the bus station, shopping centers, swimming pool. Very friendly staff, they responded very positively to every request for support. Breakfast had options for every taste.

Actually everything was fine.

Convenient location, spacious room with air conditioning and a large bed. Staff can fill the minibar upon request. The hotel has a restaurant open until 22:00. Breakfast is also available.

There are no toiletries in the bathroom. You can only see soap there. Insufficient room lighting.

Nice staff, perfect location, flexible options for my son at the restaurant (he has an eating disorder), exceptionally clean room, German / English TV channels

My son knows when to stay an extra day, so… everything was in order.

Staff was kind, and hotel was quiet i spite of being on a main street.

The shower head always fell on my back when I closed it, so it fell on my several times.
