We were just looking for a good place to rest in the middle of our journey from Italy to home and we found a small, elegant and stylishly designed Paradise with very nice rooms, sauna and excellent restaurant. The hotel is located in the center of a very attractive city. The breakfast was very good. The staff is very polite and capable. Very good Wi-Fi (room 215).

The TV was a bit outdated and set so you couldn't use it as a laptop monitor (via HDMI cable), but I'm sure it will be replaced.

A nice modern hotel not far from the city centre, offering plenty of parking outside and in the garage (extra cost). Room was of a good size and finished to a high standard. Breakfast was plentiful and provided plenty of choice.

Hotel let down by the staff. We only had one set of towels in our room. I reported this to reception. They said they would sort it. Expected someone to bring them to our. When going out for dinner, I enquired about the towels and was handed one. I said I'd collect on my return and explained what was missing. On return, I was handed a bath towel and floor mat. maybe something was lost in translation but disappointing nonetheless.

Very friendly and helpful staff . Communication is smooth and prompt always had answer very quick. The location of the Hotel just could have not been better. The food is quality just as the service. They have small sewing kits at reception in case needed. Air conditioning and TV is available in the rooms !

I really feel bad as i really enjoyed my stay here but maybe a few things i would like to be potentially added or improved in future. Mosquito net on windows would be a great idea. 1 day i put the "Please clean my room sign" on the door. Besides i was happy with the cleaning i would have been more happier if my big towel which i have left on allocated place to be replaced wouldn't have just been swapped with a small face towel. and at last maybe more Hungarian channel availability on the television.

A very nice hotel!!!! Very good location in a walking distance from the city center! Very comfortable and spacious rooms making my stay very pleasant! Ver friendly staff, always smiling and happy to help! Thank you very much for your hospitality!

The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast. Although it’s quite good, there is small room for improvements, especially regarding the variety of the things served. But as I said the breakfast is good also!

The team was amazing,reception&restaurant. We received an weclome pack for our dog with some snaks and recomandations,they also prepared for us a breakfast to go at 6 AM,wich was great,fresh fruit,sandwiches,water,juices. A very pleasant surprise. Also the oocations is close to a park,the old citiy center with small restaurants and icecream places. The hotel restaurant is very good. Definetly we recomand. They have a gym,the team is absolutely great. Big tks!

Location very close to city center, free parking (the last day we left the car there with the luggage and came later), it was clean, very nice staff, very good breakfast, very-very quick answers on chat/email. The hotel was under renovation (no disruptions, all fine) so it will get better (i hope).

We received a "not cleaned room after the last person", but the staff was very kind and we received another room. Some things (ex: light switches, sockets) from the room are old/outdated but working fine.

The rooms are comfy and spacious, breakfast is very good, the restaurant food is delicious and as a truck owner i love their parking. And staff is nice and super helpful.

For me the beds are too soft. But honestly most hotel beds are. And the AC controls are locked to a predefined temperature which I would have liked to set to a lower value. But this might just be personal preference

- The staff was excellent, absolutely customer focused, professional and very friendly, especially the receptionist when I arrived in the evening. - The room and the location also perfect - Excellent breakfast, big variety, delicious. I appreciated very much that they asked if I want anything else before they started to clean up at the end of the breakfast. Also they didn't start cleaning up till the actual time of the end of the breakfast, so they let me eat in peace, which is great, unlike some other similar hotels in the area.

Really everything was great. Maybe just some small things. - I agreed with the receptionist about a late check out but the cleaning lady came to my room before even the original check out time. I thought the cleaning staff would be informed. - the pillow was too soft for me but this is up to personal preference

I always come to this hotel a few times a year when I visit family, I like the size, the location and also that there is a room with kitchen appliances and washing machine/dryer/iron.

There really aren't any gluten free/dairy free food options on the day menu or the breakfasts, so finding what to eat is quite complicated.

In a four-star hotel — there still should be a phone to reach the reception, even if it's not used. Sixty percent of the TV channels weren't coded, just a blank screen staring back me.
