The apartment was easy to find, very, very clean, kitchen and bathroom fantastic, with everything we needed. Sheets and everything for the bed 5*, the mattress was a bit to hard for us. I actually slept part of the time on the sleeping sofa in the living room and it was very nice :). Although the apartment is by a busy road, that did not really bother us, we relaxed and enjoyed our time :)

Well it is a house that was for industrial use and changed into apartments and the elvevator is a bit scary and the doors to the apartment very heavy to open, that´s really it, nothing more.

The property was great. Every amenity was provided. I especially liked the towel heater. It allowed us to quickly dry our towels and swimsuits. And within 5 minutes, we could walk to at least 2 supermarkets

Aside from the proximity to the supermarkets, the location was not great. It was located in an industrial part of the town (recycling facility across the street.). Also, it would have been nice if the hot tub hours could have gone past 10pm. And it would have been nice if the windows could have opened more than just a crack.

Spacious apartment and comfortable beds. Great shower! Extremely clean and inviting.

It was like a maze getting to the room from the entrance outside. Through the entrance door with a code. Turn the corner to the elevator to the 3rd floor. Through another door to the room to enter a code to get a key to the room. Would recommend a piece of paper with a list of restaurants and stores close by to walk to.

The property is quite spacious and has everything you could possibly need. The kitchen is well equipped. We also liked the two hot tubs. There are parking spots with the number of the flats however ours was actually frozen and we couldn’t find it so parked in different spot.

Nothing, all was good. I think for some it can be quite a walk to the centre, but we didn’t mind.

The apartment was great to comw back to and relax. One of us managed to study dueing the moening with no disruption while the others went out. Beds, duves and pillows were very comfortable and the accsess to the hot tubs made our day. The neigbourhood was relativley calm and quiet either due to the neighboehood itself or the sound isolation. We greatly appreciated the lift that is in the building.

There was an old sheet on the aofa bed that looked like it hadnt been cleaned but fortunatley there was extra one in the closet which we just put ober the other one. We could also hear loud steps from the aparment above only in the bedroom. These are obviously just minimal thing but over all it was an amazing stay which made us not want to leave

The pool was nice. The location in a business area made the place very silent during the turn of the year. The apartment was unexpectedly big and well equipped, especially the kitchen. We were lucky with a special offer around 300€ for 3 nights for two persons.

One of two pools did not work (If broken or intentionally turned off because of little guests we do not know). Most of the time we used the pool we were alone. We only twice met other people (two Swiss and another time an Icelandic couple) which was fun to share the pool with. Due to snow, the marking of the parking lot of the apartment was not clearly visible

We were on 3rd floor. It was very quiet and nice. The property is in within a 15 minute walk from the center - close to local grocery stores, Krónan, Hagkaup and Bónus and the local "shopping mall" Glerártorg. Extremely helpful and resourceful host Einar, who for for example shipped a new TV remote by airplane within the day when the remote broke down. Very clean and newly furnished apartment, great for our family of 4, with kids aged 11 and 14. We did not try the hot tubs. We highly recommend this apartment.

The Akureyri Lux Appt was fully equipped with all required facilities and kitchen, was very spacious and clean. The interiors were new and great. The location was excellent since there are many grocery shops within walking distance.

I liked the apartment was clean and fresh. We had access to hot tub, that was clean and easy to use. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. Bathroom is big and the shower is very nice. The pullout sofa bed was good for a teenager and a kid.

One of the nightstands was a bit crooked. Just needs to be fixed. Not a serious problem.
