I have stayed here multiple times over the years and have thoroughly enjoyed every visit. The staff has always been amazing and accommodating, consistently going above and beyond. The rooms are comfortable, well-maintained, and provide a relaxing environment after a long day. The restaurant downstairs is also excellent, offering quality food and great service.

The rooms can get very hot, I had to purchase a fan during my last stay. The pillows are also quite thin, so if you prefer firm support, be prepared to double or even triple up. One other thing to note (not the hotel’s fault) is the street noise. Cars cruising the strip with loud exhausts can make it tough to get solid sleep.

Reservation confirmation was received by email immediately. We were very well received by check-in staff upon arrival who helped us check in a couple hours early as well. There is luggage storage available and a good restaurant on the premise called The Library. Had a nice lunch here, one we'd be happy to do again. You can walk around Keflavik quite comfortably from the hotel if interested. Our room had good space, suitable for a couple of fairly large luggage. There is a work station desk and chai, two-seater sofa and coffee table along with a comfortable bed, allowed very good sleep. Television, wifi and lighting all worked very well. Room seems to be temperature controlled and leans towards the warm side. Bathroom plenty spacious, shower worked great. Room included kettle, coffee & tea, fridge, safe, iron and ironing board. All in all, we were happy with our stay at Park Inn and would gladly return for another night if needing to be near the airport for an early morning departure out of KEF again in the future.

There is no airport shuttle service but they can arrange taxi service for you. Our taxi fare was 4400kr.

We received a warm welcome at the Park Inn. The staff on the desk was lovely and sorted out a taxi for us to the airport in the morning. Room was very big for two people and very clean. Dinner was exceptional, we had the steak sandwich and the bacon burger and they were fantastic. We also had desert which was fabulous! Staff at dinner were very friendly and helpful. Didn't expect much from a Park inn having staying in some in the UK but this one was superb.

I stay at this hotel several times a year transiting through Iceland. The staff are chill and helpful. I appreciate the spacious lobby with spaces to work or chill, proximity to the swimming pool and restaurants, and helpful staff.

Taxi drivers at the airport now insist on a high flat rate charge from the airport to Keflavik. It's not exactly close but they complain that they have to wait in long lines to pick up customers. I get attitude almost every time but there is no other way to get into Keflavik. Perhaps the hotel should consider offering a shuttle service.

We were welcomed by very helpful staff that solved our issues with finding a taxi that transports us with a baby seat. Furthermore, we could have breakfast a bit earlier as we had an early flight. The room was huge and very well equipped. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom more spacious than the average hotel bathroom.

Everything was great, nothing to complain. I would prefer individual bedding, we got one big cover for the king size bed, but I am sure they would have changed it if we would have asked. I will just remember to ask for it beforehand next time, as we will surely stay at park Inn again.

Easy for access to the airport and Blue Lagoon. The food in the restaurant (evening meal), was one of our best in Iceland.

The town of Keflavík has nothing to offer. Parking was limited but we were lucky enough to get a spot on the forecourt. There might have been underground parking too although the garage door was closed. Perhaps this can be opened to accommodate excess.

The hotel was a lovely place to stay, clean, modern and spacious with comfortable beds and helpful staff. There is a food shop next door and a gift shop over the road. The coast line was lovely to walk along. I would choose to stay again and it's ideal for it's location to the airport. I preferred it to stays I've had in hotels nearer to the airport because there was plenty to do locally and its by the sea.

I stay in Keflavik at least five times a year on my way to and from Greenland and have tried most hotels in the area. This has become my go-to hotel. It is particularly good for young children because the very large lobby is isolated from guest rooms and includes a small play area. Particularly good for jet lagged toddlers. The staff are very chill and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Good restaurant, complementary coffee. A ten minute walk from the pool and close to stores and other necessities.

Everything was fine.

As our plane landed around midnight it was important to have a 24-hour reception. The hotel is not very close to airport so if you need a rental car anyway and you are arriving late then probably it is wise to have the car at once not to pay taxi that makes already a price of one day rental. The breakfast was tasty and enough choice to choose from.

The service desk night manager was a wonderful woman who took great care of all her guests despite the stress of tens of guests coming in from the airport due to a cancelled plane. Iceland air had done a horrible job helping their stranded guests and hardly anyone had got their vouchers. She still tried her very best to help everyone get accommodations. She kept control on who was next in line without us having to actually stand in line. She took great care of everyone and when she saw that I could barely walk, she pulled out a wheelchair for me. I greatly appreciate her help and her great care of us.
