The hotel was neat and clean, though the room was a bit small for two people. I felt there was not enough space to keep the luggage in the room and also no chair to sit on. In general, the bathroom was clean, the geyser was working well, and there was sufficient water. The room was well maintained. We did not utilize any room service nor had complimentary breakfast as part of my booking.

It's a basic budget hotel right in the centre of Nungambakkam. The hotel wasn't much to praise, but it was with the money, and the location was excellent for all work-related travel, lots of eateries around. easy acess

There is no downside; you get what you pay for. The reception was basic and didn't help much. I wasn't expecting more for the price. They could have had a simple breakfast buffet, which would have made things easier.

Location was very good - in a nice place, safe and well connected. Breakfast was also good - served at the room, enough for the morning. Room was also clean, the beds were comfortable. And staff at the check in were friendly.

The room is very small, a little bit bigger with a study table would have been nice. The TV didn't have paid channels and was not working.

It was clean and well managed. First time we had hot water at the turn of a tap in India! The breakfast was brought to our room hygienically wrapped along with a nice hot coffee.

It was a bit hard to find as it isn’t guest house/hotel per se but was in a nice back street away from the noise.

Location was good. For the amount paid, it was a decent room. The staff at reception were good and accommodating. Good breakfast was provided. AC was working fine. Water heater also worked fine.

It would be good to add more shelves or hangers for the guests to leave their things not to have them on the floor. It would be good to receive 2 towels if 2 people are in the room insetead of just one.

I am not happy with bathroom curtain. It was not clean and looked ugly. Otherwise it was an excellent place to stay. Absolutely safe place to stay with family.

Clean and large room. Clean toilet.

Lack of electrical kettle and lack of tea/coffee as wishes. One has to order from out and ot takes time.
