We had a wonderful stay here. The resort is beautifully maintained and set in a stunning, lush green environment that made the whole experience very scenic and relaxing. The food options were great — both the buffet meals and room service were prompt and efficient. We especially appreciated the early check-in at 5 AM (with an additional cost), which was a huge relief after our long flights. Another thoughtful touch was the availability of a wheelchair for my elderly mother, which made our stay even more comfortable.

The last 500 meters of the road leading to the property can be quite tricky to navigate, especially if you arrive during the early hours when it's still dark. However, once inside the resort, that minor inconvenience is quickly forgotten. One downside, though, was the loud DJ music played from 8 PM to 10 PM, which disrupted the peaceful atmosphere we were hoping for and affected the overall experience.

We loved this property , the position , the pool our lovely room and lake view. The birds are wonderful and the peaceful nature filled grounds wonderful. Early morning walks around the water were very special. We liked the food but the resturant area could be more inviting . The Ayurvedic hospital treatments were a real highlight a a special thank you to my wonderful masseur. It was a quiet time which added to the overall peaceful ambiance. There was a lot of staff and they are upgrading areas of the property. I was concerned about a number of poor reviews but we would recommend this property. .

We would like to see filtered water being available and the water area cleaned up. There is a lovely resturant in the next door hotel and it would be good for this property to make there resturant more inviting.

Beautiful surroundings. The kitchen is excellent. Staff is helpful.

There was a small parcours with ropes between the trees for kids to play. when our kids noticed it and started to play on it, an angry man came out of nowhere shouting that it was chargeable. The fun quickly disappeared. This should be a free service for guests. same for the volleyball field, which isn’t even properly demarcated. The boat service to the beach should also be free for guests.

We had a wonderful holiday. The cleanliness of the vast property was so well maintained. The breakfasts and meals were superb. Even my fussy husband was pleased with the ala carte fish that the chefs produced. the staff was very friendly and helpful I would special like to mention Ms Sajitha M who went the extra mile to make our stay so pleasant and help us with our sight seeing etc. SHe is a real asset there.

The internet was terrible both in the room and outside. I had a very important board meeting which I had to exit half way as the connectivity kept failing.

Breakfast was good spread of food,excellent service Milan from restaurant and selin from front office I have to mentioned those names she clearly explained everything inside the resort

Really disappointed the road and the sign board towards the property ,very hard to find the property management have to look on this both

Breakfast was excellent variety of South Indian items , less option for continental, I didn’t see variety of cheese , yogurt and cold meats rest all good

Local rules will make guest uncomfortable specially when u want do boating and if taxi pickup from resort rocal union will not allowed 🚫 that make un comfortable,Kerala govt should take action

Very helpful reception staff, providing good advice and helpful suggestions. Great restaurant staff and excellent selection of dishes on the buffet. Beautiful location and gardens, full of birds and flowers. All staff friendly and helpful. Gorgeous swimming pool. All exceeded our expectations.

It wasn't clear when we booked that the beach was inaccessible except by boat and it was not safe to swim there.

Very peaceful place with lots of beautiful scenery spots and even amazing health spa

Open bathroom have one thing that a lizard or some insect can be around...now was okay with only few but monsoon can be difficult in this place over all

Everything was good , staff was really helpful. The food was as per expectation.The rooms were clean. The pool and rain dance are nice facilities for kids.

Loved the location on the backwaters, swimming pool and the gardens. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating.

The decor and ambience in the upstairs restaurant was disappointing with no atmosphere or interest. The rooms also lacked in finishing touches such as Indian wall hangings or paintings.
