The location was excellent it's situated between the backwaters and the sea Our room had lovely sea views and was very clean and well equipped The food was fresh and well cooked using local ingredients. Good choice of Keralan, Indian and western food The gardens were extensive and well maintained. The best thing about the hotel was the staff. All the staff were helpful and friendly and gave a very professional service. Special mention to Parvathy in the restaurant and Pravitha and Taniya on reception. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone worked hard to make sure we had a lovely time We also liked the afternoon chai and snacks Thanks everyone

The location is lovely, likewise the grounds which are beautifully landscaped to fit the hotel’s natural surroundings. Staff are superb. I was the sole non-Indian resident and other guests were super friendly, often stopping to say hello, how are you, where are you from? I enjoyed the ambiance of this hotel immensely. Felt totally at home. Bear in mind the food is spicy, geared towards an Indian palate. The chef, though, made sure there were some medium spicy choices for me. 😉

Music is piped on a loop, and I could have lived without it. The live music was nice, though.

It’s a very serene place to stay . Good food with live music was enjoyable . Most of the staff were friendly .

The billing department messed up the room pricing and after we had paid and checked out they were very sneaky in authorising another payment without my consent . This was very annoying and I spent a lot of time back and forth with them to why / what had happened .

Rooms are spacious, location is awesome, multiple pools, kids friendly property with play arenas, indoor and outdoor games, lake view restaurant, exterior parks and places to relax, food is good.

Checkout is a real menace which was a real letdown. I had to wait for an hour for the pickup vehicle to reach. Called the front desk 6 times but still had to go get the EV by myself. There was a subtle foul smell in the bathroom even after cleaning was requested and done. Outdoors can be maintained better. But considering the size of the property it's still maintained well.

The place very calm and serene with amazing rooms. We stayed at pool villa and the property was really clean with a clean private pool. The room was very aesthetic. The food was delicious . The ambience of the restaurant was remarkable with live music and all the staff were really helpful .A friendly face to remember was Mr. Salim , a very positive person who he drove us to the property and back. We would definitely go back again . Recommended for anyone looking for cutting off from a day of stress.

I had an excellent stay at the resort. The facilities were top-notch, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the amenities were superb. However, the only downside was the condition of the approach road, which could use some improvement. Despite this, I highly recommend the resort for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

Very friendly staff, especially Mr Salim who gave us a wonderful tour on the property and also was very courteous throughout our stay. We stayed in the private pool villa, it exceeded our expectations with the deal offer we got through the booking app. The stay experience was awesome, it was worth every penny. We will surely visit again.

The buffet needs to be improved, it was average to my previous experience. The ala carte was good for the in-room dining experience.

Facilities were excellent, breakfast was excellent, lot of varieites. Only one restaurant but serves the purpose very nicely. sports activities and facilities were available and well equipped.

Acces roads to the property is very bad. Actually there were no roads leading to the property, only kind of make shift roads

The boat ride through Mangroves and the Restaurant Ripples ..also the excellent service of friendly staff

Food was excellent. Buffet selection of food was vast and extensive. The swimming pools are well maintained and very clean. The rooms were very clean.

The hotel has facilities for conference and large work groups... it can get busy and noisy.
